Every time we go here, we remember why we never go here very often. The food is terrible almost every time. Today was no different. We got 6 tacos, a burrito and an order of their potatoes. All 6 tacos were literally broken into pieces. They were very skimpy on ingredients and just poorly made trash. We asked for extra sauce, and didn't get it. This was a drive thru order. I guess the management and staff just doesn't care about food quality. Because it really shows! What a total joke of a restaurant! read more

this is the worst taco bell that i have ever seen... the tacos are ALWAYS under filled even on the taco supreme. they rarely fill the taco and skimp on tomatoes, even the burrito supreme are small and less filled than any other taco bell i have been to and i travel all over the state. for example, the taco bell in nitro w.v. make a tacos and burritos worth the price i pay. also, the one time i ever complained about the underfilled tacos, the (manager?) employee there said that " you must have dropped them" why would i complain if i did it? i have my own business of 40 years and i would never even imply that a customer is lying! they (he) was rude and insisted that the other employees had"complained about me". now on the positive side, he did refund the cost of the lunch(which i returned to them), and they are usually very quick and only are slow when the drive thru has a long line...needless to say i will no longer patronize this location! Stay away, not worth the price at the vienna w.v. location. read more

This Taco Bell has messed up orders for me a couple times, but it's still the same Taco Bell food as any other restaurant of the chain.

Though we gave them the opportunity to make it right by us, the manager and the corporate office did not. Our food was wrong, the bags and packaging a mess, and the staff was rude. Once the problem was identified the manager hung up on us and left the phone off of the hook. A call to their superiors resulted in a scoff and an ignored problem. We were very disappointed and will not eat at this location again. read more

Just got dinner, they are fast and courteous! Everything was stacked nicely in 1 bag ( 2 Crunchwrap meals and 2 burritos) An appropriate amount of tomatoes on Crunchwrap random point but I don't like a lot on em! Great job guys! read more

I have seen cleaner bathrooms in third world countries, than their dining room. For the 3rd time this summer their air-conditioning is out. So their worker's sweat is dripping I to the food. I've had people pull guns on me In their parking lot after dark. So hopefully I'll get my order soon. read more

My husband just went through the drive thru with our kids and purchased a fairly large order. He brought it home and our children noticed we didn't receive the correct items. We were supposed to get Doritos locos tacos party pack. They were regular tacos. This being our children's favorite and their meals, my husband called to get our order corrected. The manager on duty got on the phone after speaking to an employee who varieties the mistake. She told my husband (she was on speaker phone) that she would remake the items but would be charging him. My husband rebutted her and said he isn't sure why he needed to pay more when both she and the employee both admitted it was a mistake on their part. She became rude and refused to do anything about their mistake. So I advised my husband to just ask for her GM'a information. To which she told him he was ridiculous and she wasn't giving out any information. He asked for her name and she also refused. I got on the phone and she accused ME of yelling and hung up on me when I asked for a District managers number. I called back me told her I demand the info and she finally gave the GM's name and proceeded to hang up on me again. I will be contacting corporate and I will Put this all over FB. This is a small Town and I know a lot of people that will take their business to the Belpre location before coming to Vienna again! I will also be calling tomorrow to speak to the GM and getting the Regional managers info. All this because she turned a simple mistake into rudeness and ignorance. read more

The Taco Bell in Vienna gets the reward for the slowest, poor food quality and poor customer service. I personally don't eat anything from Taco Bell because anytime I have tried to I get diarrhea. However, my 17.5 year old dog likes soft shell beef tacos with only cheese. He is old and finicky so, if he will eat tacos I will get them for him. This evening we went through the drive-thru for tacos. We go there once a week, sometimes twice. I have learned especially through this virus to always check the bag to make sure what I ordered is included. I actually do that now with any fast food restaurant. Tonight there were two tacos in the bag. When we arrived I was shocked there weren't ten vehicles in front of us. I was also shocked that the first drive-thru window was open and taking payments. We arrived home in less than 10 minutes and I get the tacos ready for the dog to eat. I was very disappointed to open the tacos up to find less than half of the amount of meat and cheese in them. Just last week they were normal. We will not go back to Taco Bell if this is going to be a norm. There are many fast food places my dog likes and I will make tacos at home for him. read more

Your nacho fries are horrible and our beefy nacho grillers were 1/4 of the way full and were flattened like a tortilla!! The times that we've asked for sauce you ONLY gave us ONE mild and we have 3 kids!!!!!!!!!!! Can you imagine the screams of 3 innocent children eating dry half full tacos?!?! read more

Slowest service I've ever seen in fast food... every time I go here. It consistently takes 20 minutes minimum to get food. They seem to have plenty of staff too. Not sure what the issue is here read more

waited at LEAST twenty minutes in line because nobody knew what they were doing. Also, got a chicken quesadilla and half of it is completely empty AND the cheese wasn't melted. Literally a waste of my time. If i'm going to wait that long for food, i'd like it to taste somewhat decent. NEEDS WORK. read more

Taco Bell - what is THIS - Fast Food Near Me - Vienna, West Virginia

Jesus Christ. We couldn't have gotten less of what we ordered. We got a bunch of food, barely got half of it, and the order is screwed up. Don't go here. read more

It's a Taco Bell so no real high expectations. This one is always very slow inside or through the drive through so don't eat here if you are in a rush. Very slow. Order is right about 90% of the time so pretty good for this type of fast food restaurant. Actually one of my favorite lunch spots when I'm not pressed for time. read more
