this is really the only chick fil a we go to, so i'm not sure if it's a local or company-wide issue, but the sandwiches have been SO hit or miss. when they're good, they're really good, but almost every other time we get them, they are so chewy, almost crunchy, and virtually inedible. it's like biting into cartilage- and it's not just pieces of the sandwich, it's the entire thing. there's been many times when we can't eat the sandwiches at all, so it's a big waste of money. the service is always great and fast, and all of the workers are super kind and respectful. and again, when it's good it's so good, so it's difficulty to really leave a "bad" review because sometimes it's great. just a heads up for anyone who enjoys the sandwiches, it may be worth getting something else at this location read more

I love Chick fil a, as do most humans! I rarely visit this location due to the difficulty getting in and out. There is always a line...great for business, but I do skip this location for this reason. However the customer service, though not bad, lack the pep and super friendliness of the Flagstaff location. It was average for a fast food joint. Cleanliness of restaurant and restroom was okay. Not gross or dirty but needed some attention. To be fair it was a Saturday afternoon and really busy since it's in a shopping center. Very noisy. But you don't eat fast food for ambiance! Overpriced. The breakfast burritos taste like cafeteria food. It did make me have nostalgic flashbacks to the horrible eggs they served in school. It made my heart happy for some odd reason, even though the burritos taste like dookie. The chicken was also dry and the cheese wasn't melted. Just like grade school I didn't expect anything less from a fast food eatery. Like I said, dookie but nostalgic, ya feel? The one thing you all have the upper hand on is that fact that you all's burritos are big-- school breakfast burritos could NEVER. I couldn't even fit my mouth around the darn burrito, and the toppings kept falling out. That would be PERFECTO if the burrito didn't taste like dookie. If there are certain things I can expect with relative certainty from any Chick-fil-A (CFA) location, it's that: (1) I'll get consistently yummy fried chikin, (2) I'll get said chikin quickly, and (3) I'll get at least one "My pleasure" before I drive away. But this CFA manages to break the mold of "cheery + efficiently-run chikin peddler" by its asinine drive-thru setup. And it's asinine because it impacts more than just the drive-thru. I do all of my CFA-ing through the mobile app, because: (1) free stuff, (2) ease of use, and (3) what do I look like, someone who wants to have a conversation with a human to explain my order? Get outta here with your 20th-century mawkishness. When I place a mobile order at any other CFA location, I then pull into the "curbside pickup" area, and wait for the Christian chikin sammich to be hand-delivered to me (fact: being extra lazy makes the chikin extra tasty). But if you happen to show up at this location at a busy time (which is most of the time), you're in for the one thing that you never thought could happen at a CFA: You'll have to wait. And not wait, like, 5 minutes or something (which feels like a travesty by CFA standards). You'll wait like a motherfrakker. I kid you not, it took me 20 minutes just to reach the curbside pickup spot after I entered the parking lot. Because there's no way to get to the curbside pickup spot without first getting into the drive-thru line with everyone else. Because the drive-thru line loops around the building twice. Because of course everyone in Yukon also wants their Christian chikin sammich. I would have left at like the 8-minute mark, except I was literally held captive in my Honda while surrounded by Ford trucks on three sides. Every other CFA location manages to figure out a way to reduce the guaranteed lunch/dinner clusterfrak, or has the curbside pickup somewhere outside of the drive-thru space. Or some of them don't even offer the option of curbside pickup because they know their parking lots are stupid. But this CFA does none of those things. Maybe there's a lesson in here about my laziness (with the mobile app or whatever). But my laziness notwithstanding, my terrible experience (by CFA standards) was the result of poor logistics. read more

Always a great experience when I visit here! When it comes to fast food joints chick-fil-a is king. Everyone on the staff is ALWAYS polite, friendly and helpful. If I need my fast food to be fast, this is where I go. Drive-thru wrapped around the building, no worries! The staff can efficiently provide food to a completely full drive thru in the snap of a finger (ok not that fast, but you get the point). I have never felt that I have waited in a drive-thru here for too long. If you choose to go inside on a busy day, which is every day their doors are open, the same applies. They are fast and efficient. As a mom with a baby, I also appreciate the fact that their toys are educational. They also have these great plastic sheets you can set on the table in front of your baby or toddler to put their food on, guaranteed clean surface and fast clean up. I also enjoy all their menu items, especially their chicken nuggets. Their chick-Fil-a sauce is amazing! The quality of fast food here is always great. It's my pleasure to inform you that this ChickFilA has fast and friendly service. You're probably going to have to keep close tabs on the line. It's long and people like to cut in from the side door. Once you get your crispy and delicious food, you'll have to hover like a vulture until a table becomes available. Unless you spent the last 20 minutes in the drive through, then you can immediately start devouring your waffle fries in your vehicle. I'm a big ChickFilA fan, and always seem to crave it the most on Sundays when they are closed. Just be prepared that this location in Yukon is often the hub for community events. Boy Scouts, church groups, every little league team that ever existed. If you don't like kids, don't come here. But if you have a family in Yukon, you can bring your kids here for the playground and see the whole town in one day. PS they have lemonade with Splenda. My son's on a Chicken Sandwich kick right now. We normally just go to McDonald's and he's pretty Satisfied and it's reasonably priced. I have eaten a Chick-Fil-A a couple of times. But it had been awhile. I remember that I wasn't too impressed especially for the price. But we were driving past one and my son said they were the best even though that wasn't my memory. I thought Maybe I had just caught them on a bad day both times I ate there before. Plus the store I ate at was in Midwest City not Yukon. I was hungry and "Chick-Fil-A" was right there. Against my better judgement we whipped in there and order two chicken sandwich meals with drinks. I noticed they offered a Deluxe sandwich and a lesser version. The Deluxe had tomatoes,Lettuce,Cheese and some kind of dressing. The lesser version ones picture looked OK,as all the pictures always do. Never accurately! Anyway we payed our $16.00 Tab and drove the 12 miles home. We sit down and I was anticipating these "The Best Chicken Sandwich" according to my brilliant son. Well he pulled the "Ultimate Chicken Sandwich" out the bag and handed it to me, he started with this tiny foiled package that I thought were the Waffle fries. Then he pulled out a container that I recognized as the Waffle fries. I ask him what was in the foiled package and he told me that was the "Ultimate Chicken Sandwich" Remember I described this package as tiny. I pulled the monster sandwich out and I was shocked at what I was seeing. It was the tiniest chicken sandwich I've ever seen! On top of the amazing size of this "Ultimate Chicken Sandwich" it was evidently the first fillet they cooked in the morning. And was cooked over and over again until they saw me drive in and thought I would be the lucky recipient of this masterpiece. When opened it I was impressed with the two tiny pickles,No mayo,No tomatoes,No lettuce on this $7.00 sandwich. Just two scrawny pickles. There was a pretty good fender bender at one of the exits that was probably caused by customers checking their order while pulling out. Went into shock when they saw the feast in the sack and lost control of the cars causing thousands of dollars in damage to their vehicles. So just be patient and don't check your order till you go home and park your car and go in the house. That way the worst thing that will happen is having to clean the mess up after you throw it up against the wall. Like I did. ENJOY!!! We did stop a McDonald's a day or two later and I thought I would compare. It wasn't great but it had Mayo, tomato and lettuce for a little cheaper price. Received delivery from them a couple weeks ago. Ordered a salad with dressing and didn't get dressing. Sent in a complaint on their website and received an apology from CFA corporate stating they will pass it along to store Mgr. I received an apology from him as well. At this point I'm okay. Fast forward to this week. Ordered another salad with 2 dressings hoping that might catch someone's attention. It did not. Missing again. Not many enjoy eating a salad with no dressing. Great location here. I've been here 10-15 times and have never had an issue. I honestly don't think I could say that about any other restaurant. Amazing service as you'd expect from any Chick-fil-A, fast service even with the crazy crowds, perfect food every time. This is probably one of the busiest Chick-fil-As you'll find because of its lone location. Sure there's another one by the Outlet, but that one stays busy as well and isn't worth the drive for those close to Yukon. Because of how busy Garth Brooks is, it's hard to find a slow day here. Even with the long drive thru lines, it goes by so quick because of how efficient the workers are here. I wish other fast food places would implement the strategy of having someone outside taking orders and payments but oh man, I don't think I could ever do that with Oklahoma heat and wind. I try not to ever go inside because it's seriously so hard to find a seat. It's almost always packed, but even with all the commotion and chaos, I've never seen an angry or irritated worker. This is how fast food needs to be. It's amazing how night and day the service is when comparing Chick-fil-A to other restaurants or businesses. read more
