Realize that this food was good! The garlic nan bread was delicious and the butter chicken was good as well. Would recommend!

Went on a Saturday night and they're a new business so I'm more lenient, but the food did take 45…read moreminutes to come except for one dish that they brought 30 minutes earlier. They did apologize for the wait time, and they were very nice. However, the food was kind of disappointing. The palak paneer tasted very off, the lamb tikka masala was fine at best, and the murgh tikka was the only thing I'd call good (after we told them to reheat it). The only redeemable thing about this place was that the entrees come with rice. I would try this place again, but I wouldn't say my first impression was a good one. ** i'm not sure if they are, but it would be really nice if they were halal

Let me just start with the positives. They still have a fair-priced lunch buffet every day, the…read moreservice is not bad, and some of the items in the buffet (veg Manchurian, naan, kheer, butter chicken (just the gravy, not the chicken itself) tasted good. Now, coming to the bad, the quality and flavor of the food have drastically gone down the hill (rather, a cliff). My first visit to this establishment was in February 2025, and in just 10 months, it feels like a totally different restaurant. The biryani was atrocious, to say the least. The rice was undercooked, the flavor was non-existent, and I needed to go through the entire tray of biryani just to find one piece of meat. Of the 3 chicken dishes, the chicken tasted not-so-fresh in one dish (tandoori chicken), bland in another dish (chicken vindaloo), and hard as a hockey puck in another dish (butter chicken). The tandoori chicken did not taste exactly like tandoori chicken, but seemed like a different recipe. However, it did not taste bad (except the questionable freshness of the chicken). The butter chicken was delicious, except the hockey-puck chicken. The vegetarian items were superior to the non-vegetarian ones. Overall, this buffet experience was as bad as, if not worse than Taz's buffet. I definitely will not be returning. Only Monk's and Aroma remain as good South Asian restaurants in the BCS area.

The place looks and feels clean and we were greeted promptly and our server was warm and helpful with his suggestions. I am from out of town, but from where I come, we have a variety of cuisines that all taste/feel authentic. That being said, I have been to several Indian restaurants in my hometown; but this is by far THE best Indian Restaurant I have been to. The next time I visit and come here I know I am going to be stuck between reordering the same things or trying out other dishes on their menu. Things we ordered (see pics below): Drinks: Masala Tea Seafood appetizer: Calamari with the butter garlic Naan Delicacies: Garlic Naan Entrees (3) all served with rice: Palak Chicken, Bhuna Ghosh (choice of lamb or goat), and the Chetinad Chicken The Masala Tea (not pictured unfortunately), seems to be made to order bc that was the most delicious and richest/flavorful tea - highly recommend getting it. TBH, all the things we ordered I highly recommend trying - it was all so good. Looking forward to my midnight snack later and/or lunch with our leftovers. Can't wait for my next visit to TX with my family so I can come back here again. :)

It's been on my "to try" list since we moved back, and I will now have to resist stopping in weekly. Every single part of our meal was divine. We were greeted and sat promptly. The starter which was a thinly fried lentil "chip" with mint sauce and tamarind sauce was excellent and light. My husband ordered the Non-Vegi Thali which came with Tikka Masala, Lamb Curry, Dal Fry, Raitha, Rice, Biriyani rice, Naan, and Gulab Juman to sample and I got Lamb Kurma with Garlic Naan. My word- I don't think I've ever been somewhere that every single item was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had to dash to a PTO meeting, but our waiter helped us box up quickly, and I spent that whole meeting longing to get home and eat the rest of my meal. I cannot wait to come in and try the lunch buffet! Also, it's notable that they just renovated the restaurant, and it was beautiful and clean. Taz, I apologize for waiting this long to try you out, but you've got a customer for life now!

I had an alternate plan initially, but timing didn't work out for me, so I perused my bookmarks as I took the parking shuttle to my car and settled on Curry Masala. I called them once I got to my car and was told my order would be ready in about 20 minutes, as my GPS read out that I was 20 minutes from the restaurant. Everything was coming up Milhouse. Because I am a basic B, I ordered chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. It was ready about 3 minutes after I arrived, and off to home I headed. I enjoyed both, but thought the tikka masala was definitely the better of the two, and the wife agreed. We had a favorite Indian spot really close to here that has unfortunately closed down, so I have been on the hunt for a new one. Curry Masala did not quite match that level, but it's not a bad option when in the area.

Cleanliness Service…read more Family friendly Flavor I loved the staff and their attentiveness. But the flavor, seasoning, and execution of the food needs work. If you don't like spicy or seasoned food, this place works for you and you don't need to continue this review. If you do care for those things and you try this place, you might agree that the flavor profile is catering to the demographic of the location that the restaurant is in and not the authenticity of the culture that it should represent. I know of another location, but this is not to take away business for one restaurant, but to help encourage this one to lean more into its authentic flavor. Even if that means moving locations because your demographic may not care for it. I had chicken Biryani (safe for an American) but the chicken was dry and with minimal flavor. The rice lacked flavor. The raita was ok, if you like everything blended together. The onions and lime/lemon you might usually have on the side was not offered with this. Fried cauliflower with chicken 65 seasoning, had a good spice level, but it was soggy.
