Family oil change in Wapakoneta Ohio on Bellfountain Street. Used to be a very good place to get in…read moreand out quickly for an oil change on your vehicle. Now they have changed managers and nobody seems to be in any hurry or have any clue about teamwork, or how to get vehicles in and out quickly. if you're planning on getting an oil change at this location, please give yourself at least an hour and a half. Wait time before you even get into the bay. Then you're looking at possibly another 45 minutes for a simple oil change. The crew that they have on staff at this time seems in adequate and on educated about the procedures required to perform an oil change in the 15 minutes that Valvoline states it should take. I would not recommend coming here unless you have half a day to get an oil change. The staff, as I said, seems completely inadequate for the services that you're looking for. My experience has been that the staff even asked me what kind of oil my vehicle took, that the dipstick was difficult to return back into the dipstick tube, and if I knew the type of oil filter required for my vehicle. Incompetence is the word that I would use for the staff at this valvoline location
