First visit here and had the absolute best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The window personnel were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious and fresh. 5 stars, will return. read more

I ordered chicken livers and what I received was BURNT chicken livers. It was as if they had been cooked prior to the order and thrown back in the grease to "heat" them back up. Totally inedible and a most definitely a waste of money. I will NEVER order chicken livers from this place again. Another time I ordered chicken livers and received chicken GIZZARDS! If they had a zero stars rating, that's what they would ge read more

The worst! Waited for over 30 minutes for our meal, only to stand up at the register and be told they don't know what happened to it then another employee came out and said they had run out of fish, but she didn't know about it. She was in a meeting and we asked for our money back begrudgingly they gave it to us. I feel bad for the couple behind us who ordered over $100 in food all fish and we're never told that that they were out poor customer service or attitude. Poor communication, never will go there again.. this place deserves zero stars I had to give it one star in order to place the review but they don't deserve it. They deserve zero. read more

Worst chicken place I've ever been to! Menu is way over complicated, food had no taste, they won't give you a cup of water, you have to buy bottled water, but yet the somehow have tea? So I guess the make the tea using bottled water too!? Almost $15 for 2pc tasteless chicken, 2 sides (corn on the cob tasted like water that it was boiled in, was that bottled water too?) and a tea! What a huge rip off! I will never go there again! The place was dead, now I know why! read more

Food is mediocre at best, but I thought this would be easy with the family too sick to go anywhere. Placed mobile order. Got to drive thru to pick up. Restaurant would not allow me to get my order without walking inside. They were also extremely rude about it. Customer service severely lacking. read more

I've always been some what satisfied with the product & customer service. This time I walked in to order was sick, coughing, sever nose drainage talking how sick she was. It turned out she had to be there because they were short handed. i expressed how pissed this made me. If I take this home to my it could kill her. This is customer service at it's worse. The companies total disregard for the customer's well being is disgusting. I probably not return & let everyone know of my experience. read more

We like the food, but it is getting back to how it was before Covid closed it down over a year ago. We eat here late at night after work, and do understand shortages in supplies, but they just got back open and people don't realize it yet. They ran out of food items often pre-Covid, late at night. Now, you have to ask for Gravy with our order, or you don't get it. So far, the chicken is cooked well. Before, my brother got a queasy stomach from his not fully-cooked chicken, a few times. They are not busy at night, but still leave items out. We can watch them look at the order on their screen and yet when we open our boxes... Surprise. You have to call, go back, or wait another day. It is just a hassle, a hassle to check all your boxes before departure to make sure everything in included. We use to come here often, but hate the hassle. read more

Ordered chicken livers and chicken tenders. Food was hot and fresh. All employees were friendly. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Great experience. read more

I should start off by saying the food and sweet tea were delicious. I had the gizzards, which are hard to find at most chicken places. Unfortunately part of our order was incorrect and I also found 2 hairs in my food. read more

I have always ordered ahead and the chicken is superb. Even after we get all the way home it's still warm it's not greasy I would definitely recommend. read more

The food was terrible. Chicken was overcooked and fries were to overdone. The people serving were strange and they deliberately picked the worst chicken for my order. The atmosphere was none existant and they have the audacity to raise the price by three dollars. read more

The food was great here, but this review is about an employee, Ginger. What a great employee you have hired! I walked in and was greeted immediately by Ginger. She took my order, brought me my food, and came back with sauces and napkins. She also picked up everyone's plates in the whole restaurant as they finished, brought them take out containers, cleaned tables, and continued taking orders all at the same time. All during lunch hour while the whole store was filled up. As each guest left, she asked how everything was, thanked them for coming in, and even gave a pat on the back when walking out. All with such a warm caring smile. Chicken Express is lucky to have such a model employee! Give this woman a raise!!! read more

They are way better than the Popeyes in this area. They just opened back up....they've had so much trouble keeping employees through COVID. The employees are always so friendly. I've been a couple of times recently. They don't take too long. They have a lot of young new employees. I'm glad we have this option. My orders are always correct. read more

Messed up the order! No gravy for mashed potatoes and tender's is no good.. even asked to confirm they included and still no gravy..

Great service every time I stop by! Tea is always fresh and great and food is so yummy! The location is fairly new but it's got great customer service and it's very cleanly. They have a great online presence as well, so they can keep you updated with the best deals read more

In all honesty it's ok really but could be a whole lot better. Came in on 2/1/21 and ordered the 2 filet combo with a drink for me and my wife. The fish was hard and just tasted very dry and bland. I tried calling and nobody answered. We can't just drive back up to a place with having a special needs disabled child. So I tried calling on the 2nd and the 3rd to say something and I never could reach anyone. I called earlier today (here it is the 4th) and I finally got ahold of someone. I asked for the Manager and I got rudely told, "Manager is busy". Then they hung up.... So I called again and magically nobody answered. This is complete BS and this isn't how you serve a customer that can easily do a review and say everything and all it be the truth and chase other customers away because of it. Either fix the problem (no I don't want a refund and no I don't want my meal replace because I 99.99% sure it'll happen again). read more

Their service is extremely slow, I have gone more than once even been first in line and I have leave because my lunch time runs out on me. I don't even make it to the order menu if there is 1 car ahead read more

Third time of going into drive thru, ordering then told it will be fifteen minutes. They sell one product and can't seem to manage inventory..... read more

I made a order on the waiter app. I ordered the 12pc. Chicken meal with 2 sides, rolls and 2 cherry pies. The 2 sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese. When the order was delivered I opened it up and the 2 sides were missing. I called immediately and was told they were sitting on the counter and asked me if I wanted to come pick them up. I told them no and then I was asked if I wanted to come tomorrow I told her no that I had just had hiatal hernia surgery and the sides were my food the only thing I could eat. She told me she would call me back in 10 minutes this was at 7:51, I finally called back at 8:45 and got no answer. I will be there tomorrow to get this straightened out. read more
