This Chick-fil-A is super busy- but aren't they all? It is located by Tanger Outlets as well as Walmart and Sam's. The parking lot is very small, and with four spots designated for curbside and other for delivery vehicles, you might want to park in the large lot by the shopping center and just walk over. I visited recently and ordered a Southwest Veggie Wrap. I appreciate that CFA has a menu item for vegetarians available in the app. I did curbside pick up, and I'm glad I checked my ordered because my wrap was missing the creamy salsa dressing that comes with it. I walked inside and ask for my dressing, but I'm glad I did because otherwise, that wrap is bland. Still, having to get out and go inside the restaurant defeats the purpose of doing a curbside order. With how busy this location is and so many similar fast food/fast casual options nearby, I wouldn't make a trip here again.

#ThankYouThursday2021 I used to get for Red Cross American Red Cross folks as a courtesy or from my pocked during their service at our different bldgs....they all love Chick Fil A so much but this place i had never gone before- i used to go in Rivers Avenue. The person who took the order was by herself and people at the delivery window were Really friendly, nice, and super good they realize and do things as you request purely customer service looks like it tells i was there 2 months ago - only on Fridays we do the blood drive- during that time- it would be between 11 to 1 pm maximum since they all leave by 13"30 pm eastern

I haven't been to this location since the remodel was finished, and I was in the area, so I decided to give it a try. I placed a mobile order, and I was pleased to see they have a lane just for mobile orders now, which made the process quick and convenient. I just had to scan a QR code and drive around. The service was friendly and efficient, but the overall quality of the food was disappointing. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of small hash browns and an orange juice. When I unwrapped my biscuit, it was cold. The cold chicken biscuit was a major letdown, lacking the usual warmth and flavor expected from Chick-fil-A. Additionally, the hash browns were mushy and did not meet the crispy texture I was hoping for, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and satisfaction. Overall, the experience was not up to par with the usual standards of Chick-fil-A. It was disappointing to receive subpar breakfast items from a typically reliable fast food chain.

This review is specifically for the cauliflower sandwich. For me I normally get lettuce, tomato and extra pickles and non-butter bun, which I did with this. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious either. It looked in flavor and overall has more fat calories than the chicken. I added bbq sauce to it after trying it plain. I don't think I'll be getting that again, unless they make a spicy version.

Well being renovated did nothing for their customer care or efficiency. Just ordered and had a delivery. Missing items a full meal and had other items we didn't order which were two med cold fries and the large fry tasted absolutely gross with grease and also cold. 12 piece nuggets don't like do be all there, no straws.ordered spicy filet and it's cold. When you order for a 6::45 delivery and they tell you at 615 it's being made you're thinking it's coming at least warm and it's all on its way. Worst mistake. I would drive to rectify but I am fresh from kidney surgery. Thus why we ordered for delivery. Try to call them phone is answering but mailbox is full, , no one answering, driver isn't responding. What a waste of money. Would post a pic of the missing food, but alas ...it's missing .. sucks that I had to pic a star.

This is kind of the review that writes itself... Who doesn't love A treat from Chick-fil-A? They are known for their quick service, friendly staff and awesome food. This location is no exception. Can I admit that the morning staff basically knows me by name and order? I guess I just did. Next time you're there, go outside your comfort zone and order some thing new off the menu. Sure I love a splurge on waffle fries but they have many other great sandwiches including a limited time barbecue sandwich. My favorites: the grilled chicken wrap, classic sandwich and of course those fries. My early morning treat is plain biscuit. The great thing about Chick-fil-A is when you get the urge you know you won't be waiting long in line.

You order, they plate it, you pay and either take it to go or to sit in the small dining area. Service is very quick and efficient, and you can tell there are a lot of regulars who come here because the staff joked and laughed with them as they waited in line. Speaking of the line, it moved fast but while we were there a woman came around with a tray and offered little cups of brightly colored something. I chose red and was delighted to see it was a frozen punch, red is cherry. My friend got orange and he said it was like a mango or peach flavor. I ordered the fried chicken, with cabbage and red rice. The cabbage was absolute fire, it was so tender and delicious. The red rice was good, but a bit on the dry side. I feel like had I been there when a fresh pan was brought out it would have been a lot better. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and had a flaky crust but it needed salt and the tables did not provide any. I would come back, there are so many other things I would love to try and this place is busy for a reason.

So we took an Uber there on our way to the airport, luggage and backpacks and all. The line was to the door. Most people get their food to go but there are a handful of tables in the dining room. We parked ourselves and our bags at one by the front wall and settled in for our fried porkchops and fried chicken, lima beans, cabbage, red rice, mac and cheese, and corn bread. And while we waited for our food, one of the kitchen staff walked around passing out free frozen punch. It was good! This was the perfect choice for our last meal in Charleston. We were in and out in 45 minutes, full and satisfied. The only thing is we are still confused about pricing. We think there was an error because somehow we paid $29 for one meal and $19 for the other. Can't be right...but we didn't have time to sort all that out. Pay it forward.

It was so good I had to go back! The Brunch bowl is what I order both times ( I wish I tried something else) and the "grit balls" were delicious. Service was fast and prompt even with a full house. And the woman at the counter (she was in the kitchen and ran food, greeted guests as they pick up their food, possibly a chef) was EXTREMELY nice and outgoing. She seemed to really enjoy her position and kept order in the kitchen. Food was delicious if I haven't already said so, so much flavor, a Carolina quality kinda spot! The parking lot was packed, and most tables were already taken when we walked in, which is always a good sign. You order at the counter and then grab a seat while they bring the food out to you. The menu is extensive, with plenty of dishes built around grits (as the name suggests). I went with the chicken and waffles, and it was loaded with flavor--crispy fried chicken breasts, a Belgian waffle, chunks of bacon, and a blueberry compote on the side. The whole plate was enormous; I definitely didn't finish it. My husband ordered the fried chicken and fish platter with French fries, and it was equally generous in size. We also started with the grit fritters as an appetizer, and they were fantastic--crispy on the outside and a nice surprise inside. Overall, the food was really on point with big, satisfying portions. The waitstaff seemed super busy but stayed friendly and attentive. The only downside for me was having to bus your own table at the end. Prices for lunch felt a little high at first glance, but when you consider the huge portions, they're pretty reasonable. We'll definitely be heading back soon.
