The worst! Waited for over 30 minutes for our meal, only to stand up at the register and be told they don't know what happened to it then another employee came out and said they had run out of fish, but she didn't know about it. She was in a meeting and we asked for our money back begrudgingly they gave it to us. I feel bad for the couple behind us who ordered over $100 in food all fish and we're never told that that they were out poor customer service or attitude. Worst chicken place I've ever been to! Menu is way over complicated, food had no taste, they won't give you a cup of water, you have to buy bottled water, but yet the somehow have tea? I've always been some what satisfied with the product & customer service. This time I walked in to order was sick, coughing, sever nose drainage talking how sick she was. It turned out she had to be there because they were short handed. i expressed how pissed this made me. If I take this home to my it could kill her. This is customer service at it's worse. We like the food, but it is getting back to how it was before Covid closed it down over a year ago. We eat here late at night after work, and do understand shortages in supplies, but they just got back open and people don't realize it yet. They ran out of food items often pre-Covid, late at night. Now, you have to ask for Gravy with our order, or you don't get it. So far, the chicken is cooked well. Before, my brother got a queasy stomach from his not fully-cooked chicken, a few times. They are not busy at night, but still leave items out. We can watch them look at the order on their screen and yet when we open our boxes... Surprise. You have to call, go back, or wait another day. It is just a hassle, a hassle to check all your boxes before departure to make sure everything in included. We use to come here often, but hate the hassle. read more

The food was great here, but this review is about an employee, Ginger. What a great employee you have hired! I walked in and was greeted immediately by Ginger. She took my order, brought me my food, and came back with sauces and napkins. She also picked up everyone's plates in the whole restaurant as they finished, brought them take out containers, cleaned tables, and continued taking orders all at the same time. All during lunch hour while the whole store was filled up. As each guest left, she asked how everything was, thanked them for coming in, and even gave a pat on the back when walking out. They are way better than the Popeyes in this area. They just opened back up....they've had so much trouble keeping employees through COVID. The employees are always so friendly. I've been a couple of times recently. They don't take too long. They have a lot of young new employees. I'm glad we have this option. My orders are always correct. read more

In all honesty it's ok really but could be a whole lot better. Came in on 2/1/21 and ordered the 2 filet combo with a drink for me and my wife. The fish was hard and just tasted very dry and bland. I tried calling and nobody answered. We can't just drive back up to a place with having a special needs disabled child. So I tried calling on the 2nd and the 3rd to say something and I never could reach anyone. I called earlier today (here it is the 4th) and I finally got ahold of someone. I asked for the Manager and I got rudely told, "Manager is busy". Then they hung up.... So I called again and magically nobody answered. This is complete BS and this isn't how you serve a customer that can easily do a review and say everything and all it be the truth and chase other customers away because of it. I made a order on the waiter app. I ordered the 12pc. Chicken meal with 2 sides, rolls and 2 cherry pies. The 2 sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese. When the order was delivered I opened it up and the 2 sides were missing. I called immediately and was told they were sitting on the counter and asked me if I wanted to come pick them up. I told them no and then I was asked if I wanted to come tomorrow I told her no that I had just had hiatal hernia surgery and the sides were my food the only thing I could eat. She told me she would call me back in 10 minutes this was at 7:51, I finally called back at 8:45 and got no answer. I will be there tomorrow to get this straightened out. read more
