Five stars for a successful smile…read more After getting a few quotes from surrounding orthodontist I chose to come here to get Invisalign. Originally known as Feeney Orthodontists I was very pleased with the service over the majority of my time. Now known as Ludlow Orthodontics I can only speak of the last three visits. First visit I was turned off. I remember walking into the office around lunch, no one at the desk so sat down and waited. There was someone in back and even after making eye contact there was no acknowledgement. The session with the doc, Sam, was quick. Took a glance at the chompers and told me to keep up with the bands and 22hours of wearing the Invisalign. The next visit a couple months later it looked like everyone settled in. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and Sam was more personal. Wrapping up my time here, today was the better of the three visits. Lots of congratulations from everyone and made it seem like they were there from day one. My experience with Invisalign itself went well. Working nights made it easy to keep them on for the recommended 22 hours. I built a good habit to brush my teeth after I eat. Absolutely love! my smile now from what it once was. Would highly recommend in investing the time and money into getting the smile you envision!

My experience with this…read moreorthodontist was a nightmare, a nightmare I had to go through on my own as a young teenager since I didn't have the support of my parents. If I sit here and say all the things I experienced, I wouldn't have enough room. What I will say is I never felt like the overall health of my mouth/teeth was a priority to them. I really do believe their goal was the way the teeth looked for a quick "after" pic, and nothing else. I had a bridge on the roof of my mouth and my braces on for too Long and when they removed my braces/bridge, one of the Reens drilled my front teeth including my gums. My gums were always swollen because I was on medication, but they always told me it was my fault lol so the day they removed the braces my gums were covering a lot of my small teeth. On the day the removal when Reen was drilling my teeth and my gums I thought I was going to die. It was very painful, there was blood all over the place. the mother of the kid who was sitting next to me said something because she clearly saw I was in pain, she saw the way he pushed me down on the chair when I tried to get up and she saw all the blood I'm sure. He told her off and told her to mind her business. I should have yelled, but I thought he knew what he was doing. Anyway, years later I am suffering from the drilling he made on my front teeth because he drilled too far and made literal lines, which caused browning/yellowing. It doesn't matter how many times I brush my teeth, when you drill a tooth and make a hole you've already messed up the tooth And I'm sure he knew it but he wanted the outcome for a few minutes to look as if he did a great job. I'm grown now, and I know what they did to me was wrong And illegal. I wish I could go back and stand up for myself. I'm pretty pissed that now I gotta come out of pocket to fix something I already paid to fix. They made my teeth SO MUCH WORSE. I can't smile, I can't laugh without covering my mouth. It's caused so much depression I hate it so bad. please stay with your kids at these apts. watch what they are doing. You are paying them and those are your kids. The office was able to schedule within a week which I was not expecting to be seen/scheduled so soon! I'm very satisfied!

They said they're rescheduling into next year, but fit me in in November. So, basically they're only offering cleaning 1x a year! Beware!!

Orthodontist is great and thorough. Don't have any issues with anyone there because the office…read moremanager will not back you. The staff can be rude right in front of her and she'll tell you that she didn't take it that way. And DO NOT have insurance start after you've begun work in progress. The insurance rep will drag her feet and tell you everything can only be mailed to delay receipt of paperwork and keep you paying.

My daughter got her braces off today. She had them on a little under 2 years. Dr. Caban did not…read morerush the process even though she wanted them off sooner. It is easy to get appointments with 3 offices and when something happens to your braces they always have you come right in (it's never a problem). The staff is wonderful. Dr. Caban is wonderful he explains everything and is great with the kids. My older daughter went to a different orthodontist - wasn't at all the same experience we had at Caban orthodontic. If you need braces or your child does I can not recommend this practice more.
