Amazing as always. Chick Fil A doesn't ever fail. My fiancé and I are on our way back to Chicago, after visiting the IMAX theatre. We wanted dinner and craved some good chicken. The restaurant is clean, and busy but these crew members definitely had it in the bag. The food was hot, fresh tasting, and delicious. The service is so friendly and welcoming. Your typical chick-fil-a. Food is consistent across the chain so you know what you are getting. I just found out today that you can substitute a small ice cream for a toy in the kids menu. That is a great idea because we don't need any more of those. Service has always been great at my visits and never wait more than 5-10 mins or so for food. Everyone is very helpful and willing when doing refills etc... I don't know why but they are always crowded in the drive through. They do a good job of getting everyone through as fast as possible. Easily the best service, even better than some restaurants. The fries were over-salted and it made it hard to eat. The grilled nuggets are seasoned nicely and the grilled chicken sandwich had fresh toppings and good chicken. It was very crowded but they still got the food out very quickly. I'm really disappointed, I can't give this 6 stars. I had a traumatic experience back at another Chick-fil-a because of a stupid boy who didn't even open doors or pay for my food. Horrible. But this, this healed all my trauma. I love this Chick-fil-a. My heart was yearning for food and they delivered. In fact, they had the food ready within a lickety split 2 minutes. The employees were locked in, they made my day. They even asked how may day was, more than my nonexistent ex ever did. At this rate, I want to marry this Chick-fil-a. And may I add the cultural diversity at this place was unbelievable! They were so supportive of the Amish people that walked in, truly inspiring. Stopped in for lunch at 11 am the day before Thanksgiving. The place was hopping, people everywhere. But service was friendly and fast. They have tons of workers here, and it was interesting to see a lot of them eating here before their shift. Surprised at how clean and fancy the bathroom was, with cute plant decorations on the walls and a mouthwash dispenser. The dining area also had cute autumn decorations which made this place feel so homey. This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A, so not sure if they are all like this... but this place totally blew me away for a fast food restaurant! I also saw a sign for catering and saw a large catering order on the side, all prepped and ready to go. I got a grilled chicken sandwich meal and wanted tea, but they don't offer that here, so that's the only reason this is not a 5-star review. But I was able to get hot water from the coffee machine instead, and our awesome cashier Stephanie offered to put some cooler water in it so it would be drinkable and not scalding. Thanks for being so considerate, Stephanie! Really loved how fresh and hot and delicious the food was. I liked how the waffle fries were not overly salty or over-fried (is that even a term? Lol). The sauces were interesting and tasty. Sweet, tangy, one with a hint of mustard and the other with honey and bbq sauce. They opened their new location a while back and I visited for the first time. It's so much easier to navigate here! I always order through the app and do curbside pickup. When I arrived I just put in my spot number and about 10 minutes later my order was to my car. The staff are always super polite and I've never had an incorrect order delivered to my car. My ultimate favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and waffle fries. I also love their chicken minis for breakfast. Their salads and wraps are great too. Yes, I know there are culture war implications, but put them aside for a moment: if you are driving along I-65 with an antsy toddler, this turns out to be just a great place to stop. Frankly, we mostly stopped here because they have a large indoor playspace and are close to the interstate, meaning that our little one could burn off some energy for an hour and make our car trip a little more pleasant. But, not unrelatedly, the staff is also very patient and pleasant, circulating the restaurant to check on you, and there were lots of kids and families here, even at 10 am on a Friday morning, providing a little pleasant human company before we hit the road again. Bought a salad and a large fry, they forgot the salad dressing and all toppings, gave us a medium fry instead of a large, and when I went in to the counter, all the employees walked pass me until I said excuse me. Stop by this afternoon around 230 for a late lunch. I received the greatest service from any fast food restaurant ever. A young man ran to my car to get my debit card to pay the bill, a young lady handed me my order from the window, and another young lady is out there in the parking lot taking orders before we even get up to the menu. Very limited hours for fast food and awkward to be closed on Sundays (people the Sabbath is Saturday but OK) I sure feel stupid complaining when this place is consistently the greatest customer service in the world. Or In-n-Out, difficult to compare. Great location close to I65, ideal rewards program and mobile app, fantastic menu offering some unique soups and sadly limited peppermint shake, and no other Lafayette restaurant comes close to matching the positive atmosphere here. I heard that this location may be moving to the Creasy intersection where the old Don Pablo's used to be. That would be a prime location and a little easier to get to than the current place. Food was great but the server, Rachel DeYoung, was extremely rude. At least they kept the restaurant clean.

As I sit here eating my meal, I see a young employee walking from her car to the front door with tears welling up. Between her car and the counter, she encountered three employees on their way out who all stopped to take a minute and ask if she is ok. I couldn't hear those conversations, but between the hugs, pats on the back, and smiles, I could tell they were encouraging conversations for this young lady. Wow! I am SO impressed by this location. We stopped by on our way from Indy to Chicago, and we were worried we may have to wait a while with it being a Friday night. We were pleasantly surprised to have our order within 5 minutes of arriving! Not only was the location clean, but everyone was super friendly! I ordered the 4-piece chicken tender meal with lemonade. My favorite sauce is the honey mustard, but I also like the zesty buffalo since it has a nice spice. I am so impressed that the food came out piping hot. I made the mistake of visiting this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time. As I drove into the parking lot I almost had an anxiety attack because it was so busy. The entire lot was full. There were school buses full of kids, church groups, families, elderly couples, even an entire softball team in uniform. The line for the drive-through literally wrapped all the way around the building. I thought I'd die of old age before I got served. I was wrong. It only took about 5 minutes to get my food.
