This was after about a 30 minute wait as well. I understand Covid has affected a lot, but the service could have been much kinder as well. It pains me to give a chick-Fil-a a bad review. In fact this is the first time I have ever left a bad review online for a business. As many have stated, their customer service is lacking. I went through the drive through and ordered two meals. She handed me the two drinks in a drink carrier. I was by myself so I wanted to put the drinks in my cup holders, so they wouldn't spill while I was driving. I asked her to pls give me moment as she already had the bag of food ready to hand to me. When I turned back to her to get the food, she pulled it back and rudely said, "are you ready now?". I have never had anyone at any driveway act so rudely. It all happened it in matter on seconds. Yes, I understand that a Chick Fil A is a Chick Fil A to most, but this one is top notch. Typically across the board, most chick fil a restaurants offer great, friendly service with a predictable superior product, but this one always exceeds my expectations. The drive thru is quick, they always serve fresh salads and it's easy in and easy out. Graded amongst other Chick Fil A restaurants, I feel this one is superior every time. Another thing that keeps them above the rest is that when you order a salad it automatically comes with the necessary accompaniments (croutons, tortilla strips and sunflower seeds). No need to ask for them, they're just that good! read more

I've been here many times. Portion sizes seem to be declining. This must be a franchised store. Too much focus on reducing costs for the restaurant. What was once was a moderately sized chicken sandwich has morphed into a chicken cutlet sandwich. Very disappointing and it doesn't meet the Chick-fil-A standard. I will definitely be going to a different location from here on out. Fries were adequate but not a large portion like I ordered, just a medium in a large box. I don't know what's going on lately, but this location is definitely not hitting the bar. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and most locations have their stuff together. This one definitely does not. The interior is unclean, the staff is unclean, and it even looks like they can't keep up with orders and the parking lots are getting full so they can no longer do take out orders. Everything is now being funneled through drive-through, which is a total mess. I waited inside for my food for about 20 minutes and then the girl brought me my food and said that there was an extra chicken strip box in there because I had to wait so long for my food and I said yeah but I ordered two it's on the ticket right here. Then she said oh OK well then I guess you just get what you ordered. Lol. Holy cow this place needs some serious corporate supervision, or at minimum some sort of acknowledgment as to what's going on and why, so that their customers can understand that this location is having problems based off of whatever that reason is. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHICK FLA. Last Time I ordered from this Chick-fil-A and they gave me my food without sauce. Come back today and my order was all messed up. I called to see if they could replace my sandwich due to them giving me two fried sandwiches when I wanted one grilled one. The woman told me that she was unable to do that and she would send me a coupon in the mail. I was able to give the employee specific details of when I was there and who help me. Worst Chick-Fil-A ever! While most CFA's are amazing spots for quick food that's good, this one is clearly the exception to the rule. The most likely entry door from their parking lot is blocked off as an "emergency exit only", forcing patrons to walk half way around the building through the drive through cars to get to a door that's unlocked. The floor is so slippery from grease; it has clearly not been mopped in ages, especially in the bathrooms. People's stuff is left in many of the booths even though the dining room is closed (though almost all other restaurants including CFA's have reopened) and there is garbage just sitting on the floor in the "closed" areas. There are also random shoes on the floor in the dining room and a broken paper towel dispenser from the men's room is on one of the "closed" tables. Service was painfully slow... like more than 25 minutes for one order of strips, one sandwich meal, and two drinks... and there are more than a dozen people standing around waiting for their food at almost 1:30pm on a Thursday. At least Lisa, the cashier, was friendly and courteous when taking my order. Plus the food was decent quality, which was a relief after such a long wait. Maybe that's enough to make operator Gus Mir happy? Or maybe he will work to improve things. Regardless, I won't be back to this location to find out. read more

I have been to many Chick-fil-A's, so I know what to expect from the Chick-fil-A organization. This place was run down. I went into the kids play area while my husband grabbed the food, and the floor was literally torn up with pieces of the floor all over the place, all over the play structure, and the light fixtures, etc. Very dangerous for little ones who put everything in their mouth. Just looked super dirty. The employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. Some looked very disheveled. One guy who was taking care of the main area seemed attentive, but also seemed new. Food was mediocre and it was just not the experience that my family is used to having. This place could be great with just a little bit more attention to detail and some renovations. I also didn't love how the entrance to the restaurant crosses the drive thru lane. Weird layout. I just don't feel like there is the pride of franchise ownership at this location, especially at such a busy and visible spot as this one. read more

We've always been a fan of Chick-fil-A. My kids love their chicken nuggets and chicken noodle soup there. Today I purchased a large chicken noodle soup for my kids and it had gone bad, the smell was so bad and it tasted like rotten soup and there's a sour taste to it. So we called and talked to the manager there to let her know about the soup, all she said was "OK" and she didn't even apologize for what happened and hang up. This location is horrible. 3rd time this week and 4th time overall and every experience has been the same. They have 9 employees behind the front counter who are clueless as can be and work slowly during peak rush hours. Half of them stand around or talk to friends and people they know, waiting for a lul to try and snag their friends free food when they're on "break". So much attitude and condescending disrespect towards customers that walk in with a good mood. The owner really needs to revaluate who they hire to represent this location. I ordered 7 grilled chicken wraps and 5 fires for myself and family and they had me pull aside so I wasn't holding anyone up, which I like. I waited for more than 30 minutes on a Monday (10/21/19 @8:15pm) night in the drive through. There were several cars in the drive through in front of me. It looked like they had large orders. Normally with really big orders a restaurant will ask the customer to pull forward in order to let the other customers though. This time they were just waiting at the window. I waited behind a car at the pickup window for around 10 minutes. When I got to the drive through I didn't get an apology or even a thank you for my order. When I received my order the food was cold and the order itself was messed up. The fries were cold, the sandwich was cold, and I got a Dr Pepper instead of the coke that I ordered. I also didn't get a fork for the Mac and Cheese that I ordered. I normally wouldn't care about the wait, but when my order is screwed up too, something has to be said. Worst Chick-fi-la EVER (in the dozen states that I have traveled to that actually have the Awesomeness that Is Chick-fi-la).:( Dry, cold, super chewy chicken @ this location and chincy (that means too few for the Snowflakes) on the fries. The cashier never got my name and it was never "his pleasure" to do work @ Chick-fi-la. First time that has happened ever at any Chick-fi-la. This location employs people who should be bagging groceries at Walmart! Dirtiest Chick-fi-la that I have ever been in. The craziest thing is that another patron originally from GEORGIA (no less, Corporate is in ATL) came up to me after noticing all the problems with my meal (late drink, etc.). She told me that she had to clean her table herself (which is Not characteristic of Chick-fi-la service). She mentioned lots of cashiers were on their cellphones texting when it was busy. I hadn't seen that, but def wouldn't put it past This Crew. Assistant manager (hopefully, because she should Never be a Manager here) was on duty. I wish Chick-fi-la's Corporate office would make a surprise trip out to this location to give some much needed coaching. Fortunately, I have plenty of other locations near me that are 200% better. Dropped in for lunch this Saturday afternoon. They were nearly packed, drive-through busy. The pleasant young lady took my order quickly, a spicy chicken sandwich with their cross-cut fries and a small decaf. About two minutes later the order arrives, amazing considering how busy they were. Coffee cream tray along the counter, including hazelnut, my fave. Long condiment table behind you. Comfortable seats and a planter on every table, unexpected at fast-food joints. Standing desk calendars on every table, flip through them. Large framed wall posters describing company history plus cow theme ads. A cut above the burger wars. read more

Worst experience ever! I went to the Park Blvd and US 19 location in St. Petersburg, FL for breakfast. I arrived at 7:05am on 04/30/2018. Tried to use my 2018 Cow Calendar Card. I was told my card was unregistered or expired. How could it be unregistered or expired if I used it in January for the grilled nuggets? The manager came over, and tried to swipe it on a different register. With a rude demeanor, condescending tone, the manager repeated the same comment the original person behind the register stated. She rudely repeated, "the card is unregistered or expired. There's nothing we can do." I tried to show them the registration email on my cell phone when I originally registered my card in January, but all they kept saying was "my card was unregistered and there's nothing they can do." Really? That's not the customer service I'm familiar with from Chick-Fil-A. Simply horrible customer service, and I will not be going back to any Chick-Fil-A. On my way out of the McDonald's parking lot, I gave my card to the homeless person at the bus station. Thanks for making a horribly memorable experience, and for starting off my boycott of Chick-Fil-A. FYI, I'm not a social media person, but since the manager decided to be rude and to not be of any assistance, I felt I needed to go make a concerted effort to share my experience.
