This is the worse chick-fil-a I've been to. At the drive through they are in such a big hurry for you to finish your order, 9 out of ten times they mess the order up. The management are condescending goofs. read more

I just left this Chick Fil A, and I am beyond pleased with my experience. I did a curbside order, and requested that the person tap dance and sing when they brought it out. I didn't think that they would actually do it, but Izzy brought out my order and followed through with my request. I am in awe! This experience was a 10/10. Izzy definitely deserves a raise! I will be recommending this Chick Fil A to every I know! read more

Rating a chain restaurant is usually kind of pointless but I think this facility deserves some credit. It doesn't matter how long the drive through line is-- they hustle, are always friendly, and the quality is what you'd expect. Even when the drive through line looks long, you're through faster than you'd expect. read more

The go to fast food place for my family! If you don't like this places chicken your crazy. And the waffle fries, amazing. They so many awesome dipping sauces too. This last summer they had a special drink, the peach tea lemonade, so good! I hope they bring it back next summer. And the Spicy chicken bites and sandwich are a must looking for a little kick. I love this place. And don't let the long lines inside or at the drive thru discourage you. This company has it figured out; they are like a well oiled machine getting your order taken and quickly getting the food to you--it goes way faster than you think! read more

Was okay. Waited 10 minutes for a wrap, which is already premade. Fries were not fresh. Love chickfila. But this location wasn't the best. read more

Well for starters the crew's attitude today was ridiculous and the manager is rude to his employees also I order a 12ct nugget I expect to get what I ordered not an 8 ct if I'm paying for a 12 that means I want my full meal there is no reason any of this should have happened read more

i stopped here on a road trip with family and ordered a salad with grilled chicken because i have a gluten allergy. was given a salad with fried chicken and walked it back up to the counter and handed it to an employee who i told had an allergy and asked for it to be remade. she took it and brought me back a new salad and i checked it before getting in the car and it looked fine to me. halfway through eating the salad i bit into something crunchy and it was fried chicken. they did not make me a new salad even after i told them i had an allergy. i spat it out and rinsed my mouth with water to the best of my ability and within ten minutes started having a reaction. i am not posting this because i am angry, just rather as a heads up for others out there who have allergies. i have eaten at many chick fil as over the years as they do have gluten free options and never had an issue but i am definitely sick and drive through that area often and will not be stopping again. read more

I was going to rate low due to shoddy service from a cashier but one of the women wiping down tables fixed my wifes order that the cashier screwed up. read more

Very Nice Chick Fil-A one of the best I've been too they got my orders correct all 7 of them or cashier was not very nice she was all like ok you can pay now trying to get my card and all In the drive through. But All together the Place is awesome read more

Stopped by recently for breakfast. Placed order, paid, we all know the drill. Got to the window, and I'm told that the coffee will be ready in 8 minutes. I just shook my head, and drove away. They can keep my money, perhaps they might consider using it for remedial training. Won't return. I see cars lined up at these places all the time. I just don't get it. read more

The food is good and like every other chick-fil-a, however at this location it never fails there is ALWAYS an item missing from my order. Super frustrating. Chick-fil-A is typically super reliable and quick, but not this location unfortunately. read more

The service here is always awesome! They are so fast and the food is usually top notch. Prices are average for what you'd expect at a fast food restaurant. In my opinion, it's hands down the best fast food in Temple. read more

Great food! Awesome service! Please post signs on your new drive through method some people are confused and are not sure we're to access. read more

Service is not good. They talked behind the customer's back. I went there many times and I always hear complaining and gossiping about customers. Isn't this company known for their customer service? Plus they're off on Sunday. The staff should be grateful to be working there. read more

I am evaluating this Chick-fil-A based off of this locations service, food, and prices. I would rate the service of this location as a 10/10, absolutely unmatchable. Every time I come, I am given my food within seconds of sitting at the drive-thru window. I am always greeted and told, "my pleasure." I would give the food the rate of a 10/10 as well. Chick-fil-A is the most delicious food I have ever ate. I love the chicken nuggets, as well as the salad. The food is always fresh and warm. The prices are approximately a 9/10. They only reason I am not rating a 10 is because they could be cheaper, but I would pay for this delicious blessing, although it is a slightly pricey. Overall, I would rate Chick-fil-A a 10/10 due to the fact that this location goes out of it's way to have good service, food, and prices. read more

Worst chick-fil-a that I have been to. The salad had two chunks of core mixed in with the lettuce. I asked to get a kids meal with a plain chicken sandwich in place of the nuggets and they refused even tho I have been allowed to do it at 4 different Chick-fil-a. They told me that other stores might be "trialing" but this store won't do it. I offered to pay the difference for the sandwich to get the kids meal but they refused, instead had me order an adult sandwich mean and then upcharge me for fruit instead of fries. Would never recommend anyone coming here and won't return! We only came here so the kids could play after they ate and the play place was closed the whole time because it was dirty. AVOID! read more

Terrible service and incompetent employees. Only received half of what I ordered and it was old and cold. Please go to the other store in Temple. It's much better than this sorry excuse of a restaurant read more

Generally, service is better. i always go through Curbside to pickup my orders. I frequent this location multiple times a week, I and my son both. usually the employees are fast and courteous. Today a d a number of other times in the last several months, Ive been at lunch and had to wait excessively long periods of tome for two drinks, at lunch. there is always a long line that has to circle multiple times waiting for a Curbside parking slot. On one occasion, the woman behind me was honking wildly for me to go when there were cars in front of me waiting as well. she got out of her car and came up and beat on my window and cursed me out for holding up the line ...waiting in front of me. Today...I waited 45 minutes. I circled 8 times in the line, finally had a slot to park in and waited 10 minutes longer...while the people parked next to me got their orders and left. I called out to 3 of the servers walking by me and only until I honked did the 4th employee stop. I showed him my order on my cell phone that it was placed at 12:07 pm. it was 12:49 pm when he went back in the restaurant to check on my order. he came out again and said he couldnt find my drinks. i showed him my order on my phone again, he went in a second time and came out with two drinks with liquid all over them the tops half on and said, "here. sorry 'bout that." and walked back inside. ?????? Something is wrong with this guy and this restaurant when they cant service thei customers properly, pass you by 3 different times when you are calling out to them, go in the restaurant after a customer has waited 45 minutes, and made you wait an additional 10 minutes then says, "here" and leaves. i wont be returning. read more

This the typical Chick-fil-A....which is Great. You know what to expect and you get it. The serve crew were fantastically cordial and helpful. How do they build this kind of consistency in every store? read more

wow... INCREDIBLE service. I ordered and I turned around and there was my meal hot and ready. I am EXUBERANTLY stunned and satisfied with this service and taste read more

I like Chick-fil-a but this location overcooked my chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Delicious, except for the aftertaste of bigotry. The Chik-fil-A sauce is a mix of bbq sauce, sweet mustard, and organic angel tears. Dip your fries in it for maximum awesomeness. read more

Went with a friend yesterday and was so blown away by the helpful service. I thought it might have been an rare thing but my friend says it is this way every time she comes. read more

Place is fine. Just like any other chick fil a. (One of my fav fast food places mmmm) but the people who work here aren't the brightest. They're a little slow. It was kind of annoying, enough to make me not want to come back to this location. So we will see. read more

Fast, friendly, clean. If you can tolerate having to make your own sandwich on sundays, this is the best business in the industry.

Sorry to give such a low rating, but I found a hair in my sandwich on the last bite. Totally turned me away from stopping by here again, even if they were to give me a coupon to come back. In addition, every time I went through the drive-thru, service was SLOW. I've never had this type of experience at any other CFA. read more

Drive thru is usually pretty fast and I've never had any wrong order issues. The parking to go inside is a mess and you're better off going thoug the drive thru at lunch. If you park your car and get out, youll be waiting a good 10 minutes before you can back up. read more

Perfect first stop for me when heading north and by far one of the cleanest, friendliest Chick-fil-a's ever. Parking lot can be a bit challenging during lunch, but it's a easy on/off from I-35, especially Northbound. Recently added a mouthwash dispenser in the bathroom, a bit odd. read more

This place is always packed!! Came here at 2pm and it is still full of people. The food is great and the restaurant is always clean. The workers here are friendly and make you feel like you are the only one they care about. Even though there's a ton of people here!! read more

Chick-fil-A is fabulous, no one can deny the food is amazing. This location had a little something extra because the service was so incredibly friendly. It wasn't too hard to get our order in and get out, and the food came out hot and right on the first try. Go team. read more

Girl taking our order seemed clueless on her job. My wife got a under cooked grilled chicken sandwich. Took under cooked pink chicken sandwich back to clueless girl and asked for a regular chicken sandwich instead. Waited another 10min for the second sandwich to come out then finally went to the front again. Clueless girl seemed to have no recollection of seeing me a third time. Asked about the sandwich and she responded with a confused "oh yeah.." Tells an older lady who gets a pre made one right away and put it on a bag.. And she says the first "sorry".. This place really needs to hire some better staff and cook things properly. read more
