I've visited this restaurant at today August 3, 2018 I was hungry so I wanted to stop by and as I did, the staff was not very friendly the place was actually dirty the tables were dirty they were not cleaned up and I was not given the proper service which I deserved also as well as I stated before the place was dirty and I also seen a big cockroach it was still alive it was upside down you know and as I told one of the workers , staff member there he looked at me and laughed and as I was walking by he was talking with his coworker and looking at me like if I was actually weird . This location is as friendly and welcoming as all the others I have been to. You're greeted with smiles and thier (welcome to Chic-fil-a) motto. They are extremly fast, courteous, and proffesional. I have never had to get up and ask for a refill at any location. In some occasions they even offer to dispose of your trash for you. This is the go to place for any one who is hungry, pressed for time, and those who love being treated nicely. Honestly this is an excellent place with excellent customer service. I go out of my way to eat here since its the closest one to my house. By far the best of all fast food restaurants. All Chick-fil-a's are great. Never had a bad meal here. Other fast food places and even some upscale restaurants could learn a thing or two from their customer service which is top notch! Employees must take some special training for this. Glad to see they are always busy for lunch although its a pain to get a seat inside during lunchtime. For some reason nobody goes here for breakfast, not sure why since they have the best chicken biscuits ever. The spicy chicken is my favorite. My wife loves the Market Salad w/ Apple cider vinegarette. I have eaten here at least 20 times in the last couple of years. read more

I've eaten at many Chick-fil-A restaurants over the years. This particular location in Harlingen is the only one where I have received very poor customer service on multiple occasions. Drive thru service is fine. On there separate visits I was totally ignored while waiting in line to place an order. On two visits the staff was too busy laughing and talking to their friends. I eventually walked out and went somewhere else, even after asking to speak to a manger, which was ignored. Needless to say I do not visit this particular location any more. The newer location in Harlingen on business 77 does not have this issue. Their walk-in service has always been excellent. read more

This Chic-Fil-A is really good.They are always smiling and nice.They sometimes take a little bit in line but I don't blame them because it's so good that a lot of people are always there and it's worth the small wait because the food is so good.Right across from it is a McDonald's and this Chic-Fil-A makes the McDonald's look like there's no one there.I would choose this Chic-Fil-A any day over McDonald's.I rate this Chic-Fil-A 5 stars because of the very kind people,the very good service and their very good food. read more
