The store is also well-staffed so multiple customers are helped at once and there isn't a long wait. I was able to walk in and have a new battery installed in my car within 15-20 minutes max. I'm sure some times are busier than others, but you know you'll be well taken care of! While I waited on my battery I browsed through all the car accessories and goodies.
