My wife likes unique estate/vintage pieces, which can be difficult to find, and even harder to value. The gentleman that helped me out was quite knowledgable, patient and fair. I had no ideas in mind, but he spent some time with me to show me all sorts of options, and was patient and not at all hard-selling. I felt like it was OK if I took his time and didn't end up buying anything. He spent time educating me on what makes certain pieces more valuable than others. I did end up purchasing two pieces from them, and was very happy with both the quality and the price. You get a great value here, and professional help. They have a great inventory of both new and antique jewelry. I believe they will also make customized jewelry too. My colleague, who is very knowledgable on jewelry (who wasn't looking to buy anything), was impressed with the values on some peices that I was looking at and actually bought a few items as well. I will certainly make regular stops to this jewelry store when I am in the area, and will consider driving up from NJ on special occasions when I need to find a unique gift. I was also surprised by the negative review, as I was satisfied enough to go on this site to give them a good review, which I typically do not do. This store has been added to my short list of quality, fair, knowledgable and patient jewelers, that I will continue to be a patron. I have already recommended this store to a friend.
