Dinner was superb, ingredients are of great quality, the whole team of chef and other staff are all friendly. Each dinner course was presented with clever mix of aroma, flavor, creativity, fun, and each one was visually-stunning. This team of chef 's passion for cooking great food together is so strong, you could taste it in the food. All 8 guests (me included) were seated at the same long beautifully-decorated table, next to an open kitchen that equipped with high quality cooking appliances. We were welcomed to walk into the open kitchen to watch the chef preparing our food. Overall, it was like having a private dinner house party hosted by chef friends. While enjoying amazing food, we also made new friends with other dining guests. I enjoyed this interactive evening very much, and I will recommend this to my friends and family.

Within minutes of walking in, a group of 8 lined up for a ski shot at the bar: snow machine blasting, everyone cheering, so much fun and yes, I filmed it for them. Even though it's technically outdoors, the heaters are no joke, you could show up in a skirt and t-shirt and be perfectly comfortable. Whoever is in charge of this heating situation, you nailed it! Junior was our bartender and he was fantastic, friendly, and quick. Now, the drinks: The Bigfoot is basically a dessert disguised as a cocktail. It comes topped with this warm, doughnut-like block drizzled in chocolate. Easily my favorite of the night. The Snow Bunny leans lighter, not too sweet, and the cute little "ears" it comes with are such a fun touch. We also tried the Not-So Shirley Temple, and I slipped in a glass of red wine between all the festive drinks. For food, we ordered the tosti, mushroom bisque, and fries, and everything was good. My only gripe: they close at 10pm, which feels early for a place this fun. Wish they kept the party going later because the energy here deserves more runway but Graceland (speakeasy inside HQ gastropub) is just 1 min walk around the corner, def recommend going there to keep the party going for another hour! There are plenty of seats outside with some shade, but only a handful of tables inside. It's in a plaza with various other shops, so parking is very accessible. Food didn't take too long, I think we got our food after 10 minutes or so of waiting. Honestly the presentation is solid. I got The Bowl Bowl, and my friends ordered the chicken wrap, Newport Bowl, and we shared Za'atar and sweet potato fries. The bowls came with a citrus sauce, but we had to order extra garlic and chili sauce on the side for the wrap and fries. The fries with sauce were honestly sooo good. The sweet potato fries had this amazing soft texture and it melted in your mouth, the sweetness paired nicely with the sharp garlic sauce. The Za'atar fries were well seasoned and had a nice crisp. They give you a good amount for the price! I personally enjoyed The Bowl Bowl, the quinoa mixed with fresh corn, big chunks of sweet potato (I think they would have been better cut smaller), avocado, their grilled chicken, and chips. I mixed it with the sauce and additional toum and thought it was a perfect post-workout bowl. Hefty, nutritious, and good for the cost ($15). I tried a bit of the Newport Bowl and it was basically a regular salad bowl, nothing special and in my opinion - not worth the price. You're better off trying a more varied bowl or wrap. The chicken wrap was fine, there were some pickled veggies that added a good crunch. The main reason why I'm hesitant to come here again (besides the fries) is that the chicken was quite dry in all of these dishes, and it didn't really have a prominent char or flavor/smell that would indicate it's been charcoal grilled. I do want to try this place again when it's not as busy, basically to see if the chicken quality holds up to other reviews.
