No clear sign or direction as to where to go do what. They weren't busy! After waiting nearly 20 minutes I went up and asked for my drinks. They could find the order for one, but not the other. After watching the staff looking for a ticket, I finally said never mind, just give me a water. After asking again, they got half my food out but we're waiting for my wife's food. By the time hers got out, mine was cold. Once I sat down I checked my receipt an sure enough, I had been charged for the missing drink. I went to ask about it and was told it was self serve. I found no tea so I went back up and was told it was in the fountain machine. I finally found it only to have it dispense water. I went to report that. Mind you my wife had finished her meal and I at my cold meal as well. They said they would go change the box. I said just refund it. I've had better meals and service at McDonald's!
