I was asked to reschedule my appointment. I can understand this type of thing can happen. My appointment was rescheduled for today at 4pm. I got a call at 1142am this morning from James Crume telling me he was about 30 minutes away from my house and wanted to know if he could stop so he would not have to wait until 4pm. I told him I could not due to a conference call at 1230pm. Then he began to question me wanting to know what time I would be finished and why was my appointment scheduled so late in the day, then he had the nerve to say he did not want to wait until my appointment time. The last time I checked anyone running a business need to be mindful of the customer. I told him not to even worry about coming and I would contact Generac for someone who wanted my business and knows what customer service really means!!!

The electrician managed to start up our unit and stop it from tripping the breaker outside and was able to diagnose the issue being a HVAC and that the unit was pulling too many amps for the size of the breaker (which was already at max). The electrician who came out was very professional, punctual and pleasant. The woman, Lisa, whom I spoke to on the phone and managed to get me an appointment quickly despite a few days wait list due to the fact that we have been without working AC for 2 weeks now, was very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get any sort of electrical issues fixed.

We bought a home last year from a FSBO. He had two lines and a business phone. Even with a home…read moreinspection we did not anticipate having annoying problems with telephone/internet service. AT&T came out several times but referred us to First American warranty provided by the seller. The first electrician from the warranty company referred us back to AT&T. AT&T indicated there was a short in the line that was not covered. Their temporary solution was to run a new line and install a large box so we would have wireless internet service and one working jack in a back bedroom. This is where the answering machine would have to be located. They did not charge for this service. I then had knee replacement surgery and did not engage another battle for service for several months. I called First American again and a new warranty contractor, Patriot Electric, resolved the problem after sending out a head technician on a second visit. The line was not connected to the interface so all the other jacks would not work. Wires were not connected, wires were smashed when the new box was installed and color coding was incorrect. It was not necessary to run a new CAT 5 line and costs were reasonable considering all the technicians from more than three companies that had tried to resolve the problem. Now I have the answering machine in the kitchen and can use my new all in one printer with fax! Great job Patriot Electric!
