Waited in the breakfast line for TEN minutes and at 10:29 the girl flips the to the lunch menu. I asked the drive thru person thru the intercom if I could still have a breakfast biscuit since I had waited in the line and was obviously there BEFORE 10:30. He said no they didn't have any more breakfast food in the whole building left so I asked for a manager and he said there wasn't one. I absolutely love Chickfila, and this location is wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly, and they always get my order correct. During heavy traffic hours (especially lunch) they have two employees standing outside taking orders, including payments. The line always moves super fast, and the customer service is great! read more

Unorganized, they sai they would give us our milkshake with meal and it took about 3 minutes to receive after we went up to counter to ask for them. Also seen manager apologize to another customer for his meal. read more

Tried the Cobb salad, the lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage was fresh and crisp. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The staff was very engaging, smiles. I will say that I don't get the hype, but at 7pm on a Wednesday the restaurant was busy with several gatherings, was not crazy loud, the floors were clean the staff was helpful, it was an enjoyable dining experience. Just left the drive through. No fries or ketchup. Asked for ketchup and was told its in the bag. They literally had 6 people standing at the drive through window. How f*cking hard is your job? Read the ticket and put the food on the bag. My kid is now saying he is still hungry and I will have to stop somewhere else. Won't be back. read more

"12 Days of Christmas" December 21, 2015: "Buy a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Get a Chick-fil-A sandwich FREE." Today, as I went to Chick-fil-A after looking at the advertisement they have, with the buy one sandwich and get one free. I get up to order in the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich and asked if I could get the free one as well. The lady taking my order said I had to buy the meal to get the free sandwich. But on their advertisement it does not say "Buy a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal. Get a Chick-fil-A sandwich FREE." So I tried to explain but the lady taking my order said if I did not want the meal I would have to order two chicken sandwiches to get one free. Which did not make any sense to me. So I went ahead and ordered the meal with a coke, which I wasn't expecting to buy to get a free sandwich. As I got to the window the guy serving my food said "here is your coke". I got home took a sip out of my coke. It was sweet tea. This is the second time that it has happened this week. Last visit they got my drink wrong as well giving me Dr. Pepper. I understand the drive thru employees are trying to make it quick as possible, but serving the wrong things to the customer is not good either. I am pretty disappointed in this. I have not be satisfied the last two times I have visited. read more

AVOID THIS CHICK-FIL-A AT ALL COSTS!!! After numerous bad experiences, I made a yelp JUST to post this review. If you are trying to get in an out, go ANYWHERE ELSE! The drive through is terrible and they always mess my order up! The last time I went, I requested fried chicken on my salad instead of grilled. Not only did they forget that, BUT they also forgot my dressing AND utensils. When I came in the store and asked for a manager it didn't get any better. He got me a new salad but he was VERY snarky. He made me feel like their mess up was MY fault. Not only that, but I could SEE him talking about me to the staff and don't even get me started on the pregnant woman there. I don't know what she does but one time she was talking to someone (not a customer and not a business conversation) and I asked her for a refill. The LOOK she gave me was like she is SO much better than me and I'm bothering her asking her to do her job! Reality check lady, you work in fast food for near minimum wage and your job is to serve the customer!!! You are not better than the customer and leave your conversations for your own time!!!! Hope it was the hormones and she hasn't always been like this. All in all, avoid the high school aged staff, long lines, rude managers, and bitchy pregnant lady. Will not return. read more

Had breakfast here with a friend and the friendly staff can't be beat. A nice gentleman came by and checked on us three times during the course of our meal and couldn't have been nicer! Sorry Chick fans, but I just don't get the popularity of this chain. The food is mediocre at best. A dried out chicken breast with lettuce & tomato doesn't mean deluxe in my world. They forgot the cheese. Service was ok, not as outstanding as their reputation. The waffle fries were lukewarm and mushy. The shake was good however. I had tried Chick a long time ago and wasn't impressed enough to go back. It'll be a long time before I return again. read more

Chick-fil-a is by far one on the best fast food places to eat. They always have to best service and no matter how busy they are they always say MY PLEASURE! The company itself have awesome morals with their christian beliefs and they stick to them by being closed on Sundays! They always give a helping hand if we need anything for any event that my company has. They are always wiling to donate food and drinks or what ever we need. Thanks Chick-fil- A for all that you do. This is a review about the service and not the food. We all know that Chick-fil-A has the best fast food money can buy. This is the first time my family visited this location inside for lunch, we normally hit the drive thru. So we wait in the enormous lunch line and order our food, everything is going great. Then when the lady brings the food out to us, she spills the food all over us and the table. My husband is drenched in strawberry milkshake and I have whip cream all over myself. My husbands clothes are destroyed at this point, not a big deal these things happen, we are calm. My fries are all over the floor and the table. My expectation in such a situation is that someone comes and replaces the food that hit the floor, us, and the table. Well, sorry guys these people didn't give a crap about us, they were more concerned about cleaning the floor instead of getting me my fries and a new shake (we had two sandwiches as well, those were wrapped, they did NOT need to be replaced). So they clean up and no one replaces the food that this server lady spilled all over us, I had to go ask them for replacement. To which the lady asked for my receipt, are you kidding me? You watched this go down, you want my receipt, get out of here. The manager did not even come by, nothing. I am really disappointed by the customer service of this location. Every other Chick-fil-A we have been to, the employees go above and beyond. But in this case, we were really let down. :( read more
