Mr. Aubrey Ellington... I like how you don't have any corporate contact info unless someone has LinkedIn. You need to get your staff in check. We waited 25 minutes for a two drum stick dinner. When I spoke to the young lady telling her this is unacceptable and I wanted the franchise owners contact info, she said " I'm not the one that took your order" and then slammed the drive thru window closed and walked off. I have photos of that person however I will not post that online out of respect for that individual. However I will post the time of order and when it was received. Oh and btw the food I ordered at another location got cold waiting for the children to make my wife's food while they were on their phones. Oh yes they were on their phones, due to the wait I had to go in and relieve myself and nearly every employee was focusing NOT ON THEIR JOB BUT THEIR PHONES. I believe this is the second review I have left, however I decided to give your location another chance. Unfortunately your people failed once again.

    Over cooked chicken!!!

We stopped by this chicken express on the way home. We don't live in Aubrey and we have our own CE but stopped just to make the ride shorter. It was not the greatest. We got an 25 piece tender meal. The tenders were good. Cooked just right. Then we got a 8 meal chicken meal that was burned. It was so hard we couldn't bite through the skin and the meat inside was tough. Such a horrible taste we couldn't eat it. Then the unsweet tea had a sour taste to it. I bought a gallon of both sweet and unsweetened. And the unsweet was not good. The sides were all tasty. So hopefully if we stop back through the chicken won't be over cooked. Pictures!!!!

I've been very hesitant to write a bad review at this time when we are just trying to stay safe. My wife and kids said we should get takeout from a local catfish place in Aubrey Tx and unfortunately they were closed due to the covid 19. We had our hearts and stomachs set on catfish and I remembered I had gotten really good catfish from chicken express but not this specific location. I hate to say it but the takeout was not even edible the breading had completely fallen off the fish and this fish it's self was hard as a rock. The family side of green beans had the a huge bean stock (haha). We paid somewhere along the line of 40 dollars for the meal. I called the location that's maybe 15 mins from me and explained the situation and they requested that I drive the food back to the restaurant so they could see it. The assistant manger said they have to see the food itself before they can do anything. I explained that I didn't have time to drive all the way back to the store and the assistant manger told me to just hang on to the food and bring it back in when we could. She even went as far as saying they had a customer that waited for three days to bring back the food?!? Wait what?! I told the location I would like to speak to the owner of the store and she again stated he has never physically been to this location?!?! Wait what ?!? How do own a restaurant and never step foot in the door. At this point it's a loss for me but hopefully you will read this before going to this location.

My family likes the chicken, but I prefer the spicy catfish. Its made fresh, so it takes about 10min but its so worth it.

The drink station area was quite messy and needed a good wipe-down. It took a pretty long time for them to refill the sweet tea machine as well. More importantly, the music playing overhead was filled with obscene language. It was definitely not appropriate for families with kids. Nobody wants to hear pu%%y this, F%#k that, and the "N" word while eating. Its not some hole in the wall joint in like Paynes in Memphis. One of the kids seemed to be playing the music from there cellphones Playlist. If you are just grabbing takeout, the food is worth it, but the management might want to rethink the playlist and keep an eye on the lobby cleanliness to make it a more welcoming spot for everyone

Super Wing is a solid go-to spot for wings when you want something quick, flavorful, and…read moreconsistent. The wings are cooked well with a nice crisp on the outside while still staying juicy inside, and the variety of sauces makes it easy to switch things up depending on your mood. Whether you prefer classic buffalo heat, garlic parmesan, or sweeter options, there's a good range to choose from. The portions are generous for the price, and the food comes out fast, which makes it a great option for takeout or a casual meal at home. The fries and sides pair well with the wings, especially when ordered fresh. It's not a fancy dine-in experience, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do--deliver solid wings without overcomplicating things. Overall, Super Wing is a reliable local spot that's easy to come back to whenever you're craving wings with good flavor and quick service.

I'm not sure how that happens when ordering a combo (I paid $9.31 and the combo was $9.99), but I didn't want to make a fuss since I knew it wasn't the $10.81 with tax (I thought she gave me a student discount or something) and was open to paying whatever difference. I DID chuckle though, thinking, 'they really want this $1.00 and some change,' but I charged it to economy-- and hard times. However, I was told the fries would be an additional $2.59, which is full price. Huh? I attempted to gain understanding, which I'm sure the pressure for the additional money was coming from the man cooking vs. the lady as the messenger, but didn't understand and wasn't paying full price. Fast forward to receiving food, I was told they allowed a 1/2 order of fries since I didn't purchase them. I was done. Chyle... food was terrible. Honey mustard wings were overcooked, tasteless and drowned in sauce. My "free" 1/2 order of fries were cooked too hard for the size. No one in our party was impressed and we felt the food was extremely bland (mind you we ordered a bit of everything). Upon leaving we went straight to Jersey Mike's. This used to be a place we'd frequent if in the area, but it's gone further downhill. It's sad because we love family owned restaurants--but we will not return.

Unique tasting wings. Small, but have a very god original flavor. Must try place in Denton.read more

I was completely stuck between the Pink Parm and the K-Pop fries and asked for her recommendation. That's when I found out she can do a split plate - which is genius because I truly could not decide. The fact that she was willing to work with me like that just shows how much she cares about her customers. I always say, when reviews are consistently good, I'm not too worried about price as long as the food delivers. Zoe mentioned she recently had to raise prices slightly -- which is totally understandable in today's economy -- but let me tell you... $17 FLAT for a split plate of chicken and loaded fries, fried Oreos, and a HUGE side of free ranch?! That is unheard of right now. I always say, when reviews are consistently good, I'm not too worried about price as long as the food delivers. The portions are generous, the flavors are bold, I, and the service makes the whole experience even better. I already can't wait to bring everyone I know back here and try the flavors I didn't get to today. Support local - especially when it's this good.

I struck up a conversation with another customer at the bar, a lady my mother's age. The customers who come here are pretty chill, obviously itching to do with the business, but a good bonus. The food is tasty, prices are fair. They have music in the evenings. The only reason I took off a star was because when we decided to sit in the patio I had to track down the server. To be fair, he appeared to be spread thin covering tables outside and the patio, so I can't say for certain if that was his fault or the manager's. A small complaint either way. That's kinda the only reason we showed up that Friday... other than that, 8/10 great spot.
