The dirty fries were so good, I loved the habanero sauce - I wish I got melted cheese on it. I also got the butter corn which was good at first, but I kind of got tired of the over sauced flavor. My family of 7 visited Chicky's on a Tuesday night and decided to eat our takeout order at their outdoor seating. The guys at the restaurant sanitized the tables for us and got us all the utensils and napkins we needed. We were able to wash our hands before eating at the sink they have right inside!!! So great during Covid times to have that available. The guys working here are so nice and accommodating. They kept things clean and looked after us. Everything you want when dining right now is stressful. Now on to the food: 5 stars. A++. 110%. Delectable, juicy, FLAVORFUL chicken and sides that complemented it perfectly. We got the jumbo family platter with a couple whole birds and a few sides, 24 wings, some tenders, a sandwich, and fried Oreos with ice cream. All of the chicken was fantastic, but we loved the wings the best. They went so fast that we contemplated ordering more... For the sauces: The mango habanero sauce was a balanced blend of sweet and heat while the garlic and herb was so garlicky great. If you love spicy, the Chicky's hot is that slow burn that makes you sweat in the most satisfying way while still having flavor. I can't wait to go back and try their BBQ and lemon & herb sauces. For the sides, we liked all of them, but in order from most favorite to least: peri peri rice, waffle fries, mac & cheese, regular fries. The rice is moist and savory, mac & cheese was good but not so cheesy, and the waffle fries were SO nice and crispy, while those who prefer a softer fry might opt for the regular fries. We were so pleasantly stuffed (we had to force ourselves to stop eating), but we went for the fried Oreos and ice cream. Y'all. We were in dessert heaven. You know how fried desserts are typically heavy and regrettable? These Oreos were unanimously our favorite fried dessert EVER. Like, life-changingly good. It seems like an exaggeration, but please order them if you're even contemplating it. I will get them any time I'm here. And the ice cream that it comes with, I'm going to ask them what they buy so I can get it for home, haha. I'd drive here JUST for dessert if I was eating dinner in the area. I had spicy chicken sandwich, it's pretty huge. And to give comfort to those wondering, it had good chunk of chicken breast meat with only sides filled with crunchy batter. There is a $0.50 cents extra charge for the spicy sauce though. Outdoor seating is available, it was cleaned and sanitized for my friend and I. Honestly ignore all the reviews that say it's overhyped. The service is great and very fast. Small restaurant when you first walk in but the food is great. We ordered the cheese fries, Mac and cheese, Nashville chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious and I was very surprised by the Mac and cheese, very creamy and well seasoned. The chicken sandwiches are awesome especially with the fresh pickles and coleslaw. I got 12 piece wings (6 hot/6 medium) and it wasn't as good as I'd hoped it would be. When I brought it home to eat, the skin and meat were very soft and was making me slightly uneasy whenever I went for another bite. It was spicy as advertised and it tasted good, but I felt my stomach turn whenever I looked at the wing. However, I wanna chalk this up to bad luck, because my girlfriend got the chicky's spicy chicken sandwich with fries and they looked and tasted great. You gotta go for street parking because the diner next door has a lot attendant that will suggest you find another spot. The interior is incredibly small; fitting 3 to 4 groups of people, maximum. I don't remember if they have Wi-Fi, but I'll check next time. The two men who seemed to be the owners were kind and efficient at customer service. Starting off they take more than an hour/half to give you food to takeout even when they say that it will be ready in 15-20 min. customer service is horrible. It is completely horrendous!
