I booked an appointment under a promo they were offering of $8/unit only to be called a couple weeks before my appointment to be informed that will no longer be honored. They made an internal decision to have a different product that apparently costs them more which means pricing needs to be increased. That alone is completely understandable but then that would be pricing moving forward. It was very disappointing. I spoke to her at a farmers market and she seems like a fantastic woman just not impressed with this business management.

She spends quality time examining your skin, listening to your concerns, and deciding what your skin needs at that particular visit. At 64, my skin's needs can change, and Veronica customizes each PCA peel by selecting and applying the appropriate serums for my face. She doesn't lock me into a predetermined program. She carefully evaluates my progress and adjusts each treatment based on what she sees--or doesn't see. She combines a true understanding of the science behind skincare with an almost artistic ability to personalize each treatment. I have now completed my third facial peel and my second treatment on my arms. Before my most recent facial peel, she also performed dermaplaning. I was amazed by how much dead skin and buildup she was able to remove, leaving my skin beautifully prepared for the customized treatment that followed. Veronica is honest, thoughtful, cost-conscious, and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible results for her clients. I completely trust her judgment and truly appreciate that every visit is tailored specifically to me. I look forward to continuing this journey with her for many years. She is amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for knowledgeable, individualized, and attentive skincare.

Life-Changing Results -- But You Have to Do Your Part Too…read more I attached a few before-and-after photos below so you can see where I started versus where I am now. Working with Tatja was one of the best decisions I made for my skin. From day one, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about my progress as a person, not just as a client. You can tell she wants people to succeed and feel confident in their skin, rather than simply treating it like a business transaction. That being said, I want to be honest with anyone reading this: you have to be willing to put in the work too. Tatja will give you the roadmap, but it's up to you to follow it consistently. For me, that meant: Following my skincare routine every day Managing stress, sleep, and recovery as best as possible Drinking plenty of water (lemon water became a staple for me) Cutting back on acne-triggering foods and habits Eating more whole foods like lean meats, salmon, avocado, sweet potatoes, and leafy greens (romaine lettuce was my favorite) Being more intentional about what I put into my body One thing I noticed was that cooking more of my own meals and eating out less made a huge difference because I knew exactly what was going into my body. As someone who lives a very demanding lifestyle between bodybuilding, sales, training, and the general stress that comes with pursuing big goals, my objective wasn't perfection--it was getting my skin as clear and healthy as possible while still moving my life forward. Thanks to Tatja's guidance, my skin is probably 95% clearer than when I started, and the difference in my confidence has been incredible. Honestly, if I had a less demanding lifestyle and could follow the routine perfectly every single day, my skin would probably be completely flawless. The fact that it's nearly flawless while still balancing everything else in life says a lot about how effective her guidance has been. If you're looking for someone who genuinely knows what they're doing, cares about their clients, and will help guide you through the process, I highly recommend Tatja. Thank you for everything! -- Tristan

I'm 22 now and mainly struggle with hormonal acne on my cheeks, jawline, and chin. Before seeing Tatja I had tried EVERYTHING. She also has virtual appointments available which is super nice as well! Tatja has also given me such good advice on how to maintain my clear skin, like through my diet and lifestyle. I highly highly reccomend seeing Tatja if you are struggling with acne. She is the sweetest and my confidence has improved so much. Within just a few months of seeing her I was clear.
