I am going to say that this is the best breakfast I have ever had. They serve Dirty Girl coffee, which is a local brand and it is incredible. Our party ordered Eggs your way, the Sweet & Savory, Build your Own burrito, French Toast, and I had a stack of pancakes. Everyone cleaned their plate and the pancakes were incredible. The service was good as well, but they are very busy, so you will need to be patient. If you go for breakfast, you should get there not much later than open because they fill up fast. It would be worth the drive from Athens to have a breakfast of this caliber.

Second, they said that we didn't pay ( we did) and would not let two of the members from our party leave because they said we owed $40.00. They kept them HOSTAGE. THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY. The member then had to call someone to come and pay so they could leave. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT EVERYONE PAYED! I AM DISAPPOINTED! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

We stopped at this Wendy's location for dinner on our way through traveling. I was amazed at how…read moreclean it was and how friendly the staff was. It was seriously refreshing. The lobby is decorated for Valentine's Day and the staff was all so friendly and helpful. We ordered and our food was brought to our table hot and fresh. The sandwiches were even wrapped up so nicely it caught my eye that whoever was preparing the food took pride in the product they are putting out. The bathrooms were clean and well cared for. The gentleman at the counter was above and beyond. He set the feel for the atmosphere of this location in my opinion and he's doing a great job. He came to the lobby and straightened chairs on his down time and checked in to make sure we were alright. I even overheard the staff at the counter verifying a door dash order together and making sure they did the correct bagging procedure. It was just an overall good experience, enough for me to say "wow, I need to take the time out of my day to leave them a good review" and you can tell that this staff takes pride in their jobs. Every little part of that machine matters an works well together. Keep up the good work!

A member of my party requested a different sauce than usually comes on an item; they said they…read morecould do that. When the meals arrived, the sauce was neither the sauce she requested nor the one that usually comes with it. It looked and tasted like a BBQ sauce, however Brown sauce had been requested. We went back to register to ask about having it made as it had been requested. The lady at the register argued that it was Brown sauce. We questioned why it was red, she said their brown sauce is red. (We had another dish on the table that had brown sauce on it and it was actually Brown, so we knew better. Most importantly, however is how angrily the cashier/staff/owner, (whatever she is) behaved; she became irate. This was the most rude and unhinged reaction I have ever seen toward a customer in a restaurant. If she was an employee, they should fire her. The person who ordered the meal just told her to forget it and take the meal back; we weren't going to eat it and we needed the yelling and hand in the face.... Yes, the woman was putting her hand in the face of a customer as she continued to yell "that was brown sauce" and "she order it that way and it comes with white sauce and brown sauce is red.... Yada yada yada. Upon threat of just leaving the food on the counter, and more agitated babbling from the employee, we agreed to just have the dish made as described on the menu . Interestingly some of the Red "Brown Sauce" was still on a dish at the table. A color, smell, and taste comparison of it to the actual Brown sauce on my plate established that we absolutely had two different sauces - a real brown sauce and an imposter red brown sauce, which caused quite a stir and tasted like bad bbq. My suggestion; Buy the spring rolls and noodles and make no changes; avoid the hot and sour soup while you're at it. Or.... Avoid the entire place and the wrath of yelling hostess, for the lack of a better title. Overall, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Half the restaurant had their coats on through the entire meal. Food wise, everyone was happy with what they ordered. That's one of the highlights of this place - that it is predictable and consistent. I do appreciate the flexibility on customization and changes to sides. French onion soup was surprisingly good. One of our party got the shrimp and lobster chowder which she loved. Bread always comes out fresh and warm. My shrimp were well cooked but almost too salty. Broccoli slightly overdone so it was near squishy. Fries were great. Lots of sweet potato's and baked potato's in our group - all were devoured. There was a mistake/oversight on our order which the server remedied proactively so that was excellent. If i could give 3.5 stars I would. For casual places in its category for compare, I would give it 4 stars.
