After fasting for my blood tests, I needed comfort food for breakfast. Husband understood, and he and I used our latest receipt to get 2 BOGO free Egg McMuffins. They were hot and tasted good. Service was excellent - much better than a kiosk. We usually eat at McDonalds because of the free WiFi and clean tables, but we headed for home to dine today! read more

Not sure why this location gets low ratings. It's my go to for the filet o fish and sausage muffin for breakfast. This visit my lunch: I ordered the filet o fish with xtra cheese, add pickles add lettuce. I also had the medium fries, ate half on the way home, strawberry & cream pie and a Dr. Pepper. Good experience as always. Also friendliest staff at a McDonald's in the area. read more

It took a very long time to get our drive thru order. We blew our horn. When we got to the window the clerk asked if we blew the horn. We said yes. The clerk told us we were rude. Are you serious? I'm a customer. Your service was sub par. We left without our order. Will never go back. They need to train their people to be better at their jobs. read more

Why is it impossible to go to this McDonald's order an egg McMuffin and get a toasted McMuffin? Every single time I feel like it's microwave. Toast the friggin thing you idiots read more

i go to the drive thru. i order a 2 B meal. i say i dont need a drink as i already have one in my car. so the cashier rang up my order as a burger and fries instead of the meal which is more expensive than the meal. the manager proceeds to tell me its my fault cause i didnt want the drink. i explain to them i want the meal price and they can keep the drink. its not rocket science. then the manager got all loud with me. said she doesnt have to serve me. so i was refunded. hire smarter people mcdonalds. this shouldnt have been an issue at all. read more

This McDonalds needs some manager and employee training. Every time I use the drive-thru I have to sit there for minutes before they even come on to take the order. I literally have to ask multiple times if anyone is there. The manager here always has an angry look on her face and seems bothered by having to take the orders. In addition they charge more than any of the other area McDonalds. Their $5 McDouble deal is actually a $6 McDouble deal and happy meals are higher as well. Don't forget about all the upcharges for big mac sauce, milk or lemonade for drink choice. You're better off driving 2 or 3 minutes down the road for another McDonalds. read more

I ordered breakfast through their app and when I arrived, I found it was closed to the diving power. I can understand that but they built my card, took my money never ref founded and I never got any food company just rip off customers like that.? read more

I got the $5 meal deal and it was made fresh. The burger looked and tasted great and the manager kat was on duty was very respectful and accommodating. The drive through was very busy and I was the only one in the store and her staff was on it!! I'd definitely come back. They take pride in their store. read more

I ordered a large iced vanilla latte and this is what I was given? Apparently a medium but the new medium is small enough I can grip it in between my index and thumb. This is getting ridiculous as far as the price for what you get nowadays. I ordered this and the same sized Oreo frappe and it was 8$. Complete rip off I finished this in 5 sips read more

Waited 1 hour for our delivery and after 1 hour they cancelled the order. Terrible service

Always missing food, Customer service is rude and their ALWAYS late on changing the signs. RIP grimace shake, best thing about them.

amazing service, fast speed, kind of workers. This was everything I could've ever asked for. I'm having an amazing night because of the experience I had at this location. I will be coming back again at 2 AM. after the first bite of my number five meal, I said, a tear a real tear, I literally died and resurrected back to life from having my meal. read more

My son just got food poisoning from this McDonald's. From a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Stopped by for a Fish Filet sandwich. I like the tiny little breaded square, tartar sauce, & moist little brioche Buns, but its price is now up to $4.49 (REALLY?). As though the margin on this item isn't bad enough, this McDonald's now charges for a cup of water ($.25). For God's sake, even the "ober" greedy rat (Walt Disney World) doesn't charge for water. My GI doctor put me on a low Sodium diet recently, & this pricing change will make abstinence from this eatery & all of its salty foods much easier. read more

McDonalds has lost my business. Over $20 dollars for 2 quarter pounders. They have forgotten who their real customers are.

Wow, no more salads - not even a side. No more grilled chicken, barely even a fried chicken sandwich. So, if you're a vegetarian or simply want to avoid meat products, your options are EXTREMELY limited. There's plenty of their worst menu items to go around though. I'm not sure why anyone would waste their time at McDonald's when Wendy's is directly across the street (and IMO tastes better anyway). They have fifteen types of chicken sandwiches, four of which are grilled. They also have four different salads. McDonald's, obviously the Covid situation isn't impeding on everyone's menus...just yours. If my mom didn't ask to go here, I'd avoid you guys altogether. read more

It's amazing when you work so hard and you decide to have a 'cheat meal' and it the food is just drab. I order food from DoorDash from this location at around 8pm. It was the 10-piece chicken nugget meal and I paid about $13 including the delivery fee. The nuggets: it's obvious that they've sat at the restaurant for at least a couple of hours. They were cold and rubbery. It almost tasted fake. I ate half of one and threw the rest away. Fries: super stale and had no salt though. Again, I'm sure that due to the time of order I also got fries that have been sitting around all day. I love fries and I really wanted it so I forced it but it was bad. Asparagus like and old. My recommendation is don't order after 7p and probably pick them up yourself so you can check them and ask them to remake it on the spot. I'm not happy.. see my untouched meal below. read more

Very disappointed. Offer a sale on Sausage McMuffin with Egg and then they don't even make it the right way. Egg is not supposed to be folded like the biscuit sandwiches. I wonder if McDonalds corporate would be ok with them changing the recipes. Consistently get sub-par food from this location. Needs new owners/management. Strike 2....2 weeks later. Order a Mcrib. Get home and no sauce. Just a dry piece of meat on a bun. What a miserable excuse for a McDonalds. Wouldn't give them a star if I didn't have to. read more

Quick hamburger fries quick fast food. A place to go if you want to fill your belly cheap.

My wife and I stopped by at close to noon 6/11. The gentleman at the first window was so personable that I told my wife we should call and speak to a manager which I just did. I told the assistant manager how impressed we were with his wonderful attitude and smiling face. I also told her that in our opinion that he would make a super assistant manager and then a manager. My wife and I are retired teachers so we have dealt with thousands of young people. He was just so impressive. We will be going back because of this gentleman. read more

You reduce your menu after 12:00 which is stupid to begin with because it's not like you stop using any certain piece of equipment then you don't even have a wAy to tell people. This is why people go to Taco Bell after 12:00 you should just shut down after 12:00 read more

The young night girls are rude for absolutely no reason. It's McDonald's, so I'm not expecting 5 star service, but there's no reason why I should feel like I'm being yelled at every time I come here after 9 pm. The day shift employees have been absolutely lovely though, so I usually just try to avoid late night dinners here. read more

Third poor experience here. Signature burger rocks...IF you can actually get it right. Here, at East Lake, they got it wrong THREE times in a row. One time, no sauce, just MUSTARD. Last weekend, gor home, and it was not a burger, it was chicken! Tonight, it is just a cheeseburger with a half strip of bacon. No onions straw stuff, nothing. Seriously. What a mess. read more

Ok, so grandson had to pee so we stopped here! LOL ! It's a McDonalds. Very nice interior, with a small play area the kids really enjoyed. Food was, well, it was McDonald's food. What more can I say. Good enough for a last minute drive by decision. read more

I can't say this enough. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It's the closest and most convenient, yet I can't tell you how many times this or that wasn't available. It's such a long wait in the drive-through. Far from "fast" food. So inconvenient. And, I love how you order five drinks and they ask you if you want a drink carrier when they see that you're the only person in the car. That one cracks me up every time. read more

As far as McDonald's go this one isn't bad as the staff seems to understand their job and take some kind of pride in what they do. Place was clean and the bathrooms weren't a disaster as they are in other local members of the chain. The couple of mistakes food wise have been fixed and credited back from staff which is also a very rare at least with no attitude. Not a bad McDonalds if you have the need. read more

Horrible drive thru service, lady barks at you unpleasantly. Went Saturday January 7, 2017. I thought it could not get worse but it has. The fries were hot this time but the Big Mac had no taste. The burger was dry and the lettuce kept falling off. March 2, 2015 drive thru service went from bad to worse. First window dropped part of my change on the ground then proceeded to give me the balance. She closed the window and walked away without so much as an "I'm sorry". There were two vehicles in front of me. One was a full size van. It took forever for their food to arrive. When it did and they drove away my ice cream sundae was already in her hand. I said that's melted. She said "so what do you want me to do about it?" I said "make me another one". She said "we don't do that", "do you want it or what?" I will never be back! Really sorry, this was meant for another McDonalds. read more
