I downloaded their app and we chose our items. I was pleasantly surprised to see I had a free sandwich as a reward. My daughter got a breakfast combo with an iced coffee. Because the food is made to order, we had a short wait and I went inside to pick up our food. While I was waiting, Jennifer made the iced coffee for me. I literally spilled it all over the counter seconds later. She was so sweet and said not to worry and made me another one. It's rare to find someone with a high level of customer service skills at fast food restaurants these days, so I appreciated how quickly and efficiently she acted. The food was so good! I'll definitely visit again when I'm in Sanford.
