I preordered for breakfast using the app in an attempt to get to work on time. I pulled in and of course the person in front of me was paying in cash and of course the person taking the money was a really young girl who probably never had to actually deal with cash as often as us older folks. So once that happened I zoomed through the line and then they made me wait in line ahead of everyone else. I waited and waited and then 10-12 minutes later I got my food while everyone else behind me left. They also got my order wrong. I did not want an egg white chicken biscuit. I wanted just an egg white biscuit with bacon and tomatoes but they didn't even put the bacon. Fail. The rest of the food was done correctly and we got 50 people's worth of condiments. read more

I actually had a bad experience literally not even 30 minutes ago. I placed a mobile order for the new waffle sandwich and have asked via mobile app for no bacons because I can't eat pork. Also I ordered the parfait yogurt side and got strawberry jam as well. I live in south Houston and this location is right next to my class. I placed a mobile order and drove 20 ish minutes to grab my food via drive thru. I'm already having a long wait time which is to be suspected at this time. I get my food and drink. I order an iced coffee sub 2% milk for creamer and no vanilla syrup but toasted marshmallow. The drink looked water down and black with things floating in the bottom which I assumed was part of the toasted marshmallow. I park to eat the food so I can take my morning medicine. I open my food, 1)there's bacon on my sandwich, 2) there's grape jam and not strawberry jam( I'm allergic to grapes), 3)there's spilled syrup in the bag. Obviously I would have not been irritated if it was like small stuff but every item I have order was not correct. So I pulled out of my school parking to go back to this Chick-fil-A to the walk up. I ask for a manager. And a presenting white woman who clarified she was the manager under the name Crystal was at the booth. I tell her my predicament and ask if I could have a refund for the bad experience I had as well as have the sandwich remade. She first was adamant that I can only do either or; but I explain how I wouldn't have been annoyed if it was the jam or the drink to be messed up. But I if indicate on the app 'hey can't have this, want this instead of that' ; drive 20 minutes to eat before taking my morning medication then going to class and having to do a U turn through the highway. All this effort I'm not satisfied with the outcome and I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while and was excited to try the new food items. We go back and forth me explain her denying. Then she says hey how about I remake and give you points(something along those lines) so you can get a biscuit or burrito. I told her I don't understand why that wasn't a first option or A option to begin with and only having to pick between no/yes refund or no/yes remake when I as a consumer haven't made a mistake. Now the line behind me has gotten really long. I'm getting a little annoyed because had I eaten the bacon I would have a reaching because I never consume pork. Had I not look at the jam and ate it I would have had a severe allergic reaction. The drink was already bad even the remake was not toasted marshmallow it literally taste like vanilla. We go back and forth. She then takes the bag. I tell her I don't understand if the inconvience was small I wouldn't have made it an issue and came to the stand. I would have take to the chin. BUT EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ORDERED WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. she then finally looks at the food when I told her 'I don't understand if I had asked for modifications why there should be bacon on the sandwich' she finally looks at the sandwich 'Oh there's bacon on it'. Horrible service. She then said 'this is the only time I'm going to do this next time I won't'. I would hope not especially if you guys offer modifications they should be honored. She then closes the window when I was mid sentence. I wait ten minutes. She gets the food gives me the food. I proceed to ask when do I get my refund. She says 'I'll do it later'. Clearly she's at will with her own set of rules. I ask for a physically recipe and I want the refund right now. I don't understand why I have to wait till later. -12/10 experience. Don't even bother making modifications or else they will blame you. Staff(Crystal) needs retraining on customer service. read more

I am beyond disappointed and upset with this location. I always come here and I came on Monday this past Monday @8:30am. I did my mobile order for the drive thru for a spicy chicken biscuit. I received my order and as i drive off I started to open up my order and luckily I had only made it to the light guys because there was a giant NASTY HAIRRR IN MY BISCUIT STARRING AT ME. When i called the manager was not apologetic at all. Im disgusted and disappointed. read more

Went today 6/20/25 around 5pm to the drive thru on the left and the girl who took our order "Mariana" not sure if that was her name but that's what it says on our receipt under "cashier". She was very rude taking our order and rushed us. We asked her if she could scan our app to receive our points and was very rude about it. She did not smile one time and seemed to hate her job. We have never had this bad of experience at a Chick-Fil-A ever! We had no issues with our order other than no napkins given and the other employees were nice. read more

Karla attends me so good , always respectful and nice greeting me , making jokes with me and recommends me options in the menu. Not just the service is good but the food is always warm and on time , and the building is nice and good vibes around the workers but karla is the sweetest person I've ever met there! read more

Carolina was rude and very inconsiderate of my meal got my order wrong after repeating it back to her. Other workers moving up order as well

Service was horrible as well as their establishment. The floor looked so disgusting. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A look so bad. They didn't even honor the complimentary offer for the Astros winning if you downloaded the app. Very unorganized and unprofessional!! read more

I should have looked at the reviews before going here. No wonder the line next door at Cane's is ALWAYS longer. First, I ordered extra, extra ice and didn't get it. Not a big deal. I asked for another cup with some more ice. Easy. But I ordered 2 salads (not cheap) and expected to get the salad dressings with them. I even asked the girl, when she handed me my bags, if I got everything for both salads. She said "I think so." That should have been my cue to check. Part of me says that this is my fault for not checking. But at what point is it the business's fault for not training their employees properly? Do we have to do their job for them? Employees, please read and follow instructions! I won't visit this location ever again. read more

This can't be a real chick-fil-a. Found a roach in my salad. I was asked to bring the roach and the food back to the store to show proof. Brought the food back, minus the roach that flew out. Because ewwww! I was offered 6 nuggets free and no refund. Manager needs a refresher on the chick-fil-a standards and handbook. This location is bringing down the chick-fil-a reputation. This community deserves better. Go to a real chick-fil-a not this one. read more

Milkshake was melted before when they handed it to me as well as 1/2 way empty. Food was cold like it's been sitting out

Horrible customer service, everyone knows that when you go to a Chikfila your going to hear a "my pleasure" along with a friendly smile, but this location has workers that are simply rude. I was rushed while taking my order and waited quite approx 25min for my meal when there was only one car in the drive thru line. When I get to where Im to receive my order the girl had her back turnt the entire time! Not a greet, or an apology for the order not being ready in a timely manner. When she did come, the bags were piled up inside another bag when usually they will provide the big plastic bag for like a 4 person meal. She simply said " have a good day" as she gave me the bags and drinks then walked away. Also want to note how neatly the staff dress code looks and these staff members looked sloppy. Im just very upset at how I was treated and would never return to this location. HORRIBLE. read more

Went by drive thru around 9 pm. They only had 3 cars in front and they took longer than any other chick fil a i ever been to. Burger King next door had a faster drive thru. SMH the girl that came to car to drop off food was polite. It was my second time at this location and both times they take a long time and seem unorganized. Don't plan on returning. read more

Worse Chick-fil-A I've been to. They can't even fix a decent cup of iced coffee. Many ruined meals because of them idk why I bothered going back. Food quality is bad and drive thru lanes are a mess. read more

Terrible service came in the morning through the drive-through I get to pick up my order. It's taking already a really long time to even sit in this drive-through when I get to the window they told me they don't have my order. They kept asking me what my order was kept repeating it to them then the lady started questioning whether I paid or not. I told her I paid with my app showed her my app then they just told me OK pull forward and will take it to you, but it seem like they didn't even have it and they were gonna just going to start making it. I had requested it in two separate bags because it's for my daughters getting dropped off at school and when they finally after a long time brought me my food. Of course it was in one bag and I mentioned to the lady that I had requested it in two separate bags and she just said there's bags in the bag. They didn't say thank you for waiting was rude as can be just ran off as if it was my fault. They forgot my order read more

Never had an issue with any other chick-fil-a. Got my food without the drinking. As I am checking the order They gave me burned Mac and cheese and the worker tells me that all their Mac and cheese comes that way. I asked for a refund and they tell me they will add it back on my app in 72 hours. Asked for ketchup they didn't have any. Asked the worker that was helping us for bbq sauce twice never got it. We asked another worker and she brought it to us. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

We don't not recommend this chick fil a. They always offer less than other locations.
