Routinely the chik fil a I have the most issues at. Waited 15-20 minutes for a drink and fries during lunch rush at curbside. They initially tried to bring me a wrong order, and despite putting the space number down when they had my right order they couldn't find me? Also did not give me enough straws. Forgetting sauces and utensils is a pretty common issue here. I try avoiding this location whenever possible. Last visit they gave me a sandwich and put bacon on it. And I didn't realize it and took a bite- I don't eat pork, and they tried to convince me that the recipe was standard with bacon when the app says it wasn't. Maybe this was an app issue but when I ordered the sandwich elsewhere it was never served with bacon. read more

Usually i never complain since i've worked in fast food restaurants and i do understand however this is the only chickfila i go to since it's the closest to me. I don't know if it's the new crew (teenagers) but i remember when this chickfila used to have a line almost out to US 19 and such great service but recently within the last few months it's gone down hill in ways like getting good sandwiches one day and the next it's the size of veal cutlet lol... i don't mind paying $20 bucks for a good sandwich but it's upsetting when i pay the same amount for the complete opposite. Or the 5 or more times that i've gone through the drive thru and get mac and cheese and every time they either forget my fork, ketchup, or straw, etc. Unfortunately these last few times have prompted me to stop eating at this location for now. read more

Got freezing cold food from this store and there were a bunch of extra items added to my order I was completely unaware of (a bunch of sodas-which my family does not even drink) tried to call because when you order through the app you have to make a dispute with doordash if it's wrong (or charged an extra 35.00 in food). The manager and director could not do anything except repeat to me I had to take it up with DoorDash despite me being unable to due to the fact that I don't have a DoorDash account. The Director was condescending rude and belittling after I suggested maybe she could give me a free sandwich voucher, which enraged her. I will NEVER patronize this restaurant again with the way Shaylin spoke to me. Why is this location soooo bad? I stop here for breakfast on the way to work (at this point rarely, but used to frequently) only because I can't eat McDonald's every day. I love Chick-Fil-A in general, but this location serves greasy, overcooked biscuits with their sandwiches. I would say I get maybe one out of ten biscuits that's perfect, the rest are hard, greasy, and overcooked. Someone at corporate needs to fix this store! Sat in line for 5mins then when my turn they do not answer but let 5 cars go on the other side but continued to ignore my side. So I pulled around thinking the intercom was broken. When I got to the window they made me park then took the next 7 cars. Parked a car after me then he was served before me. When I asked if my food was coming I got a snarky attitude. Just moved down here from out of state. Back home Chick-fil-A is King and I have to say this place didn't disappoint. The food was good and the line went quickly even though it was pouring down rain. They did for get to give me tortilla chips for my 3 orders of "TORTILLA" soup, but I wouldn't hold it against them this time. I hope to go back often and I will continue to expect great service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you haven't eaten at this restaurant before they serve good food for a good price and there lines go very quickly. Been here a few times, it's a Chick-fil-A so the chicken is great and the service is always good and polite. But it's getting filthy. It should be addressed by the business owner. I love Chick-fil-a and blessed that my Granddaughter loves the Chicken Noodle soup here. I also have a healthy choice in their Broiled Chicken Sandwich. I will say that my downfall is their Milk Shakes! OMG, the Strawberry is so good! The only and MAJOR problem with this location is their drive thru. I get DC flashbacks of traffic nightmares! Who designed this user unfriendly traffic flow. It's hard to get in and out if you want to got to the window and sit "al fresco" under the umbrella area! This is a drive through Chik Fil A location and there is no indoor seating (or outdoor seating that I saw). They also have a walk up window, which I thought was pretty cool. I've often been to fast food places that are open at night only for drive up, so it was nice to be able to get out of a car and walk up to order. In general, my experiences at Chik Fil A restaurants have been mixed. Once I had a great set of chicken strips. At this one and another time I found the food unimpressive and kind of soggy. Maybe that's because I couldn't eat it right away. Since this is a drive up only location, it's not really possible to eat the food immediately unless you park and do so in your car. I don't like to eat in my car. And I don't think it's safe to drive and eat. :) And it's not that cheap. Although I did enjoy my cookie sundae. Service was efficient and courteous. read more

Terrible service and rude manager. I ordered from the drive through and when I got home realized I was missing some food. I called and drove back (a 20 minute drive) and they provided my missing sandwich. I asked to be compensated for my wasted time and gas and all they offered me was a complimentary cookie with $1. I usually get the Chick-fil-A calendar each year because it has monthly discounts, and we're there usually at least once a month. This location seems to be standard for Chick-fil-A's. Been coming here for years. Staff is always friendly & nice. Cool to see that revised this place so now yu can sit inside. Staff even comes by to make sure yu are ok, they keep the place clean as well. Chicken sandwich is great & so is the fries, I always get a lemonade as well. Service at Chick-fil-a always seems to blow KFC aways, EVERY TIME! I enjoy KFC but their customer service is Awful & they always seems to mess something up. I sat and watched the employee working the drive thru take 7 orders in front of me while I waited in a line that did not move for 25 minutes. I am a lover of Chick-fil-A in general, but not this location anymore. We rarely get to have Chick-fil-A and sadly now it will be even less. We came by and did drive thru for dinner back in January. Unfortunately, we got home and they had forgotten my wrap. My husband was sad about sharing his nuggets with me but it was almost 9pm so we didn't want to go back out. After we finished eating, I called the store. They said they'd take my name and I could get a replacement next time. I feel that's normal, that's what we've done at restaurants I've worked at before. So, fast forward 2-3 months, we finally felt like giving them another chance and went in for dinner and to get said "missing wrap". I even brought the receipt we had saved from January. The cashier was friendly but didn't know what to do with my missing wrap so she got her manager. I don't know if they thought I found some old receipt and was trying to scam them or what, I can even understand probing for more information to see if it was a legitimate complaint, but she was not very friendly or apologetic about it, especially for a place known for pleasant cashiers. After looking in the customer service book for my name (which was apparently not recorded) she said sorry it's not our policy so there's nothing I can do. We left, now my second time I had visited and returned home without a dinner for myself. I'm sure most locations are fine, but there wasn't any "my pleasure" tonight. I will not be returning to this location and I will tell every one of my friends and family about this poor customer service. Long lines at the drive thru, shift change when I placed my order, although it was confirmed twice, paid, got a bag of food, not mine. Did not realize til I got back to office. Ordered large fries, 12 pc. nuggets and a drink, $8 & change, got a sandwich, sm. Fry & drink. Returned a few days later, told manager on duty of the error, his answer was to bad, people come in all the time and lie about their order. I guess if they were better at satisfying the customer with the correct order, they would not have that problem. Not the way Truitt Cathy would have handled this.
