Ordered food which was an ordeal (she must have been new which is fine but had to repeat myself multiple times) I ordered breakfast by the number on the board and waited for too long in a "VIP" spot, got home and instead of breakfast got something completely different than what I actually ordered (it was 9:30 am)...it's disappointing to get all the way home and not have anything to eat, frustrating. Came in today with my husband & kiddos & everything was great! Great food...Fresh & so fast! Fair prices & also the cutest safely tucked away play area for my small kids. The employees were SO friendly & competent!! I even mentioned to my husband how impressed I was with how amazing the staff was. Now a days you just don't see this anymore, especially when it's the whole staff like this! No one was walking around like a miserable zombie who hates their job & the people who come in. We saw the Chick-fil-A sign at the exit from the 303 loop. Unfortunately, had we known the location, we'd have stayed on hwy 60. They are at hwy 60 and Bell road. We had a Cool Grill Wrap and Spicy Strips. Both were tasty, without being overwhelming. The service at this location was terrific without exception, which in my thinking, reflects the managements leadership. read more

Worst fast food line in Arizona. The line wraps around the parking lot and down towards the target parking lot. It's always been a long line but it's only getting worse. Food never comes out at the end of the line. Most of the time I'm asked to park and wait for my food. So after a 30 minute line I have to park and wait. I come to this chick-fil-a a lot since I live right down the road from it, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say they mess up my order every time I come here. I was here last night around 9pm and they literally had to remake my sandwich 4 times because every time they "fixed" it they would hand me an incorrect sandwich and in the end when I though they finally gave me the correct sandwich I got home to realize it was still not the correct order. It wasn't complicated it was just a spicy delux with no tomato's, first they give me one with tomato's and American cheese, send it back then they give me one with tomato's, then they tried giving me back the first one they handed me, and then they gave me one that wasn't spicy and had pickles on it (it doesn't even come with pickles) which I didn't notice was on it until I was home. This is what happens every time I visit here and it's ridiculous. I'm more than understanding that mistakes happen but for it to happen every time and have them giving me 4 incorrect sandwiches is not okay. Not to mention that they would hand me the food to check if it was correct and after it was touched by me would take it back and set it back on the rack of food waiting to be served. We just went through the drive-through this evening to pick up dinner and we had our dog with us in the car. A couple of employees had came up to our vehicle and were loving on our dog for quite some time and everybody was so happy and smiling! Our sincere apologies go out to the Chick-fil-A staff as we know you are a busy business and we hope that we didn't back up the line, but your employees were just taking a brief moment to pet a furry friend and get some happiness in their lives as they were working this evening! Also thank you to our waiter Brianna who took our order in the line. She had amazing customer service and was sharing with us about her day that she was not having the greatest day, but she said that by seeing our dog it made her day happier and she had the biggest smile on her face. The last time i ordered from here will probably be my last time ordering from them. They offered delivery and i took it, BIG mistake. The chicken was cold, the tomato had dissolved into the bun turning it soggy and there was one small piece of wilted lettuce. The waffle fries were even worse. Cold greasy over salted. By far the worst chickfila I have been to in the 20+ years I have been a customer. They don't seem to care either!! Moved to the area 7 months ago and it seems to get worse with each visit. Drive thru is always a mess. First car blocking the lane, but the next 8-12 cars have their food and are stuck. Fries are ALWAYS half full and soggy. Order colby jack cheese, receipt says colby jack, usually get pepper jack. You go to the site to give feedback and they never respond/address the issue. Avoid this location at all costs!! Disgusting! I'm a fan of chic-fil-A but this location is the worst. The food is good my biggest complaint is we ordered a meal and requested hash browns, they said we could NOT substitute tots for fries. Okay fine give us the fries and give us an order of your hash browns. We get up there pay and they say " I need you to pull into the first spot because we have to cook fries". I'm like we don't even want fries. So we pull forward for about ten minutes and wait for fries that we didn't even want to begin with and no one will be eating. What a crappy deal. The drive through takes FOREVER. My family eats here often, at least once a week. We don't even try to go through the drive through anymore. I left work one day in Glendale, called my wife who was just entering the drive through at this Chick-Fil-A, and told her to order me something as I was going to meet her there. First time being disappointed at this chain. Ordered just a hot coffee with 4 creamers. The coffee was so full it spilled all over me trying to open it to put the creamers in, REALLY!!!!? I really don't understand the fascination or draw to this place? We had a coupon and while visiting my parents in the area decided to stop for a quick bite. I was so starving after running around grocery shopping today that I had to get a quick bite to eat at the first place I saw. Chick-fil-a was it. My friend was with me so we decided to go through the drive thru because her kids were getting tired. The second we pulled up we saw an employee standing in the shade waiting to take orders and she looked miserable. It is pretty hot today and there was no line so I was perplexed my the fact she was outside. Maybe I missed a busy rush? I don't know. Once we pulled up she greeted us and asked if we needed to see a menu. She didn't smile, just kinda waited and again looked so miserable. Not sure if she was having a bad day or because it was too hot for her, but I'd definitely have put someone out there that would be a better greeter. It was a big turn off. We quickly ordered and paid. We had our food within five minutes. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (or #5), fries and lemonade. The lemonade was pretty tart and I had to add some water to it. I do have a special order; well wait, is getting a grilled chicken instead of fried really a special order? Plus the other days either the bagel was either burnt or not toasted at all. Gosh, I haven't been to a chick fila in ages! I was overdue to get my chicken on, so I stopped in here after my interview. Place was like every other chick fila I've been to, and it was busy because it was a busy with lunch hour people. The line was long when I got here, but the staff was really good about taking orders and getting the food out fast. I usually go with the regular chicken sandwich, which I think is a #1 on their menu. The drinks here never seem big enough, and I had to get a refill mid meal. Also, the fries seemed to be a little undercooked, but edible. Even after the whole political thing about chick fila last year, I do frequent them from time to time. I don't normally come to this side of town, but when i saw them, I knew it was going to be good food. Overall good clean location, and their food usually doesn't disappoint. I LOVE their chicken bagels for breakfast! They are so tasty! It sux that their closed on Sundays, but oh well. read more
