Did wait too long. It was clean and customer service wasn't bad but wasn't good at first but when I received my food it was absolutely much better. The young man was very polite and accommodating. Whataburger is one of my favorite places to go ever since I was a kid and tried it for the first time in tried it in Texas. Burgers are always on point, but tonight I decided to try something else. At first when I ordered, I asked for the whatacatch because I thought the chicken looking picture to it said it all right there. But they told me then that it was fish and not chicken. So the lady fixed it on the register than she took off the fish sandwich and put on the chicken one. Took about 10-15minutes to get our food cause they had to fry the chicken, which was a first sign I shouldn't have gotten it cause it takes them so long to cook it. After getting our food to go I had dropped my coworker at his hotel and I was on my way to mine, which I then took out my "chicken sandwich" to try it... It was the fish sandwich, so I drove back to the same place and asked them to make it right, which they had no problem doing so. I was so glad at first when they caught my mistake when ordering that it was a fish sandwich instead of chicken because I'm allergic to fish, but after reviewing my receipt I saw they corrected it so idk how they still have me the wrong sandwich... I only took a small bite of fish and spit it out when I noticed what it was; my mouth feels numb but that's all I think this reaction will be too it since it was small. You really get a Great tasting burger for the money. The combo meals are priced right and the fries were hot and delicious. They also serve sweet tea which is a bonus. What I really enjoyed about this place was the customer service! Sure, given this not a 5 star steakhouse, but when we first walked in we were greeted by the manager warmly who took our orders. We found a seat and they brought our burgers and condiments over to us. As we ate our burgers the manager walked around asking everyone how was their day and making sure we were all happy with our meals. It made me feel good that there are people who take pride in the work they do. I eat at this location the most because it is close to my work. The food is always good, and generally, the staff is friendly and helpful. The drive-thru is a toss-up when it comes to the amount of time it takes to go through it, but keep in mind they start your food when you order it. It's not waiting in a heat box. The only real problem I have is how Whataburger in general is handling online/app ordering. Since the dining rooms are closed you have to wait in the drive-thru line. Which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Hopefully, the dining rooms will open up soon enough, and the problem will solve itself. If not a rethink of the process might be in need. Oh, one last thing. It would be cool if merchandise from the webstore was available at the restaurants. I'd probably buy more stuff. read more

HORRIBLE! Just don't do it. Ordered on the app, waited almost an hour for my 1 burger and they ended up giving it to someone else. Expected me to accept it after another customer had it and brought it back inside. Then they couldn't do the refund since I had ordered online, and on the app it was showing that I already got my food, so I couldn't request a refund. The service here was amazing. The manager on duty was so thoughtful, and very caring. She made sure we got our food, which was also great, and she kept walking out in the dining room making sure that everyone was taken care of during their meal. Went inside to order my meal. Was ignored by at least four employees behind the counter. No acknowledgement, no greeting. Eventually someone came up and asked had I been helped. Stopped in to get dinner while traveling. The door says masks required. While waiting for my order four employees of Whataburger came I. Wearing there Whataburger hats. I heard them say they work at another location. None of them were wearing a mask. I asked them where their masks were and one of them said in the car. I told them they should wear them. I was ignored. I told the cashier and she stated they cannot enforce the mask requirement. You can't even enforce it with employees? Really.,..very bad representation of the company. I am from out of town but I've heard the hype "Whataburger is better than In-N-Out, so I had to give it a try. The place was dead other than a car in the drive-thru and a couple dining in. The cashier was the complete opposite of friendly. I could barely hear him and he seemed lost and just out of it. I asked for a large drink with my meal but discovered they didn't have any lids to fit the cup. When I asked if they had more the cashier said "uh, no we only have medium lids." Homie, that would have been nice to know before I ordered the large. Haha. Anyway, he gave me a medium cup and I transferred my drink. The place seemed clean enough and the other employees appeared to be working hard. When I got back to my hotel I opened my burger and took a bite. DAMN GOOD. I really liked my burger and I really enjoyed the spicy ketchup with my onion rings. If the cashier had even put forth 10% of a personality, this would be 4 or 5 stars. As a Californian, I'll tell you Whataburger is better than In N Out. The quality of Whataburger ingredients is far more superior to In N Out and you can definitely taste the difference.
