Stood at register with one person taking orders and 10 people behind it bagging food, getting ice, talking and 2 managers walking back and forth and saw that people were backing up waiting to have order taken, never came up to open another register all while said person was talking and laughing, carrying on with people she apparently knew looking at us then back at then and didn't have a care in the world. We waited maybe less than 10 mins for 2 people's order to be taken and their conversation to end and we finally walked out and went to drive thru where the girls definitely didn't want to be there taking orders. Once to window blonde manager was with gentlemen handing out food to cars and we mentioned that they needed help at registers and not 10 people at drive thru and behind counter, manager overhears it and that we waited forever to have order taken and just walks by and back inside doesn't say a word. This is the first time I've had this happen and I don't feel like they tried to accommodate me. Their equipment failed and didn't push Mt order thru to them from the girl outside. The app money however I was coming from the doctor, it's my lunchtime, I waited in that line for 15 mins to have them to los my order then not offer to take it at the window. 2 of them asked me what I ordered so why not put it together and take my payment. We stopped here recently on a road trip and got the drive thru-it was excellent! It was very busy,but the drive-thru moved fast and our food was delivered hot-and our order was correct! So don't let the long lines discourage you! This location is very efficient! We were so happy to have our delicious Chick-fil-A!! I was super excited to have a large Coke Zero! I hardly know where to begin with this one, as I've always been a big Chick-Fil-A fan. I'd just had an outpatient back surgery in the morning, so my wife drove me to Chick-Fil-A for an 11:00 AM early lunch. A lifetime of soldiering took its toll on me, and I was in the mood to celebrate a successful procedure. Yay me. Well, not really. Problem one: Despite having over a dozen employees in the restaurant, there was only one of the three cash registers open, with customers like myself lined up out to the door. 4 employees standing behind the counter and only one was working to ring everything up. Problem two: The restaurant was NOT clean, and definitely not up to normal C-F-A standards. The floors, windows, and tables all needed cleaning. There was even a busted up drive through stand left shoved off to the side in the very small and cramped eating area.We observed other customers relegated to cleaning off their own tables as well. Gross. Problem three: It took 9 minutes to get our sandwiches delivered to our own self cleaned table. We opened up our sandwiches hoping for a great CFA experience as always, and it went downhill even faster from there. The wrong sauces were delivered, so we had to go ask for the correct ones. My wife's 12 count nuggets included a few burnt morsels that they passed off as full nuggets. She received 8 normal ones, and four that all combined would cover a fork and a half. My own spicy chicken sandwich had an overcooked completely dried out piece of chicken that covered MAYBE 60% of the VERY VERY stale bun. You have to love it when you pick up your sandwich and the bread just falls apart in multiple dry stale pieces. To add insult to injury, the cheese was literally straight out of the cooler COLD. The chicken had been cooked (poorly), and left to hang out somewhere and get cold. I would have taken it to show the manager, but judging by the appearance and lackadaisical standards in place , it wouldn't have done any good. Poor management has left this as the absolutely WORST C-F-A experience I've ever had in my life. If I was a first time customer, I'd never set foot in one again anywhere. The management at this location to needs to spend some time with the C-F-A Feathersound location on Ulmerton Rd in Clearwater to re-learn their jobs. THAT location delivers the gold standard that this chain is known for. The store in Temple Terrace is sad, dirty, and broken and won't be visited by us ever again. I'll be following this up with corporate, as they need to know how besmirched their brand is with this location in operation. What an absolute letdown and a complete ripoff. read more

The employees seemed to be milling around with no direction, and the cashier was an unfriendly, frowning young person that didn't seem to know what menu items were available. The coffee was lukewarm and awful, tasting as though it had been sitting many hours and, what's up with hanging the salt, pepper, napkins, straws, etc., behinf the cashiers? Never seen that done. One young person must have been worked so hard he had to lay his head on the table during his break. Those things could be overlooked but what can't be overlooked was the absolutely nasty, nasty, women's room. I hope that kitchen was cleaner. Midsummer day in July, feels like 104°. I walked my almost 9 month pregnant self into this location and politely ask for a frosted Dr. Pepper. I was denied service and told they can only make it with lemonade. When every other location I've been to has had no issues making this for me. I've been here a few times and haven't had issues as I normally order breakfast pick up but today I ordered it close to close and the app charged me and told me the order was complete so I spent 40 min in the morning driving there and back for them to tell me that the order didn't go through. Now the manager spoke with me and wasn't rude or anything like that but she also apologized halfway through the conversation and spent most of it explaining why it was my fault. And she didn't even offer any sort of compensation for my time driving there. I was thinking like a coupon to my account for a sandwich or something wouldn't be too difficult. Nor did she inform me I was charged. I had to spend another 10 min to call customer service to get a refund for my order as apparently my card was charged and customer service wasn't very willing to put in a request for compensation till I asked and explained the situation a few times. I feel that a situation like this should have been easy to resolve and I'm just extremely disappointed and frustrated. Not a one star because the food is great and the service is normal most of the time, but I do believe this was clearly below average for a chick Fila Update 2/27: after earlier I requested some form of compensation/apology for them wasting 40 min of my time and insisting it was my fault even though I have existing proof in the app it was not I received a call from there store. We stopped in after being at Moffitt Cancer Center all day for testing because we love Chic-fil-a! Sadly, our order came and we had to return because my bun was hard and the chicken was dripping in grease. I went in the store and spoke with Olivia who looked at me blankly, offering no apology when trying to communicate my issue. I explained the situation and asked to have my sandwich remade. Additionally, I asked if I could have fresh fries too because the ones outside will soon be cold. Olivia stated that I would have to bring the other fries inside the restaurant before they would take care of my needs. I shared I've been at testing all day showing her the hospital identification bracelet still attached to my wrist, but I will go get you those fries for you now, go ahead and start making my new order. Walked outside brought the fries back in and Olivia was standing at the cash register ignoring me so I leaned over and placed the fries on the counter of which the container tipped over and some fries fell spilled out of the box onto the counter only. Jacob immediately came over and scoped up the fries while telling me I was not welcome back into the store because I threw fries at Olivia. I assured him I did not throw fries at Olivia but since we've had previous issues with this store, including the lack of cleanliness, we won't return. I encouraged Jacob to go back and look at the many cameras in place to view what he did not see. I received my new meal and went back to our car when I realized my husbands sandwich was no better. I love that they added this Chick-fil-A in the area so now there's three in the USF area. One further down Fowler and one on Bears. I love this one the best because they're open very early. OMG...going thru this drive thru is worse than driving on the Long Island Expressway (LIE)! It's a giant cluster* It's so confusing, whoever planned this? They just renovated the store with what would appear to be 2 efficient drive thru lanes, but instead of using these they had4 clueless workers taking orders on their laptop type things, causing a huge tie up to merge into 2 cashiers also outside. Lines everywhere, "stay on your left " which leads to 2 lanes where you pick up your food, all brought to your car by 1 worker . I couldn't help to think what that poor guy did to get that position! All were very pleasant except the manager who clearly did not appreciate the feedback and was surprisingly rude for a Chik-FIl-A worker. Some how I did cruise thru with lucky lanes but many people who were quite a bit ahead of me were still waiting, quite a while and did not look happy. This morning I went to this chick fil ae and had the worst experience ever. I went to grab breakfast and got in line at 10:20 and the line did not move at all and no one came to take anoyones order. Then at 10:29 the workers came and flipped the sign and told everyone that the breakfast was over. Everyone was clearly upset at the workers because we were all waiting for ten mins and they told everyone breakfast was over and there was nothing they could do about it. But they took no one's order for ten minutes.... Typically when there's good costumer service they would understand that if ur in line before breakfast ends they would take ur order.
