She was very polite and without a doubt a person who had been very well trained and who took pride in giving the best service she could. Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch.
