I usually go to to Chick-fil-A near me in Springfield which is usually crowded but they have 2 lines and several workers outside taking your order on a tablet and sending it inside so when you get to the window it's ready. I was in Cheltenham and decided to stop here. It was drive thru only, with one line of around 40 cars going all out into the street and no one outside to take your order. So everyone in his one extremely long line of cars had to order at one drive thru and it was an extremely loooong mess. I hope for the people in this areas sake that it's not always like this. I know I'll never come here again unless the line is shorter and the workers become more efficient. read more

First thing that struck me up on walking into this place was how clean, well-lit and cozy this place felt - keeping in mind that it is one of the nationwide, fast-food chain joints which tend to be more of quick in-out places with cleanliness/ambience usually an after thought. The service was prompt, friendly and attitude free. And the food - I ordered the spicy fried chicken deluxe sandwich. The fillet was tender, moist, hot and flavored perfectly. It didnt feel greasy and oily. Pepperjack cheese, sliced pickles, lettuce and tomatoes on a toasted bun all went perfectly together. The only issue I had was that the bun felt a little to weak to carry the weight of the sandwich. The fries were acceptable. All in all, a good place to satisfy your chicken craving. read more

The service at this Chick-fil-A is horrible. I came to this location twice in the past week. I always submit my order through the app to save time. Each time I arrived and received my food. They always forget to give me my drink. Both times the restaurant was busy and a lot of people were waiting for their food. This restaurant has some weird system where they have one or two pep[;e who give you only the food in your order and someone else then get's you your drink. Well this system sucks. I don't know ANY other Chick-fil-A that does this. BOTH times they forgot to give me my drink. The first time I had to ask someone to give me my forgotten drink order. The lady apologized and upgraded me to a large drink. Yesterday they forgot my drink order AGAIN. I waited a few minutes just to see if anyone would notice why I would still be standing there with my food just standing idly by. Nobody cared to ask or inquire why I was there standing. I again had to tell a cashier my drink was forgotten again. This time she didn't apologize or upgrade my drink, she simply made me my drink and that's it, no apology. I will never be coming back to this location. They need to give customers their COMPLETE food and drink order and not incomplete orders because both times my drinks were forgotten. read more

Very busy chik fila. Drive thru at peak will take longer than 20 minutes, but the workers really do work fast. The food tastes very good, and make sure to get the lemonade. The real problem is that the area isnt meant to sustain a super long drivethru line - alot of the time, cars will literally spill over into the parking lot, making driving sometimes difficult. read more

This Chick-fil-A is CRAZY BUSY. I assure you if you come here during dinner the drive thru line will be 30 cars deep. It is almost always quicker to go inside at this location than it is to go through the drive thru. That being said this staff here are friendly, prompt and the store itself is clean. Hmmmmm first time I have been in a chick-fil-A and felt like I'm at Mc Donald's or something crappy fast food location. The workers have an attitude like they don't even care to serve you. Whenever I come here I feel like I'm at a 5 star restaurant! These employees are super sweet, hard-working, and the experience here is just awesome! The chicken sandwich is so good! It was only my 2nd time coming to Chick-Fil-A and the employee was really patient with me. The 2nd time I came was just jaw dropping. Again, the employees were so sweet. Before I could even eat my food, someone came over to ask me if my food was correct and if I needed anything else. They then even took our trays away when we were done, and they refilled our drinks for us, without us even asking & actually not even knowing we could get free refills! Worst chic fila experience everrrr. We went to grab something quick for breakfast. They were out of one juice so we picked another. Got to the window they just gave us two coffees...???..Once we mentioned that that was not the drink we ordered the cashier replied "oh we are out of that juice too" Never even offered another juice option . Then we pulled away to find the order was wrong. And the hash browns had fries in it, which would have just came off a pleasant surprise IF anything about this customer service experience was decent. This chick fil a location used to be the best. It HAD friendly workers, good food, and it was clean. At least it's still clean. I go to chick fil a at least once a week and I've noticed some changes. There's a few very unfriendly people at this location. There's the manager with the terrible attitude. She is never friendly when she takes my order. Plus when I ask for the special dip cup ketchup she rolls her eyes. There's another employee who gave me so much attitude when I ordered that my husband even picked up on the vibe. He never notices anything. When I go to the drive thru, I always ask for the dip cup ketchup but they still give me the packets. Recent part of my order was missing. This was the second time it happened at this location. How the heck do you forget to put in 2 orders of fries? Well the manager did fix the problem but I had to come back the next day. It was already late so I just divided the 2 fries we did get amongst the 4 people. Explaining that to my young children was hard. At least it was a good lesson on sharing. I still love the food but the service is starting to be crappy. Chick fil a used to be a notch above but they are really falling off. I live in walking distance to the Cheltenham Avenue location, they seem to have a high turnover in staff. I hate using the drive thru 1) long lines, 2) service is unprofessional even for a fast food and 3) always have to ask for condiments three or four times. Please don't get me started on placing order via the phone takes then 20-30 minutes to answer only to be told to call back as they were under staff and busy. read more

In the mornings there is definitely a disconnect with their leadership and team playing. They are terribly SLOW. Rather, on the latter half of the day the pace picks up, staff is more effective and my son enjoys the atmosphere!
