Bun with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Which I asked not to have. Also charged for the bacon.

Disappointing. I go to this location almost everyday and I love the food. However the accuracy of the orders is absolutely abysmal. I have never written a Yelp review before but this is inexcusable. Anytime I decide to order a spicy chicken sandwich (which is quite often) all I ask for and I repeat all I ask for is the chicken cheese and bacon. That's it. It's not that hard to get it through your head. I've dealt with it every time I get a sandwich but you know I just deal with it. But this being the 5th or 6th time of messing up such a simple order, I have decided to write this review. For my sandwich I got today not only did they not put the bacon on my sandwich, they put lettuce, pickle, and tomato on it. When I specifically stated I wanted just the meat cheese and bacon. I even got charged for the bacon I never got too!!!!! Honestly for my lunch break from now on I'm avoiding your location. Have a good day to whoever reads this. And if you want proof let me know and I'll send you a picture. -Jason Laposay

Chicken sandwich was flavorful but very greasy. I could taste the cooking oil in every bite.

Such a charming cafe. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great place to hang out with laptop or…read morebook or similar. Good food although a little bit on pricy side for the quantity. I got 1/2 toasted bagel, cream cheese, sufficient salmon, red onion and a green tea- $20! But it is small business & a rare 'treat' of a place having this character in NOVa today- I am located in Ashburn where everything is new & Leesburg reminds me of a small northwest NJ rural town I lived in

But I was thirsty when I happened to be walking past Trinity House this past Friday, and I stopped in. The cafe is large, with lots of comfortable seating. The main room had tons of windows and great light. I had enough time to enjoy a cold drink and read my book at one of their tables next to a window. I think it's a great place for studying, reading, or working - comfortable seating, great light, and a menu of beverages and snacks. They clearly have a mission, which I don't know much about, and the the things they sell weren't for me (crosses and Bibles and other Christian themed items), but the cafe was very comfortable.

I've been to LPH several times over the years, and really enjoyed everything about it. This is my…read morefirst visit since the new owners took over. We had a reservation on a Thursday at 5:30 and were seated promptly. Our waitress, Ellen E, was pleasant and attentive. First we asked about happy hour (which goes until 6) and were told this is only applicable at the bar. OK, I guess, but not very friendly especially to those of us who are height challenged and can't do the high bar stools - and who also might want to enjoy a meal. I had an LPH burger and subbed sweet potato fries for regular fries. I was surprised to see a $2 upcharge on the bill since on the menu (which I just checked again online) these 2 items (regular and sweet potato fries) are exactly the same price. I mentioned this to the gentleman who took our checks (another server) and he said he was told this was how to charge it. My friend also had an LPH burger and asked for yellow mustard instead of the dijonnaise that was included. She was charged $0.25 for this "addition." Again, we were told this was how they were directed to write the tickets. I don't think I've ever written primarily about pricing policies. But honestly the $2 and the $0.25 - combined with the happy hour only being at the bar - seemed very nickel and dime. Despite the food being ok, I don't think I'll return as these policies left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).
