This is the worst ChickFilA that I've ever been to ever since they changed ownership. I hate to leave bad reviews. But without them, things don't improve. I'm usually patient and understand that mistakes happen. But they should be few and far between, yet every time that I come to this location, there is something missing from my order. Sometimes whole menu items, sometimes straws and sauces, incorrect or no drink at all. And one of the reasons people choose ChickFila is for consistency. Which this location lacks. I visit this location multiple times a week. On Tuesday morning my son and I attend toddler time with Mrs. Jackie , she is so awesome! It's always nice and clean. The other employees are helpful and nice. Even when I want a lunch menu item for breakfast they are willing to cook it for me (7-10 minutes). Every location I have ever been to is busy for the most part during certain hours, as is this one. Only thing I would agree with the other review is that they could walk around more and ask if you need anything. But when I'm there it's not so busy that I can't go ask :) read more

The restaurant and food were fine. The manager was not. My son went to trade in his book for an ice cream, but they were "out of ice cream". He was obviously disappointed, so we asked if he might be able to trade it for something else. The girl at the register said she thought they could find something, but when she asked the manager, we got a flat "no" and she walked away. Really? You can't spare a cookie for a kid when your ice cream is out? It was a surprising "no" for a seemingly simple fix. Especially from a company like Chick-Fil-A. I am glad this is not our local CFA. 4 times in one and a half weeks I've had my order wrong. On different occasions I've ordered a large combo and gotten a small with the wrong drink, I've ordered spicy sandwiches and gotten regular ones, and I've ordered brownies and gotten cookies. Madison was not only rude and unattentive when taking our order but when approaching the window the attitude she exhumed was unprofessional and disheartening. It ruined my entire experience and when attempting to use coupons on top of our app she looked at us like we were crazy. I will not be returning. I am HUGE on customer service. When customers pass through the drive-thru line, there are signs advertising the starting wage is $12.50/hour. That's awesome! With that being said... for such great pay for a fast food restaurant, you'd expect at least the "simple" things to be taken care of adequately by the employees. Most of the time when I come to this particular location, they have employees waiting on customers outside in the drive-thru line to assist customers (I'm guessing) to keep the line moving and provide customer service. Not so much. They rush you to order. They are sometimes even holding menus and never offer them to you! I believe the hand held menu should be given to the vehicle or two behind the one at the intercom so they have a chance to look at it before pulling up. (That's what they do at the locations in Deer Park and the other location on Garth Rd.) These girls do not allow you time to look at the menu. It's very aggravating to have someone stare at you, give attitude, and sigh when you tell them to give you a moment to decide what to order. I have called twice about the "customer service" in the drive-thru lines and this is STILL AN ISSUE. Another issue. There is an app that you can order and pick up your food. The first AND ONLY time I used it, I went through the drive-thru line. I told one of the employees I was picking up an order I did on the app. She told me to drive up. I get to the window and they tell me if I order on the app, it's pick up inside only. I was told to pull around and come inside. It was too difficult for them to give me my order through the drive-thru window. It was cold when I finally received it... inside. What a huge inconvenience. Next, this morning I came through the drive-thru headed out to work. I ordered the 4ct Chicken Mini combo with an iced coffee. The employee taking my order through the intercom asked me if I'd like original or vanilla iced coffee. I told her vanilla... she even repeated it after I said it. Then as she went to confirm my order, she asked me if I wanted original. Original what?? Iced coffee... is that original? I corrected her and said again, vanilla. She then asked if I'd like any condiments. I asked what flavor jelly they had and she told me grape or strawberry. I told her strawberry. I get to the window and pay for my order. I start heading to work and go to start eating my breakfast. No jelly. Okay, I understand it's just a condiment, but why ask me then not put it in my bag? So then I call the store. The manager on duty was informed about the condiment issue. She offered to have a coupon mailed to me to make up for the inconvenience. I needed to give my info. I SPELLED out the name of my street to her and she STILL couldn't get it correct. Then she tells me she needs the transaction number located at the top of the receipt. I explain to her the transaction number is located at the bottom of the receipt. Then she tells me to give her the order number. I told her the order number is located at the top. Since I now wasn't sure what she needed from me, I asked her if she's like the transaction number or the order number. She rudely replied that they are the same number and it doesn't matter. (I look at the two numbers. Yes, they ARE the same number, so customers are just supposed to know this, right?) I DO NOT EXPECT this from a MANAGER... this is unacceptable. Chic-fil-a has ALWAYS been the one place you can count on friendly staff and excellent service. Today at this location was the first time I've ever seen a rude employee. Apparently with the new app ordering they have put in a designated wait area of the front counter. I went in to order my food to-go. Had to wait a few extra minutes for biscuits. Not a big deal and I didn't mind since I know the food is always good. So, as I'm waiting near the condiment stand, a manger (Monica) comes Over to me, in a slightly annoyed and bossy tone tells me that I need to move and wait in the 'designated' area. Mind you, there are only 2 other ppl waiting. I was not blocking anyone or in anyone's way. The place was empty. Maybe it just caught me off guard. They're alright. I prefer to go to the drive through because I don't like walking in. Every time I do walk in though I'm greeted warmly. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. It's a part of my weekly routine. However this location never fails to have me wait 15-20 minutes in the drive through line with only 2 cars in front of me. Not only that but this is the only location that has ever messed up my order and it's happened on at least 3 occasions. At least my food was warm when I got it.
