I used to be a Raving Fan of Chick-fil-a, eating at their establishments 4-5x a week. This was true for a few years actually. They've gotten too successful for their own good now. Of the last three visits, all three had the fries or drinks only 2/3 full. That's simply not acceptable given the prices or expectation of service. They also made an annoying mistake building such a small location on a 'corner' lot... the layout and traffic impact is terrible for this location. This is my fifth encounter at this location and unfortunately it's never great. This is the only Chic fil a in a 40 miles radius so I deal with it but not after today. The lines are always long with little to no organization. My order has ALWAYS came out wrong with one or two items missing. I hate drive throughs and rarely use them - it's usually much faster to get curbside or walk in if available. But oh, this is Chick-Fil-A, so you know it's gonna be good. Place your mobile order for the drive through, check in through the dedicated mobile order lane, and basically pull right to the front of the line. It's great! Food is great!! My order got messed up and they helped me from outside immediately when I approached the building. There is no inside dining right now. They are quickly serving people at curbside and drivethru. I say quickly because in the few minutes I was talking with the staff about my order, the three cars parked close to me in #42 were served and gone. So, looking at previous reviews, maybe they are getting their stuff together with faster service. I hope not to have issues the next time. I used my App and it worked well until it deleted my order on curbside pickup. I walked toward the door and was met outside. They had a copy of my order and got my order to me within 5-10 minutes. Customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you!!! This was my first visit to this location. It is very busy! When I was leaving and needed to turn left but couldn't get in the left lane on Summerfield to go south on 391, so I just went right out onto 301 going north (too many cars at light in left lane on Summerfield). Another successful Chick-fil-A. The staff was friendly and helpful but you could tell they were new. The entry lines were moving steadily but as usual, packed. A lot of people entered from the South, which resulted in backups into the main traffic areas. This was not a good idea, but it seems like some motorist have to be told how to drive their cars these days. Enter from the North on the frontage road and you should not have any problems accessing the area to order. The exit is through the neighboring parking lot or back out onto the main road. It nice to have one local now and although they never seem to slow down, the system is in place to improve. If they ever open up the inside portion I think the traffic will become an issue again. Parking area seems to be lacking. All in all, the service and food was what to be expected from this great company. read more

Well here we go again, great people and great food. I normally leave my reviews on google. However, this location removed it, most likely because they are at 3 stars and going lower. I can see that the quality of service is going down hill at this location and many other as well. I ordered two small breakfast sandwich and minis. I was told to go to the front and wait for my order. I waited over 30 min and finally I asked someone and found that it was at another section. My food was sitting there cold for quite some time. The lady that helped me didn't even look at me. Just left my food and told me it was in the mobile order waiting on me. She seem nice and couldn't catch her name. She was tall, and heavy set. This happened 12/10/22 at 9am Sunday morning. I only ask that you kindly ask your customers if they are waiting for an order instead of just letting them stand there. I've order curbside every time I've visited this location and have never received my food in less than 30 minutes. It does not matter what time of day it always takes 30 minutes and once it took 50 minutes. Fries are always cold and hard. And today my sandwich was cold too. They've forgotten my sauce on multiple occasions and almost every time the team members who bring my food out have been extremely rude. Rather than pause or turn off their Uber App they took an order for the stay at home kids then canceled several mins afterwards. Simple correction and just pause all of your delivery apps or just don't do delivery at all which will always hinder reviews. I must echo the sentiment of many of the other reviewers, not my best Chick-Fil-A experience. I ordered using the app for curbside pickup. I was in a designated parking area about 2 minutes after the order was placed. Unfortunately it was another 18 minutes after parking before my food was brought out to my vehicle. On the plus side the food was good as always and the young man that delivered it very polite. As I was sitting and waiting for my food, I have to say that I was surprised at how slowly most of the employees were walking to and from the customer's vehicles....not much pep in the step. The absolute worst part is when they transition from breakfast to lunch meals around 10:30, The staff has no clue how to smoothly transition and you will wait at least 20 minutes for your meal. I was shocked by my experience at this Chick-fil-A. One of the reasons I go to Chick-fil-A is for the friendly faces and yummy food. This was not the case. Myself and the 2 others that were with me walked into the lobby (door was unlocked) was turned around and advise we can't be in there and the can not serve us in the lobby. Ok, no problem we went and sat in the drive-through. The gentleman who walked up to take our order was one of the most unprofessional employees I've ever met at a Chick-fil-A. When advised that we need to place 2 order's he said he can't do that (I've done this before at Chick-fil-A and many other fast food chains). We explained to him how to input 2 orders on his tablet. He then shrugged his shoulders forward, rolled his eyes and slumped over (reminded me of a kid being asked to do something they don't want to do and the start of a tantrum). After he said he wont be able to do that again, we asked if he could grab a manager to help him. He turned around and walked off. Saw him walk up to a lady and yes we could hear her from the car say "Oh no, I got this". She walks up to the car already hot headed and says that we can not place 2 separate orders and that we can use the app. We explained we don't have the app. She said then your going to have to pull up to the window and order. We were thrilled for a resolution and thanked her. If we would have been informed we could have pull up to the window and order we would have no questions asked. So we sit in line (we all no the lines are long, but worth the wait). Once we get up to the window they asked our name and we had to explain that we were advised we had to order at the window. The front employees were confused so we had to explain what was told to us (why the manager did not inform the front I do not know). So then we were told that we will have to pull into a stall to get our order taken. Now the girl that took our order was so sweet, nice and sympathetic to the situation. Unfortunately they made her run back and forth from the parking stalls to the front window to take each one of our orders (SAFETY RISK). The whole process to get a sandwich at this location took over an hour. I can say that none of us will be revisiting this location. We still could not believe the hoops we had to jump through to place and order and how all but one employee made us feel and left a bad taste. This was just not a good experience at all. read more

This chick-fil-a is the worst one around that's I've been to. The design layout for the entrance and drive through line is terrible! Most confusing line I've ever been through. Trying to get in to park is also confusing unless you've been here enough times to know the flow. What's worse is 9 out of 10 times my something is missing that either should come with it or that I ordered. They've forgotten fried, yogurts, given me the wrong kind of yogurts, not given me condiments I've specifically asked for, and today they didn't give me a whole order of nuggets I paid for. I went through the bag and noticed they didn't give me the bbq sauce I asked for but didn't notice the missing nuggets. If I order light or no ice, I half the time end up with half the cup being ice. When you call- you don't reach anyone but have to leave a message. They didn't give me in my bag my actual receipt to double check my order from home to ensure what I ordered was paid for when double checking. Twice I've ordered ahead for curbside pickup and still waited 20+ min for a single meal order of nuggets, yogurt, and a drink. So even ordering ahead it's still a forever wait. They half the time give me my yogurt to-go without any spoons in the bag. If you don't ask for sauce or ketchup they won't offer or give you any. You have to be so specific and ask for a spoon, or napkins, or dipping sauces. The food typically still taste good so they have that going for them. The workers have been nice thus far so that's why I give them 2 stars. 1 star for each positive thing. The rest of the complaints could be fixed by paying attention to detail, being accurate with order ahead estimated wait times, and ensuring the customer has napkins and necessary tools (like a spoon for yogurt) and ensuring they have been offered or have the condiments they want. The traffic flow needs maybe a redesign sadly. It's a hot mess!!! read more

There was nothing delightful about my first visit to this fast food place. Always wondered why the lines were so long here, and after trying their food, I still wonder the same thing. First off the line was ridiculous and very poorly planned when they built this place. Took at least 15 minutes to move up enough to get to someone to take our order. The young girl that waited on us was a sweetheart, very nice. Since it was our first time we had no idea what was on the menu and we never saw one to order. We had to have her tell us what there was to choose from. We chose and continued our wait in line. One thing that disturbed me was that a man yelled at her to get back to work. You don't do that where customers can hear you, especially when you don't know why it may have taken her longer with us.so we wait in line another 10-15 minutes before we finally get our order. We live 5 minutes away and went home to eat. Food was cold. I got grilled chicken instead of fried and the waffle fries were soggy. Just awful. Other then that sweet girl that waited on us, there was nothing good about this place. A half hour wait was not worth what we got. Definitely will not return. read more

I'm not a big fan of Chick-fil-A to begin with but my wife requested to try it. Granted this restaurant has been opened less than a month but the over management of the place fails to deliver. Upon my arrival there was a double line of cars stretching back over a block outside of the parking lot with police to control the traffic. I had entered the lot and parked and proceeded to enter and I was told due to COVID the dining room was closed, I told them I wasn't eating there but to simply order take out. I was told I couldn't order inside but had to order from their app and to wait in a spot for my food. I had to go across the road to download the app because within close proximity of the building, produced a dead spot. I even tried using their wifi, but it told me there was no internet connection. I ordered my food across the street and provided the parking spot number when requested. Now I waited for my food, 15 min turned to 30 when I asked someone what is happening to my food, I was told they were busy. Chick-fil-A serves fried chicken and fries, it's not like this is a Michelin 3 star restaurant cooking epicurean specialties. After 40 mins I began to grow impatient for my food as others stood by the door waiting, one woman had been there nearly an hour. I now realized why the drive thru lanes were so long, if folks were waiting in line 30-60 mins for food. We were all told there were glitches with the equipment, busy, etc. There is a reason why restaurants have soft openings, and to work out kinks, but Chick-fil-A in their zeal to open and make money, failed to do this and the customers have probably been suffering all along. There is a PDQ just up the street that serves the same fried chicken and waffle fries. For the unsuspecting folks out there who think Chick-fil-A is worth the time and money, believe me it's NOT.
