The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. It's clear Ms. Bailey leads by example, as the store's cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service truly stand out. I will absolutely be back and look forward to visiting again soon! I won't bore you with a list of store names (just go to their website) but it's a comprehensive shopping experience from designer to everyday brands. Shoes, clothes, jewelry, accessories, kids stores/toys. There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

One of which is the Under Armour outlet. In between seasons they get rid of the last seasons gear at great prices from what I had seen. They have a number of men's, women's and children's clothing and yes some shoes. They have a wide variety of running gear, under gear for other athletics as well. The staff was very friendly. Now there were a lot of folks in there when I went and it looked like they were going through a great deal of stock. Point being, the store is laid out pretty well. My story: I caught wind of this store from one of my running buddies. The best time to go in here is in between seasons. (They are trying to get rid of "out of season" stock), was the word and boy were they right. I found some great deals for the past running season. Now and then I need to replace my running gear. I had two little problems that should be known. In checking out, I was charged twice for the same thing by I believe by accident and this little issue was seen by corporate from another register. Called next day to the stores manager and we started working on this issue. Several days later this issues was removed on my bank statement. Please note this issue to watch on your purchases here and let's see if this note reaches corporate and changes or updates their registry system. The second issue for them is so simple to resolve. I asked a store rep if they had running shorts if they had shorts with zipper pocket and it was unknown to the rep and he stated "I should check the web site." Great excuse, but management should educate reps with their products! Or even better just stating, "I am sorry I do not know the answer to that question, let me research that issue and get back with you." Bottom line: Great place to get discounted price running gear. I would come back in a heart beat!

The shoes are properly displayed on shelves categorized by gender and size with a price tag on the box. There were multiple signs displayed around the store with an additional percentage off at the register. The clothing options were just as superb as the shoes varietys with many different styles to choose from when shopping. The merchandise is numbered then you find the number that corresponds with the price. The clothes rack were color coded. So each color represented a different price. I wanted to ask a question but the associate didn't speak English. Also, They do not have central ac, so it's cooled by Industrial fans. It actually keeps it cool though. In the past I've dropped in and not found any good deals. Maybe it was due to the change in seasons but this store had lots of great deals on my most recent visit. I was able to find two nice zip up jackets for $21.99 each, which I felt was a steal. The employees were very helpful and even offered me a bag, which I originally was going to decline but the sales associate must have seen the dollar signs in my eyes as I was looking around the store. Since this store is so close to me, I will definitely be back to check out their deals more often.

Since then I've dropped in several times to check out their selection and have been pleasantly surprised. I purchased a wallet about a year ago for about $35 and it has held up really well. After passing my principal certification exam, I wanted to splurge a bit and buy myself a new bag so I dropped in Kate Spade to check out the selection. I found a couple of bags that caught my eye and settled on a nice handbag that was classic, understated, and had a matching wallet. The price was fantastic and allowed me to grab a few wallets in addition to the handbag without feeling guilty. Although the store is often busy, the staff is always helpful and friendly. The deals are definitely worth the wait in line and I think that Kate Spade has replaced the Michael Kors outlet just across the way as my favorite store in the Grand Prairie Premium Outlet for handbags and wallets.
