I came here today with my daughter for lunch. I had a chicken sandwich and she had a market salad. Both were great. We also both had sweet tea. I love sweet tea but this was really sweet. I had to ask them to add some unsweetened to it. Then it was great. The ladies restroom felt like it needed a good deep cleaning. The floor was slippery and it just didn't feel as clean as most other Chick fil a's. There was also tissue on the floor in both of the stalls. After our meal I ordered two ice dreams for us. I tried to order a small size cup but was told that this location only has the kid size and large size. Then when I asked for chocolate syrup on it I was asked how much I wanted on it. Another question I have never been asked when ordering one. I said I'd like the normal amount that comes on it. I was charged 50 cent for each of the cups and it seemed like there was less chocolate syrup on them than I normally get when I am charged 25 cents. Normally Chick-fil-A is a great place to go for good food, a clean dining environment, and exceptional service. Not this location unfortunately. I've never had to wait this long in a Chick-fil-A line. They had ONE cashier at lunch time with a long line of customers waiting. At one point the cashier walked away for some reason so there was no one taking orders. The bathrooms were dirty. They weren't just "oh there was a rush and we haven't cleaned yet" dirty, but nasty caked on substances on various surfaces of the facilities. Gross. Most Chick-Fil-A's are known for being a clean fast food restaurant. The fries were stale and old, you could tell they'd been sitting there for just a little too long. They have three trash cans that have sensors that open the door automatically for you. One was out of order, one was overflowing with trash. Ordered a mobile order and they told me to get out the car and come inside but I mentioned I had my babies in the car so I couldn't get out plus the drive thru line was unbelievably long so they told me to get in the line but I mentioned to them that I had to drop my babies off at daycare. Which I had no time to wait long for just one item i got for teacher appreciation week. Customer service was very bad and for them to tell my to leave my babies in the car was a definite no! Manager was bilingual and spoke to her in both languages but still acted like she didn't understand me. I've never encountered bad service at any chick fil a and have always gone to the one near 316. Sucks this one is the only one that's open but have poor service. This is more for the drive thru, its such a small space & it needs to be better orchestrated, line was to the street and for them to move traffic employee had cars behind me join the left side of drive thru line, I guess they don't know that they are supposed to take turns with car on the right. The lines & traffic are horrific to the point where I will choose another restaurant just because of this...now the food. Originally I was going to go through the drive thru. However I saw that the line was wrapped most of the way around the building. When I got to the entrance, the sign said both lanes were open. I choose the one on the right since the other lane was much longer. As I drove around I realized that the only way to get in line to actually order is to merge in front of everyone else who has been waiting. I was NOT going to do that. Then I tried to find a parking space. There is yet another two sets of cones you have to drive through and most if not all of the parking spaces are reserved for curbside or delivery pickup! I snagged one of the reserved spaces. I was not about to drive all the way around the building again. Ridiculous! The food was ok at best. I ordered two biscuits, one with grilled chicken and one plain. The grilled chicken had a overly dry and not flavorful biscuit. The plain biscuit was good fortunately. But due to the parking lot issues I am giving a below average rating. Also when I mentioned it to the person who took my order she agreed it is confusing. Everyone knows Chick-fil-a for the above and beyond customer service and experience aside from the excellent quality of food, but it's like the company itself is selective when choosing their employees on a scale that can't even be explained. I witnessed in the drive through engagement amongst the employees with our joy and excitement hyping each other up and making it a friendly competition for who is servicing a customer better and encouraging the other...like everyone is a winner with their team. It didn't stop there, at the window, I witnessed two gentlemen workers as they were preparing my food to take and one of the guys informed the other they had something on them and the other thanked him and they both had such enthusiasm with smiles and gratitude towards each other and I mentioned to them that was the equivalent of when someone tells someone that they have spinach in their teeth, but most people choose not to mention that for fear of offending the other. We all just laughed and smiled. All of the employees joy is just contagious and I truly believe them when they say in response to us customers thanking them for their service "My pleasure". This is the only chick fil a I've ever seen an employee DROP THE FOOD OUT THE WINDOW ON THE GROUND and just go back in the hole in the wall and not even touch base with the person in the car to see if they'd like it remade. They updated the parking lot a few years ago, but it's not any easier to exit. I say this after someone wasted time honking at a car ahead of mine that enter the roadway. Don't plan to visit at lunchtime, unless your a loyalist or like the pain. Otherwise, this is a classic CF with an outdoor playground. This Chick Fil A is pretty bad. As a manger of a large highly sought cooperation, when it comes to customer service they are at the bottom of any fast food restaurant in this area. Not only have I had multiple incidents where my food is wrong or even contaminated with. The team ask you to bring back the food for training purpose. I'm not sure what the scam would be for a free salad but this is absurd that I choose this establishment to support on my 30 lunch break and if there is a issue the only solution is to bring items back. Now they stated they need the items for training purposes, but when I brought the salad back for my replacement they tossed it in the trash without an apology. They should assume positive intent from all customers. A simple picture to an email would of been enough for management to view what was wrong with the order. I've worked at this store now for 7 months. We can be a little bit hectic at times but we try to get through those tough times. We do tend to be fast but other times we are slow because we are understaffed or a mess-up in the kitchen and/or window . It all depends who's on window and outside taking the orders. But overall we are very convent and have good quod food. read more
