The fries came out...nice and crispy with great seasoning. The draft beers are super cold and fresh. The steak fried rice is excellent...a touch of garlic on the super tender steak and the rice is cooked perfectly The pork noodles followed and are delightful and full of flavor. The wings came out next and the buffalo and sticky Asian are nice size wings and really amazing to taste. Joe's lemon pepper options is a dry rub on wings that you can hear the crunch when you bite down. A pop of lemon with a back end of spice in pepper. I leave 5 star reviews but this place has me wishing there was a 6th star available as an option. All this almost made me forgo complement the excellent service we received from Ireland and Chris. GM was there and helped the new guy on the register, but was quite knowledgeable and fluent in proper precautions and the contents of the food. His attitude was very friendly and reassuring, which helps a lot with an unfamiliar place. They don't fry anything and the chips were repacked (certified GF) and the wings were baked (with precautions) and he confirmed the queso sauce was corn starch for the roux. There were a couple sauces on wings that were not safe (BBQ and Honey Hot) and the taps for cider / mead were confirmed dedicated. I ended up with Garlic Parmesan wings and chips and queso and my son's nachos with grilled chicken, and a canned cider. I did try the blackberry mead which tasted fabulous but not really a good lunch beverage. No reactions! They told me they could make any sandwich with GF bread - we are here for a while so I'll definitely be back to try one of those!

I asked for the lean cut but had to pick it apart to remove all of the fat in it which then made the bun super soggy. I was so disappointed again :( I'm not really sure what changes are being made and why but some things just need to stay the same. If it's not broke, don't try and fix it...
