    Y'all I love me some CFA but even though this location is closest to me, I'd rather drive to the Countryside location. The Oldsmar location lacks the "CFA way," the service is not strong, they often get orders wrong, the customer service lacks, and they don't seem to care.... It's not bad compared to other fast food restaurants, it's just not comparable to CFA standards. I cannot count how many times I've ordered a Diet Coke, left the drive thru taken a sip and it's a Coke. Yuck! I grew up in Atlanta, my grandparents were close personal friends of the Cathy's, my adult children worked at CFA both over 3 years.... This location makes me cringe. Recently, in the drive-through, they gave me the wrong order. I circled back around and instead of getting in line I hollered at the boy who took my order saying that I got the wrong order. He should have run in and switch it out for me, instead he told me I had to park and go in. I explained that I could not because I had my dog in the car. He told me that's the only way I could get the right food. That's not Chick-fil-A customer service! I explained again, I cannot leave my dog in the car in 94° and he said again that's the only way you're going to get your food. I was baffled! So I kept circling around until I got to the pick up window. After the car beside me picked up their food, I hollered to the girl handing out food telling her I got my wrong order, she knew immediately the mistake she had made with me, apologized and asked me to pull forward and park and she would bring out the right food. That's how you do it! At least somebody was trained right.

    This appears to be the only Chick-fil-A in the country that consistently gets orders wrong. On my first visit, I requested grilled nuggets but was served fried ones. Hoping for a better experience, I returned this evening only to be disappointed once more. I ordered a Southwest Salad and received a Market Salad with the Southwest Salad's toppings and dressing. I typically refrain from complaining, but two consecutive errors are unacceptable. I urge you to hire more competent staff members.

    Stopped by for nuggets and fries on 3/27/23 and couldn't have been more disappointed. It seems like most of the chick-fil-a franchises have given up on providing quality food. This was the LAST straw for us, after several really bad food services over the past several months. Our nuggets were extremely thin and overcooked, almost like chicken chips. Virtually zero meaty nuggets, and anything close to a nugget was overcooked. We ordered 3 packs of nuggets and everything was sub-par. I would guess that CFA is cutting corners now to save money at the expense of giving the quality they used to be known for. Also ordered a large fries and the fry box was only filled 1/2 way. Unbelievable. Also, when we pulled into the drive through lane there were 6 employees just chatting, while the car in front of us was ordering the 5 other employees chatted and took their time to finally get to us. Not impressed with the direction of chick-fil-a recently, so much that we no longer consider it our "go-to" or even some place we want to return to.

    It left me disappointed when I wasn't able to use my discounts. Everywhere else accepts it. Staff couldn't give me a reason why.

    Order mobile walk up or drive thru. Place is fast and like all CFA locations people are super polite. Always a favorite

    What an incredibly disappointing experience after being a loyal customer for over a year…read more I have consistently visited this location and regularly order the large tub of Classic Chicken Salad through the drive-thru. One of the small things I always looked forward to was the sugar cookie that traditionally came with it -- something that made loyal customers feel appreciated. Today, I picked up my usual order and noticed the sugar cookie was missing. When I politely asked about it, the manager, Ms. Rodriguez, bluntly and rudely told me, "Now you have to pay for it," with absolutely no courtesy, explanation, or appreciation for someone who has supported this location for over a year. It wasn't even about the cookie -- it was the dismissive attitude, poor customer service, and complete lack of care toward a repeat customer. A simple explanation or a little kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling brushed off and disrespected. Customer loyalty clearly means very little here. Sadly, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very upsetting and disappointing treatment.

Their broccoli salad was like eating candy. Plus they messed up my order and gave me no sides. I had to drive back for the terrible broccoli salad.
