If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I live around the corner and choose to drive to Seminole because of how terrible the Pinellas location is. The service is really atrocious. It's all young staff who clearly were not trained properly. The food is always incorrect and cold. The staff never pays attention to your order or requests. They chose to remodel this location only to make it the same layout with a long wait in the drive thru. I always give places multiple tries and the benefit of the doubt especially since I am a restaurant manager but this is just unacceptable and not the Chick-fil-A way. I really hope the franchise owner steps up and makes some serious changes to front and back of house because they have truly lost a ton of customers. Good luck. read more

Worst Chick-Fil-A experience I have ever endured. The girl working the register, Jada, had no clue what she was doing and provided less than adequate customer service. Usually, other franchises let me order a frosted soda--same idea as a frosted lemonade/coffee, just with soda instead. Not sure who trained this team but the girl at the register had no clue what we were talking about and when she asked a team leader, she said "no, we don't do that." Having worked at a Chick-Fil-A franchise before, I knew this wasn't true. Then, when we wanted to scan my app for reward points, she didn't really respond to anything we were saying and motioned for us to use Apple Pay. They then proceeded to not call out my name for pickup, simply just handed me the bag saying nothing which wasn't even my correct order. Please train your employees better because clearly they have no idea what they're doing. Never returning to this location again. read more

Not one to typically leave a review, but my husband and I are still recovering from food poisoning from this location. We ate here on 12/1/23 for breakfast and within 6 hours we both had food poisoning. We ordered chicken minis, chicken biscuit and hashbrowns; so not sure which could have caused it but I feel like I should warn people as this was some of the worst food poisoning we have ever had to experience. Really unsatisfied with my drive through visit. It took over 40 minutes because they wouldn't send someone out to redirect the line couldn't keep moving. I went in after the 40 minutes and told the manager gabi how long I waited and now I have cold food. She said sorry and that's all, I told her she wasn't sorry because if she was she would have TRIED to make it right but she didn't at all. So no I won't be back due to the poor staff. They didn't secure my lids on my cups so obviously they both spilled in the floor board of my car thanks. Get some new staff and manager. read more

30 min drive thru wait... step up management there's too much room for improvement and efficiency. The food runner was constantly patting her hair as she was running food, cars were only using one lane of the drive-through, even though the second one was open, creating a back up in the rest of the parking lot. And this was at 9:30 in the morning... poor, poor management. read more

Do not let your kids or any kids work here!!! Tell a friend to tell a friend!! They violate child labor laws !! As a minor i worked in total over ten hrs with ONE break. Manager on duty was aware that I needed one after I brought it to her attention but never took action. After I brought it to her attention, instead of her first action being sending me on break, She sent 3 other people before me. Two minors and a 19 yr old. Minors take a break every 4 hours , I had been on the clock since before 12pm and at the time of this incident it was around 6pm when she sent the last person , the 19 yr old on a break who got there at 4 , BEFORE me ! may i remind you i have been on the clock since BEFORE 12pm ! When it was about time for me to leave , the manager on duty didn't acknowledge me or the fact that she didn't give me a break as if she didn't break the law. When it was brought to the attention of a higher manager , she showed no concern and I was told she would follow up with me in two days. Three days go by and she calls my mother just to get the story again and that was the end of it. I never got a direct apology from the manager on duty and the apology I got from the higher up was very disappointing due to the lack of concern or care for my feelings. They take advantage of younger minors by letting them sit outside for more than 30 min maximum time, make them do certain things because managers are too lazy and they jus flat out don't care about their employees. They under pay but over work! It would be a better company to work for if it was under better management. I would've took this further to fine them for their actions but It won't change a single thing . Hopefully they just do better and treat future employees better than they did me. read more

A few months back my friend found a fingernail in her drink and when we informed the workers they had no remorse and said we are making a new batch now. I work in the same plaza and I made a mobile order after walked over to the restaurant the door read "mobile orders only" I walked in and just so happened to over hear one of the workers saying " hey there's another chic fila asking if we have any extra food they can barrow?" It hurts my soul to write this but it has to be said- This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! In fact, it is the only terrible Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Every time I come here they get something in my order wrong or leave something out entirely. The last time I had to repeat my entire order to the person at the drive thru THREE times and they still left out an order of fries so I had to park and go inside. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my large order of fries. No kidding- 15 minutes for fries that were supposed to have been in the bag to begin with. It's been a few months since that incident so I thought I'd give this location another shot- as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru this evening I noticed the person in front of me was having trouble ordering. She kept having to repeat her order because the employees were yelling, laughing, and carrying on with each other so loudly over the speaker that I could hear them from my vehicle and the person taking the order could not hear the customer. You honestly can't make this stuff up. I should've just pulled away. I didn't have any trouble placing my order this time but they did give me the wrong drink and dare I say, the food just never seems fresh. My fries were nearly cold which is basically unheard of for Chick-fil-A. My nuggets were also dry, wayyy over salted, and also nearly cold. Lastly, I believe this is the only location I have ever been to where the employees do not say, "my pleasure". The person at the window just thrusts a bag of food in my direction without a word. I said "thank you" to which I got no response... For a second I felt like I was at McDonald's. That's exactly what this location is like: Imagine a McDonald's and a Chick Fil-a had a baby and It looks exactly like Chick Fil-a but acts like McDonald's. read more

This experience was horrible! I'm so spoiled by the wonderful quick and easy and fresh food service at my west Waters location! We came to this location on 7020 US19 S because we were in the area and wow! They were out of grilled nuggets, lemonade, ice cream and my fried chicken nuggets were as hard as little dried up rocks! Wow and as if it couldn't get worse, they forgot to give me my drinks and when the hubby went in to get them the worker yelled at him because she wasn't happy he came in the lobby. I don't like writing negative reviews but this is ridiculous, every piece of food we ordered was hard or something we had to settle for because they were out. Came for a quick dinner. Usually go to a couple different locations and just drive through this one but we came in today. First off I asked twice for Chick-fil-A sauce and normally they put them in the little number cup so I asked and she said she would put them on the tray. When we received our food no sauces came along and I had to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no one asking if I needed help. I had one girl walk by twice and at least three other people make eye contact and look at me until I finally went up to the gentleman taking orders and asked for sauce. Okay it's just sauce. My tenders were probably the worst ones I've ever gotten and by then I ate one and a half and tossed the rest out. My son and husband ate all their food and it looked decent. Probably could have had better customer service and the employees could be a little more smiley and upbeat- unfortunately no one was happy looking.
