No problem with chic fil a but when I dried to pay through door dash they didn't take my card so no food. This happens twice.

One of the best Chick-fil-a restaurants in Lubbock! This location is consistently clean and delicious. The customer service and food quality are both awesome. My only complaint is that if you order curbside, you'll be waiting for a while. It's not an issue though because the drive thru and dine-in options are so fast. read more

I love everything here. The workers the atmosphere and food are all amazing. The store is also very clean. I also worked here and my former co workers made it the best place to work for. We love coming to Chick-fil-A... timing is crucial when choosing to come to one. We came towards the end of the lunch rush... still not the best time. This place was a ZOO! We luckily nabbed the one 4-person table that was open for our group of SEVEN. Needless to say, things were a bit tight. My anxiety was high due to the crowd & craziness in there. Staff are always so wonderful at Chick-fil-A. Love how they always end with "my pleasure." Even during our visit, an employee came over to offer us refills... so nice. The food was fantastic as always. I got the southwest salad, kids got chicken nuggets and fries. My friend tried their spicy chicken sandwich for the first time and said it was really good! (It totally looked good too!) Kids played in the play area for a little while. They had a great time. Plus, aren't the kids meal toys the best? They seem so much more educational than say, McDonald's cheap plastic toys. read more

This chick-fil-a is the worst one in lubbock, as someone who worked at chick-fil-a for over 4 years i know how it's ran, the workers here are so slow and untrained, the food is awful, it's not hard to make biscuits and every single time i get one here it's harder than a rock and the gas browns were probably cooked over 20 mins ago. nothing tastes fresh and it's always soggy. The employees never know what they're talking about and they're always incredibly slow. Chick-fil-a is know. for being fast and fresh and this store is quite the opposite. definitely don't recommend this store. read more

I have not ever had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-A. I do not have the opportunity to eat here often, as there is not a location in Big Spring. I stopped in at the 82nd and University location in Lubbock after going to the Doctor. Chick-Fil-A is well staffed and had multiple people covering everything. I had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and the food is amazing! Hot and fresh, prepared right then, and even brought to my table. A young man even came to my table and refilled my drink! Fast food with a full service feel. I could not ask for more. Juicy chicken fillet, pepper jack cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato, pickles on a tender bun. Hot waffle fries, seasoned perfectly, and an ice cold Dt. Coke hit the spot! A company and franchise that strives to provide quality food and desirable customer service at reasonable prices is nearly unheard of post-COVID. Thank you for a superior experience! read more

Here's the thing, if any person asked me any day of the week where I want to eat, the answer is ALWAYS Chick-fil-A. I seriously love Chick-fil-A more than the average individual. I just never get tired of it! I'm addicted to that chicken! But, here's the thing, this particular location is easily the worst in lubbock. Granted, it still beats the heck out of McDonald's or your other typical chain, but compared to other Chick-fil-A locations... this one is totally subpar. Breakfast is consistently bad, the employees are pretty unprofessional pretty often (especially the ones I've encountered working outside taking orders back when it was warmer outside), they don't say "my pleasure", they forget the sauce, etc. These things aren't the end of the world, and I can definitely recognize my whiny/first world problem review here, BUT I truly do expect quality food and service from CFA. And this location is just a little lacking. However, I will say the team they have for lunch or maybe the manager they have during lunch is a lot more professional and efficient. Typically, my lunch experiences are fine. Lastly, this location is just down the street from my work, and the fact that a CFA was built within walking distance is proof alone that there is some sort of God that exists in our world! As a mom with 4 kids I can definitively say there is no place better for eating out with kids than Chick-fil-A. First of all, the food itself is great and tasty. We typically get an assortment of chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, fries, and fruit cups. We've always had good experiences with the food. Secondly, the service is superior to all other places. The employees always say "my pleasure" and seem genuinely pleased to help. They will carry food to your table, help clean up spills, and just generally help you with whatever you need. I picked up the order for Lubbock-Cooper Choir Boosters, every year about this time we have Chik-fil-A help us feed around 300 students, choir directors, and judges during an all day audition process. This is a major fundraiser for the booster club and Chik-fil-A always comes through; the order was ready on time, they let us use the warming bags so sandwiches stay hot, and the price is perfect (this is a fundraiser for us). This place is usually the best!!!! Very disappointed in the service today. The lady at the window said my name, handed me my bag, took my card, handed it back and didn't say a word. Just my name. Didn't tell me how much it was, snatched my card, handed it back and turned her back. Rude! I get people have a bad day but when you are in the service industry you leave your bad day at the door before you walk in. I was in the service industry for 25 years and I expect this at other places but not at our beloved Chick-fil-a.
