Writing a review this low of Chick Fil A is difficult because I love it so much. Growing up in SC I've been a regular as long as I can remember. That ring said this particular chain regularly fills the waffle fries 2/3 of the way up. At first I thought it was just a one time deal and then I starting asking other people and they agreed I was getting cheated. Even if you pay for the large they don't fill it all the way. Time after time after time so I'm thinking the management has instructed employees to do this in attempt to increase profits... Sounds crazy but I can't think of any other reason I get half to 2/3 filled fries every time I go there. I'm going back and going to ask for a refund for the difference. read more

Conveniently located off of MacArthur freeway exit and near the OKC airport and hotel row. It has a drive-thru and since it's fairly new, the interior was clean with modern decor. Notably, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were upbeat when taking my order, asked specifically how many sauces I wanted, took away my tray when I was done, checked on me at my table, and even asked if I wanted a refill of my drink without having to get up. As for the food, loved their fried chicken strips, dipped in Polynesian sauce. Yum! Each bite of chicken tasted tender and juicy. At under $4 for a box of three pieces, it didn't hurt my wallet. One if the cleanest ones I have ever been too!! The service was friendly, nice, and even helped my wife out by carrying her tray to where I was seated outside with our dog.
