However, I didn't have one and started to walk off to schedule one, and they just caught up to me and said, "no, no, no...we have an appointment available. Let's get you going. Then while you wait, go inside and get a snack and some coffee." I am very impressed. Very clean waiting area, 2 big TVs end comfy chairs. A complimentary soda fountain, coffee (pod style), and water and some snacks. Then, they also have soda bottles available for purchase and a snack machine. So, customer service: 10, amenities: 10

Took my jeep in last week. Told them specifically what codes are showing, which all of the owner…read moreforums say is the clock spring. Jeep knows that they have an issue with the clock spring on this vehicle, which is why they extended the warranty on it to 15 years. They call me today and tell me that it is a fuse panel issue and that they can take care of it for $1800. Needless to say, I declined their offer. I go to pick it up and the write up confirms the codes I gave them and says that they recommend "replacing the TIPM then re-evaluate." They never even looked at the clock spring. On top of this, they charged me $165 to plug my vehicle into their computer and confirm the codes I already gave them. My vehicle ran for less than 5 minutes (I reset the mileage and engine time when I dropped it off) and then they "lost" it. Had to have one of the service guys drive around a different lot to find out where they had left it because they never brought it over after testing. And people wonder why no one trusts a dealership.

My 2021 Explorer was purchased in December 2024 as a used vehicle with just over 20,000 miles. I have put 8000 miles on those tires. My mechanic told me the tires were made in 2020. See the problem? Why would tires with 28'000 be bald? I could have had a blowout on the freeway and been killed! Did they put crappy used tires on the car before they sold it to me? Or did they mess with the odometer? My bad for not checking the tires before I bought the car.
