Went during lunch to get an order to-go. Franchise owner Oliver Moore was outside directing traffic. The staff was friendly and all inside were eagerly and patiently awaiting their order despite the midday rush. It was very busy. Though my order was a bit delayed (but not terribly so), the franchise owner came out to apologize--though no apology was needed...it was a busy time and Chick-fil-a is well worth the wait! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Moore for bringing this to the neighborhood and for the exception service!

They always forget to provide something with the order. Common sense stuff like a stirrer when ordering coffee. You ask for regular cream they give you flavored. No napkins. But what's worse is the quality of food. Early morning hardly anyone there so there is no rush. The last Bfast sandwich they put out for me see pic was charred! When I went in next time to order this time I got off the car to show a picture to the manager. Un phased She's like oh yes it's our toaster that burns the muffin ! Why would any employee think it is ok to give this to a customer ! And the reason I am posting this is because it's the second time it happens .No common sense zero! No thinking outside of box !

This place seems to be the closet rival to Raising Canes with some notable differences. They have the tenders meal that includes crinkle fries and the Texas toast but here they give you the option for breaded or grilled tenders. The tenders both way were really good with the grilled option being really juicy and flavorful. The two sides were top notch with the fries being well seasoned and the toast was nice and buttery. My son ordered a buffalo chicken wrap which delicious and very filling. Another unique item here was their banana pudding which was very creamy but not as sweet as I would like. The staff here were also quick and efficient with our orders, my kids loved their meal and told me to return again.

We decided to use their drive-thru. Brianna was the server at the window and was friendly and helpful in answering our questions about their menu. We decided to order two of the 4 Chicken Tenders meal with waffle fries, a shake, and a Sprite. We took our order home to eat. Unfortunately, the meals did not live up to our expectations. The tenders were dry, unseasoned, and overcooked instead of being juicy and tender. Luckily, we bought the Honey Butter sauce to dip it in and that helped it a little but not enough. Their PDQ sauce did not taste good to either one of us so that was of no help. The garlic bread was way too garlicky! The waffle fries were just ok. My daughter ordered the Smores Shake and she said it didn't taste very good. We were so disappointed. Our dogs had a good lunch though. Sorry to say but we doubt that we will be returning here. I really felt that the meal was 2 stars but the service was good so I gave it 3 stars. We will stick to Raising Cane's, who is hard to beat.

I place my order which was a large original extra chicken and leave the skin(we all know that's where the flavor is) i was told the skin was extra. New policy. I was told because they realized people were taking the skin so they charge now. They charged a dollar. Not 20 cents. A dollar for a tiny piece of skin that came off the chicken breast I just ordered. When I call corporate they said it was due to the rising price of the chicken. They get charged by the weight. I argued that the skin is not that much in the weight of a breast. They were not hearing it. What's next. I go to a restaurant and order a baked potato and I will be charged for the skin off the potato. This is nuts.
