Many of my friends had been telling me how phenomenal this restaurant is, from the pizza to the amazing pasta dishes. I had never had a chance to visit since I live 22 miles away. However, I made a business visit a couple days ago and was I Amazed!! First, I noticed the Perfect cleanliness, even in the restrooms!! Not only did it have hot water, but soap and well stocked towels. In my opinion this is a gold standard for the flu season and beyond. Even though I didn't have time to eat that day, the food that I saw served to customers , that Looked and Smelled Awesome!! Today, Tony and I went to Belpre, Ohio for my job and decided to eat at Napoli's Italian Feast. The place was packed at lunch time around noon. We went inside and it was very nice. We were seated immediately and waitress got our drink order. I went with a Pepsi and Tony a draft Bud Light Beer. We went with a medium Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Onions and Banana Peppers. Along with Garlic Butter Rolls with Marinara Sauce. The food was Awesome!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try some new pizza, or st least new to us. Definitely going back again!!! read more

I ordered the chicken cacciatore, side of fries, and an Arnold Palmer. I was greeted by the staff and also by my server Jamie with open arms. The booths were aligned against the windows. The music selection was from the 50's it gave an "old tyme" vibe to the restaurant. read more

Squared pizzas from Napoli's was a treat as I grew up. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to experience this family-owned business again and it did not disappoint! I visited almost near closing time and found the customer service even better than the pizza. Brandon was patient, welcoming and sincere. I did not have to request a box and he anticipated all other potential requests before asked. During the rainstorm, he let me know I was welcome as I was waiting a few minutes for a ride. Locally owned and operated with many locations. The Italian Sub is out of this world. Pizza is also really good for local service. I think this is also the best next day pizza anywhere. We have been coming to Napoli's every Friday night for a couple of years. The atmosphere is very nice. It's quiet and comfortable. The food has never disappointed us. We are always treated as if we were the only customers they have. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous and because we have come so often they usually know what we want before we order. Never ate here before but always heard commercials on the radio so I stopped in. Very friendly staff, food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I downloaded Yelp just to say something nice about this place. First, BEWARE the inside diner closes at 10pm. Also, BEWARE they were super nice and treated us very well even though we came in unaware of this fact at about 9:45. The appetizers were just better than their counterparts at other pizza joints. Like the cheesy bread had this awesome, real-bread, kind of crunch; the sampler platter was really high quality. And the pizzas themselves were better than we could've prepared for. Save your money. Too pricey for simple food. The owners overestimate their menu and their ingredients they have a reputation for being rude to customers and not listening to their wants or needs of the area. Since they have been around a long time and at one point were at Parkersburg staple... that's what they're still trying to rely on...it's not enough in today's restaurant world.!! The interior is deceiving. (while pleasant at first, it is inundated with plastic plants that harbor dust and a jewelry cabinet when you enter the restaurant!) (*NOT kidding) We ordered a medium pizza & wings. $23. Crust tasted like a frozen pizza. Wings were good. Ranch was brought out in a small bowl. A fly & gnat buzzed our table. We were told to seat ourselves by the signs at the entryway and when we did...we were ignored at least 10 minutes, we were getting up to leave & THEN we were greeted with menus. Food is mediocre and overpriced. It's quite obvious, but the owners have lost touch and think that they have a fine Italian restaurant.. when in fact they have a pizza place with a expanded menu that is very overpriced. No cashier. Ordered 3 large hot Italian subs, when I received them the bread was so soggy the subs were not edible. When I called to complain I was basically told to bad. I had been a loyal costumer for years but not anymore Well I decided to give Napolis another chance so I ordered from the Vienna location (I like being able to pick up from the drive-thru) I ordered a buffalo chicken salad with extra blue cheese dressing they have the best homemade blue cheese dressing. I also ordered extra bread sticks. I picked up my order and headed home to North parkersburg. Before I got home Napolis called me and told me they forgot my extra blue cheese and said they would deliver it to me, when I opened my order I noticed they also forgot to include my bread sticks so I called them back and told them. Within 25 min. they delivered my dressing and bread sticks to my house and apologized. I even offered to tip the driver and he said NO. Thank You Napolis for your good customer service. I love Napoli's Pizza!!!! They have excellent pizzas and subs!!! If you order by phone make sure you have them repeat your entire order back to you including size and extra toppings because sometimes they get it wrong. But as far as taste is considered it's my favorite place in town. read more
