Ordered from here before, never had an issue, today I ordered delivery via the website like usual, said it would be ready in 1 hour. The hour came an went, called them and was told that "He doesn't have access to online orders so the manager will call me back" got a call 5 min later from the manager asking me " where i ordered from, what website, what location" he said "ok he has it now" i asked him " what does that mean, is it on the way? did you guys not even start cooking it?" he said "its cooking now" , when I asked what the problem was he said " Sometimes internet orders don't come in" no apologies, no discounts offered nothing. My family and I have been living in the area for 10 years now and we have clients since the day we got to the area. My child is a super picky eater, doesn't eggs nor a fan of veggies in her fried rice. And for as long as I can remember they make her ham fried rice without eggs and veggies and she absolutely loves it. We have ordered other items on the menu and it has always been great to us. Came upon this restaurant on uber eats and blindly opted to try it. I'm so pleased with their food because the beef, vegetables and fried rice combo was outstanding. Getting the broccoli right is a big "tell" when cooked with the beef and sauce! It was a delicious, tasty dish sufficient for 2 . Oh it came with 2 spring rolls. Priced very reasonably. All vegetables, hardly any chicken. When I went to restaurant, they accused me of eating the chicken out of it. This is exactly how it looked when I opened it. Very bad service , I use to get beef and broccoli - the container shrunk and now they add carrots to sub for less beef. With no good explanation for the change I was literally called crazy And rudely hung up on by the order taker. I included picture so they know it was a mistake. If you are looking to Enjoy your Friday night and looking for a quick dinner idea DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE . I spoke with a lady who rushed me to order my food . She then got my order wrong even tho i repeatedly said fried rice , lomein, crabragon and sour Chicken . They initially said 30-40 mins but We waited over 2hrs to receive our order that was basically cold . After that we noticed the Lomein was missing after being charged nearly 60$ . When I called to advise of their mistake the lady got defensive and said she could play the call that shows I only order fried rice over lomein. How ever I asked her to play the remaining of the call where I repeat my order several times to confirm that I wanted both . These people over charge for mediocre food . Have extremely long deliver times and refuse correct their errors . Sad to say you definitely lost my business within the community for this poor service and experience. Chinese food is always a hit or miss, but I was craving it, so decided to try out China Pan, which is not too far from my house. I called for delivery and they took my order right away! I ordered 8 spring rolls (1.60 each), orange chicken, and vegetable lo mein. They said about an hour, and were relatively accurate. The spring rolls were alright, definitely have had better. The orange chicken though, was awesome, I recommend trying that! And the vegetable lo mein was also pretty good. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the food, very filling, and the price was okay as well. I'll probably order again one day when I get another craving for Chinese lol Side note: I did try calling back after my first call to add on to my order (2 more spring rolls and the vegetable lo mein) and I could not get on the phone with them. They were super busy at the time, staff under a lot of stress, but anyway, the food was burned and very greasy. Suggestion: when you're that busy, just slow down, tell people it'll be 30 or 40 min. before their order is ready... and both you and the customers will be happy. Some won't want to wait that long, which under those conditions would actually be a blessing! read more

Food from here is usually ok. Not the best, but better than most in the area (it's also a 2 min walk from my house). The one thing that always kept my family coming here were the egg rolls. It might sound silly, but our order is usually centered around the egg rolls with a few other items. They ARE SO GOOD. Sorry...they WERE so good. Just got home with our order and from last week to this week they changed companies. First bite I took was so gross. I had to call and see if this was an availability issue so they were using a different brand or if it was changing for good. Unfortunately they informed me that it was a permanent change. This is basically a review based off of my favorite egg roll in town disappearing. Hopefully they think about getting the old ones back because these are yuck! read more

I was on break and came to Miami. Been craving for some Chinese food and found this place, the staffs were really friendly; made me into a good mood. The food is WONDER especially their honey wings are so good! Some place makes it too sweet and some place add too much water and make it very weird but this is actually the first place I found that makes it perfect. The sauce is a nice color and the flavor was just right. The price was pretty low for the amount I got so I was really happy definitely recommend this place for anyone that haven't tried yet! read more
