Recently I was getting ready to go on a vacation and finding it tough to get in all of my workouts and abs and doing it all. So I purchase a package of 2 area EMsculpt and let Sarah know my timeline and she was amazing and was able to get all of the sessions done before my trip. I was AMAZED of how effective this was. I did the EMsculpt on my glutes and abs and she also does a short lymphatic massage on the area after the EMsculpt. By the last session I was feeling so mi h better and ready for my vacation. The little belly pooch I had struggling to get rid of in the gym was gone and my belly was flat for the first time in years!! I also got a ton of compliments on my vacation! The EMsculpt feels weird at first but you get used to it. The actual EM session is 30 minutes long, then the massage after like 5-10 minutes?
