We sent them back and about 5 minutes later they brought out the same cold sandwiches If I had wanted a cold sandwich I could have been bought bologna and bread. I also ordered the hash browns on the app for delivery and they didn't tell me that I couldn't order bc it's a breakfast item. We order from this location easily once a week, sometimes more!!!!! This location recently removed the curbside pick up option and put in a 3 lane drive through. Worst decision ever! We have not received a correct order, they forget whole meals, drinks and sauces. We have a limited time for lunch, having to go back for forgotten items puts us in a bad situation with our allotted lunch hour. The is a huge disservice to their loyal customers. read more

Our Chick-fil-a reopened on Wednesday, August 7, after being closed six weeks for remodeling. The remodel is great and the food, as usual, was delicious. The staff was friendly and happy to be back to work. We didn't use it, but most of the remodel was to improve the drive thru. Much more efficient from what we could see, more protection from the elements for the young people working the drive thru. Still my #1 fast food restaurant! read more

Don't get freaked out if you see a long line of cars in the drive-thru. The people who work here are extremely proficient and friendly. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes from ordering to getting my food and go. It doesn't matter what time of day you come here, or if they're extremely busy or not, you will always receive the friendliest customer service from any one of the people who work here. First and foremost, the food is always tasty and good at any Chick-fil-A Restaurant, including this one. The restaurant was very clean (in fact one of the employees was cleaning the windows as I left) and my experience with the staff was pleasant. Take for granted 98% of the employees working a late shift was young teenagers and adults. All seemed to work well with each other as a team. I spoke with the manager about Yelp and he didn't know about the website or app. After stating it was good tool to use to help see the pros and cons of any particular restaurant. He was very receptive and I believe he will use it as a tool. I saw another not-so-popular post and don't doubt it but thought I would post what I observed and felt as well. read more

Ordered through curbside and the app wasnt working so we had to go in the line twice for each of our curbside orders. We got the to window and asked if they could pour us a lemonade and we would pay for it because it wasn't on our curbside order and we were told we could let them know when we got to the window. Chick fil as in general are really good places to eat. That being said, this chick fil a is a big let down. The workers are not friendly, not like the other chick fil as in the area. It is hard to get served, even when they are not busy. I was standing in line waiting for one of the servers to be free. One walked away from her register, one stood there doing nothing, abs the third took the order of the people in front of me. The second server finally decided to start taking orders, however a lady who came in after me walked up and was served before. This was the last of a long line of times of not being able to get service. On top of this, one of the food preparers walked out of the back with his food handling gloves on. He walked outside, touching the doors and his keys, went to his car and came back in. He then went back into the back to prepare more food. At no point did he ever take off his gloves.
