they need to retrain their people in customer service haven't seen it like this before. they also need to learn about the app and rewards and follow through with questions. they also apparently need to learn how to stock items like bags for ice before they run out ... you know basic stuff read more

Me and my mom came to eat here on our way home to Houston and it was the worst chick fila I have ever been to. We both got food poisoning for days and her chicken tender was RAW in the middle. The service was okay at least but beware eating here!! I would give 0/10 for how bad my stomach felt after. read more

the fries were raw at times, the service took a long time,. Not as friendly as i thought. especially to the gay community. To the owner it's not 1950s read more

Delicious food but horrible music. Ugh!!!!! Great service, great staff but ones again the music has got to go. Was not sure if I was at a hospital or hobby lobby perhaps even a funeral home read more

I'm new to the Harlingen area but so far every where I've gone has been decent service but Chick-fil-A has gone above and beyond! Their customer service is the best and the food is soooo good. I'm thankful that we have the best service in Harlingen. read more

beware eating here. me and my boyfriend got food poisoning after eating an 8 piece nugget combo and cfa was the only food we ate that day.

Honestly this was a super u professional staff. Cheyenne is who took my order and she got my drink with ice after I asked for no ice, and I alerted her and she rolled her eyes took the drink back and yelled "Maddie can I get this with no ice" and they returned my drink STILL with ice it in :( read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

Quick stop. They had what I wanted right before closing. Not like other places who close half and hour before they should. The food was fresh and good. A little pricey but you get you paid for. The entrance was a little hard to get to but not impossible. Def keeps out through traffic. Host was nice and polite. read more

Had a Chicken sandwich nothing to write home about. Wife had a cup of soup and 3 chicken strips. Kind of pricey.

For the first time when visiting a Chic Fil A, I encountered rude employees and poor customer service. Restaurant was dirty and the employees seemed inconvenienced to wait on me. Frankly it was a shock. Left a very poor impression. read more

Of course Chick-fil-A is five stars. I choose to give this a review because they always come through for me with my mobile orders being ready quickly and not sacrificing on taste or how fresh the food is. I also enjoy that if you are into working out or athletics and want some fast "clean" food you can go with the grilled chicken sandwiches, the chicken tortilla soup or chicken noodle soup, and the grilled chicken go wrap. read more

I've visited this restaurant at today August 3, 2018 I was hungry so I wanted to stop by and as I did, the staff was not very friendly the place was actually dirty the tables were dirty they were not cleaned up and I was not given the proper service which I deserved also as well as I stated before the place was dirty and I also seen a big cockroach it was still alive it was upside down you know and as I told one of the workers , staff member there he looked at me and laughed and as I was walking by he was talking with his coworker and looking at me like if I was actually weird . Plus the food was actually cold I did not like it I'm very surprise of a place that I used to like before is going down the drain in terms of management. I did not hear 1 "my pleasure". It is ashamed!!! read more

This location is as friendly and welcoming as all the others I have been to. You're greeted with smiles and thier (welcome to Chic-fil-a) motto. They are extremly fast, courteous, and proffesional. I have never had to get up and ask for a refill at any location. In some occasions they even offer to dispose of your trash for you. This is the go to place for any one who is hungry, pressed for time, and those who love being treated nicely. Honestly this is an excellent place with excellent customer service. TIP try the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. Delicious!!!!! read more

Chick-fil-A - My favorite Grilled Chicken Club (#7). Try it with honey roasted bbq sauce. - Fast Food Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

Worst coffee ever tasted... everything else is good. Hate having to stop at McDonald's for coffee before or after ordering breakfast here.

The general manager of this location should hire out his services and teach others on how to run a restaurant... Consistently fantastic!!!

I love chick-fil-a,l usually get the spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and no tomato! The lettuce gives it a good flavor. The service is great, everyone is so nice and understanding.l love that the food gets out as soon as we find a table to eat at,and it's not cold it's nice and hot. Overall, the food is great, the service is great, and the place is great. read more

I go out of my way to eat here since its the closest one to my house. By far the best of all fast food restaurants. All Chick-fil-a's are great. Never had a bad meal here. Other fast food places and even some upscale restaurants could learn a thing or two from their customer service which is top notch! Employees must take some special training for this. Glad to see they are always busy for lunch although its a pain to get a seat inside during lunchtime. For some reason nobody goes here for breakfast, not sure why since they have the best chicken biscuits ever. The spicy chicken is my favorite. My wife loves the Market Salad w/ Apple cider vinegarette. I have eaten here at least 20 times in the last couple of years. read more

Good food, but takes a while to order. Drive-thu is around the store during peak hours. Lines inside are no better. You can get your food and not find a place to sit. Staff is very good at keeping the place clean in chaos. read more

Love Chick-fil-A!! This location has very good customer service. Drive thru is almost always long but they are very fast and it doesn't take long. They always have my order right, even when they are very busy. Great fast food restaurant! read more

Great experience going through the drive through! Sara was a pleasure to deal with! Just another example of how Chick-fil-a hires great people. Oh.....and the food was great as always. read more

What can I say? I wish I had stock in CFA. My wife, kids & I eat here multiple times throughout every week. Their customer service is hands-down better than any other fat food company out there! They treat every customer with the utmost respect and care. read more

I've eaten at many Chick-fil-A restaurants over the years. This particular location in Harlingen is the only one where I have received very poor customer service on multiple occasions. Drive thru service is fine. On there separate visits I was totally ignored while waiting in line to place an order. On two visits the staff was too busy laughing and talking to their friends. I eventually walked out and went somewhere else, even after asking to speak to a manger, which was ignored. Needless to say I do not visit this particular location any more. The newer location in Harlingen on business 77 does not have this issue. Their walk-in service has always been excellent. read more

Great service, great food, great attitudes!!! Love it! The salads are my favorite, very fresh and plenty of good additions to your basic greens. Salad dressing choices are tasty as well! We love the #5 as well but salad is an option we choose a lot! Highly recommended the drive through as well- super fast service! read more

This Chic-Fil-A is really good. They are always smiling and nice. They sometimes take a little bit in line but I don't blame them because it's so good that a lot of people are always there and it's worth the small wait because the food is so good.Right across from it is a McDonald's and this Chic-Fil-A makes the McDonald's look like there's no one there.I would choose this Chic-Fil-A any day over McDonald's.I rate this Chic-Fil-A 5 stars because of the very kind people, the very good service and their very good food. read more
