This visit my lunch: I ordered the filet o fish with xtra cheese, add pickles add lettuce. I also had the medium fries, ate half on the way home, strawberry & cream pie and a Dr. Pepper. It took a very long time to get our drive thru order. We blew our horn. When we got to the window the clerk asked if we blew the horn. We said yes. The clerk told us we were rude. Are you serious? I'm a customer. Your service was sub par. We left without our order. Will never go back. They need to train their people to be better at their jobs. read more

i go to the drive thru. i order a 2 B meal. i say i dont need a drink as i already have one in my car. so the cashier rang up my order as a burger and fries instead of the meal which is more expensive than the meal. the manager proceeds to tell me its my fault cause i didnt want the drink. i explain to them i want the meal price and they can keep the drink. its not rocket science. then the manager got all loud with me. said she doesnt have to serve me. so i was refunded. hire smarter people mcdonalds. this shouldnt have been an issue at all. read more

This McDonalds needs some manager and employee training. Every time I use the drive-thru I have to sit there for minutes before they even come on to take the order. I literally have to ask multiple times if anyone is there. The manager here always has an angry look on her face and seems bothered by having to take the orders. In addition they charge more than any of the other area McDonalds. Their $5 McDouble deal is actually a $6 McDouble deal and happy meals are higher as well. Don't forget about all the upcharges for big mac sauce, milk or lemonade for drink choice. You're better off driving 2 or 3 minutes down the road for another McDonalds. read more

As though the margin on this item isn't bad enough, this McDonald's now charges for a cup of water ($.25). For God's sake, even the "ober" greedy rat (Walt Disney World) doesn't charge for water. My GI doctor put me on a low Sodium diet recently, & this pricing change will make abstinence from this eatery & all of its salty foods much easier. read more

Wow, no more salads - not even a side. No more grilled chicken, barely even a fried chicken sandwich. So, if you're a vegetarian or simply want to avoid meat products, your options are EXTREMELY limited. There's plenty of their worst menu items to go around though. I'm not sure why anyone would waste their time at McDonald's when Wendy's is directly across the street (and IMO tastes better anyway). They have fifteen types of chicken sandwiches, four of which are grilled. They also have four different salads. It's amazing when you work so hard and you decide to have a 'cheat meal' and it the food is just drab. I order food from DoorDash from this location at around 8pm. It was the 10-piece chicken nugget meal and I paid about $13 including the delivery fee. The nuggets: it's obvious that they've sat at the restaurant for at least a couple of hours. They were cold and rubbery. It almost tasted fake. I ate half of one and threw the rest away. Fries: super stale and had no salt though. Again, I'm sure that due to the time of order I also got fries that have been sitting around all day. I love fries and I really wanted it so I forced it but it was bad. Asparagus like and old. My recommendation is don't order after 7p and probably pick them up yourself so you can check them and ask them to remake it on the spot. I'm not happy.. see my untouched meal below. read more

My wife and I stopped by at close to noon 6/11. The gentleman at the first window was so personable that I told my wife we should call and speak to a manager which I just did. I told the assistant manager how impressed we were with his wonderful attitude and smiling face. I also told her that in our opinion that he would make a super assistant manager and then a manager. It's such a long wait in the drive-through. Far from "fast" food. So inconvenient. As far as McDonald's go this one isn't bad as the staff seems to understand their job and take some kind of pride in what they do. Place was clean and the bathrooms weren't a disaster as they are in other local members of the chain. Went Saturday January 7, 2017. I thought it could not get worse but it has. The fries were hot this time but the Big Mac had no taste. The burger was dry and the lettuce kept falling off. March 2, 2015 drive thru service went from bad to worse. First window dropped part of my change on the ground then proceeded to give me the balance. She closed the window and walked away without so much as an "I'm sorry". There were two vehicles in front of me. One was a full size van. It took forever for their food to arrive. When it did and they drove away my ice cream sundae was already in her hand. I said that's melted. She said "so what do you want me to do about it?" I said "make me another one".
