This was the second time in a row that this restaurant can't do something basic like NO ONIONS! It was a Wed. night so it's not like the place was busy. If it were just myself, or if we'd all ordered the same thing, we'd have sent the order back. However, why should three of us feel obliged to wait to start eating while the kitchen help has to redo several orders that they failed to prepare properly. My favorite thing was that it was mostly meat on the inside and the flavor was incredible. Same with the chicken sandwich. It also had a kick and by the time I was done my mouth was pretty warm. I thought the potato salad was a great way to help cool it off, and it was just as good as the sandwich. I loved the batter on the chicken, and I thought the bun was toasted perfectly. This would be a place I would go to regularly if I lived in the area. Of the several times I've come here, I've had Christian as my server and he's one of the better ones in the Pluckers family. He paid attention to every detail and really made me feel like he was concerned about my order. Wait. There's more. "Ty" claim from behind the counter when there were no customers waiting to order. He began cleaning the tabletops, sweeping the floors beneath the tables, keeping everything neat and in order. He stopped at each of our tables to see if we were in need of anything. Hats off to the great magement team and staff at this location!
