Now they have changed managers and nobody seems to be in any hurry or have any clue about teamwork, or how to get vehicles in and out quickly. if you're planning on getting an oil change at this location, please give yourself at least an hour and a half. Wait time before you even get into the bay. Then you're looking at possibly another 45 minutes for a simple oil change. The crew that they have on staff at this time seems in adequate and on educated about the procedures required to perform an oil change in the 15 minutes that Valvoline states it should take. I would not recommend coming here unless you have half a day to get an oil change. The staff, as I said, seems completely inadequate for the services that you're looking for. My experience has been that the staff even asked me what kind of oil my vehicle took, that the dipstick was difficult to return back into the dipstick tube, and if I knew the type of oil filter required for my vehicle. The owner himself took over and he spent two hours going over the problem with a couple of his workers... I sat there for 20 minutes and there was no movement whatsoever. I left. Went to the gas station and came back just to check and the lines still had not moved. So clearly the oil changes are taking much longer than 10 minutes and having an appointment is pointless. I even tried calling to make sure they were actually open so that we weren't all just sitting there for no reason. No one answered the phone and their voicemail has not been set up.
