Very inefficient staffing plan. I placed my order online, yet when I arrived to pick it up, they had only just begun preparing it. From what I could see, there were seven employees at the workstation--including two in light-blue shirts, presumably leadership--and another male employee in red with a semi‑Afro hairstyle repeatedly walking in and out of the workstation to chat with a coworker who appeared to be on break. It wasn't until another coworker mentioned an online order was waiting that he finally returned to the workstation to start preparing it. While I understand that two other employees seemed to be in training, that doesn't explain why staff are allowed to casually step away from the workstation to socialize, especially during busy periods. That kind of behavior directly affects efficiency and customer wait times. Despite placing my order online, I still ended up waiting almost 20 minutes in-store for it to be completed. read more

Their sausage, egg and cheese sandwich had more flavor than some of the other companies, but my tongue is still ringing from all the salt, so that's probably really all it is. At lunch, I had a chicken sandwich. I don't get it... not in the same league as others chicken sandwich places. They have maintained the same chicken sandwich I remember, possibly a little better than it was 30 years ago. But still very simple and bland. Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich is good. But when compared to other fast food chicken sandwiches it's only a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5 for me. I could give it a three because it is tender and I've had several of them over the years. Other chicken places have more flavor and because they are battered have better texture for me anyway. The only chicken sandwich that I would rate for me below Chick-fil-A is Kentucky fried chicken, chicken sandwich. With Kentucky fried chicken it's the fact they never execute the chicken sandwich the same way twice and sometimes it's just plain bad. So I don't get why Chick-fil-A is so popular. Like many others every few years I try it again and I don't regret it, but I'm not thrilled either. I won't come back for the breakfast, I'd like to eat in the dining room and the English muffin left me flat. Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A, it is always busy. However, they have extremely fast service. I love their salads, they always have fresh ingredients and the chicken on top is delicious. Their market salad has fresh fruit on top and instead of the grilled chicken I got the fried chicken nuggets on top. It gives them it gives it a better flavor. I always mix the light balsamic and the Chick-fil-A sauce to make my own dressing. Soooooo Good! This time the strawberries were not sweet, they were really sour. I actually had to take them off of the salad. Overall, I really enjoy the blue cheese on top and salad in general. I frequent this location pretty often and never have any issues. read more

I'm so glad Chick-fil-A had made its way to Las Vegas. I've always loved their chicken salads and chicken sandwiches. My go-to meal is the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickle and a side of waffle fries. They do have a deluxe version of the spicy chicken sandwich where you can get peperjack cheese, tomato, and lettuce, but the simplicity of the chicken is good enough for me. The chicken is flavorful and juicy. I've had food from this location several times before. Service is usually pretty quick, considering the long lines wrapped around the building. The workers are typically very nice and efficient. For my visit today, the service could have been faster. I waited over ten minutes before I got my food. I do appreciate it being hot and fresh, but it's never taken that long. Also, the prices have gone up. Is it just me, or is the sandwich size smaller, too? TL;DR: MSG containing, heavily processed food that's somewhat overpriced. If you think Chinese restaurants are the only ones using MSG (Monosodium glutamate)... uhh, think again. It's all over the menu at every Chick-fil-A. I ate here a couple times last year with my classmate who loves this place. I've always picked up food for husband here by his request, but never really got food here myself. Finally, I tried a few items here in between class last year. Both times were huge letdowns. The first time, I ordered the 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets, which was $8.79 if I recall correctly. The container it came in was so small... it was pretty sad (see picture). Felt more like a snack than a meal. I added a side of fruit so that was another additional $4.79. My total was $13.58 plus tax. The nuggets didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste great either... just kind of artificial and greasy. I left hungry and went and got ice cream somewhere else afterwards. The second time, I decided to be a little smarter with my money and ordered just the grilled chicken sandwich by itself, which was $6.79. Not a bad price and it looked good, too when it came out. But one bite into it and I realized I was eating a dessert, overly sweet bread... which didn't go well with the grilled chicken at all. The bread was pretty awful. But I was so hungry and didn't have time to go to another place, so I ate it. The piece of grilled chicken in between the grossly sweet broiche buns was decent, but why is there over 20 ingredients in a piece of grilled chicken? Lol. This food isn't concocted by a chef. It was probably chemically engineered by some food scientists to be as cheap as possible while still as "craveable" as possible in a lab and then mass produced in a factory. Hard pass. The ambience is standard for most fastfood places and I will say that the patrons are better than the ones you would find at McDonald's in our city due to the false "healthy" halo that Chick-fil-A diehard fans seem to believe Chick-fil-A has. IMO, I might argue that a hamburger is probably better for you because the beef is just made with 1 ingredient, beef. Finally got to try this place out since it's coming to Honolulu. The only reason why I rated this place 4 stars was there isn't a lot of choices on the menu but aside from that, the customer service was great, we didn't have to wait long for our food and the prices were decent. Food: I have to be honest, I was eager to try the waffle fries to see what it was about but it wasn't amazing, just different. No special seasoning or batter. The chicken nuggets was bite size, tasty and soft! The batter it was cooked in wasn't hard which sets it apart from all other places that serves chicken nugget, in my opinion! My favorite sauce from the 3 pictured was the Polynesian (sweet and sour version). It was good different but definitely not sweet and sour. On to the best part, the chicken noodle soup...it was deliciousness in my mouth. It wasn't the usual chicken noodle soup guys! It was like homemade with shredded chicken in it. I enjoyed it, a lot!! The strawberry shake was just okay for me and my spouse had the spicy chicken burger and according to him, it was a must try. The decorum was nice. Flowers set on the tables, lighting throughout was nice, there was a playgroundish thing in a separate room but I just couldn't get a picture without a glare. Their trash can was hands free, fancy stuff but must needed for all eateries because I think it's totally gross to touch a lid to throw something away besides that, it keeps it clean. And folks, they have a condiment station...like help yourself to whatever quantity, free of charge! Last but not least, this place was so clean, like squeaky clean. They have the best app that offers many freebies for those who are regulars like me. Whether I'm here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner the food is always very good. I've had a few small issues with them forgetting something but when I call to let them know they always end up giving me more free food and are very apologetic. Usually my orders are right and you can order ahead and pick up via drive thru making it extra convenient. Every time I visit a CFA, I'm impressed how respectful the employees are. They are appropriately staffed, and efficient. You never see staff standing around doing nothing. Misting fans are present in the drive thru lanes for employee comfort. I love that the organization is faith based and closed on Sunday. The food is delicious and consistent. Unsweetened iced tea is always freshly brewed. Great ambiance both inside the restaurants as well as drive thru.
