More than the nostagia, Chicken Deli remains to be one of Bacolod's best tasting chicken inasal joint. Their recipe remains unchanged all these years. Their chicken remains distinctly yummy. Of note though is that their chicken is smaller than what you'll find in Mang Inasal, or any other inasal joint for that matter. But while it's smaller, it's definitely tastier.
