This is the second time!! Sat in the drive through for about 15 min. Drove home with the food for my daughters. They were all excited until we realized only half the order was in the bag. My eight year old was pissed. I had to drive back and ask for the other half of my order. This place has let me down. read more

Fast, hot, fresh and friendly! Not sure what else to ask for. The drive through service was outstanding.

If there is one thing I have learned, is check the bag before you are leaving the drive through. And this check saved me so many times. And you know what, who can blame them for making mistakes. I looked at the guy at the drive through window and could tell he just got too much to handle at the same time. Very disappointed in this location. Employee in the drive thru seemed to have issue with my requesting fresh fries. Get my order and fries were not fresh. They replaced them only for me to get home and see that they gave me strips instead of nuggets. This wouldn't have been an issue had the strips not been soggy and seemingly undercooked. I was given the wrong food. I drove away and when I called back they told me I would have to return the food. Well on the surface sounds reasonable I've been up since two in the morning the day before. I've driven four hours to get home from a very difficult job and being back in the car did not seem to be a great solution to me. I asked for a refund and they refused. I hate saying negative things about Chick-fil-A but this location needs some "TLC" I frequent this location on the way to work. They never seem adequately staffed in the morning as it is always super slow.. Just a few days ago the line was super long the people behind us ended up backing out and we did as well. I went in and got my food before the line even moved. A time or 2 before that I ordered the breakfast bowl and noticed I only received MAYBE 2 bites of eggs. I took it in and the cashier said that's how it's suppose to be when we put them in that container... I said ohhhhkay.. She said is that okay? I was shocked as you can clearly look at this bowl and tell it doesn't look right. I replayed with if that how you want to serve it then okay.. she quickly changed and said well let me go check. I or she wasn't being confrontational at all..She came back and said "the manager said you were right" and a new one was made I would have been fine with dumping more eggs on top but whatever works ( btw I wasn't trying to be right I just want what I'm paying for) I still go to this location allowing extra time because I love Chick-fil-A but I def think things could improve... read more

Lady named Valerie is weird. Treats all the customers like little kids and just stands there half the time. Whenever I order a frosted lemonade it takes 15 minutes. They also mess up your order sometimes. Husband and wife owners are great though. read more

I showed up to the drive thru window at exactly 10pm due to traffic and they were nice enough to still serve me and the several cars behind me. Worst service ever!! It was 930 we decided to go through the drive-through... We sat there for at least 5 minutes when nothing moved we decided to back out and go inside because there was no one in line. We placed our order, stood there another 5 to 10 minutes waiting on two sandwiches.....isn't that a staple on the menu? Finally we decided we wanted our money back it was taking way too long. To compound matters the manager(?)was very slow even getting that done. Naturally as she's starting to give us the refund, The order was ready. I have been here twice now. The location is busy, but they move quickly and bring the food to your table after you order. They are very attentive and extraordinarily friendly. The manager stopped by the table both times I have been. The staff asks if you need anything regularly. It is clean and the food is good. Chick Fil A does chicken well. While writing this one of their staff just came by and refilled my drink. I felt better taken care of here than at many full service restaurants. read more

We go to chic-fil-a's all over all the time and this is the only location that we have ever not had awesome experiences. We go back because it is the closest to our house but almost every time we are disappointed in SOMETHING. Today we were missing 2 items of food that we paid for. They had quick service which was great, but I had ordered a large fry as I am a college student and none of my dinning halls was were open. I don't have much money so I went for a large but the fries came out so salty and I didn't get to try them by the time I was back to my school which was 12 minutes away from the location. I couldn't eat them I tried adding sauce and things to lessen the taste but they were so salty I could not eat them and I did not have time to go back it was awful and was a waste of the very little money I had. If I knew they were this bad I would've just gotten something else that wouldn't have been as much money. It was very disappointing and Ik that they could've made a better batch but it was disappointing to see how much salt they added. read more

Something is off here. Felt a weird vibe as soon as I entered, pretty sure the workers are robots. Not to be mean just sharing my honest opinion. My friend mentioned that she thinks the employees are being forced to work here, like there is someone in the back threatening them with a gun or some sort of weapon. I'm writing this review, in no part a problem with the quality, time, or price of the food. I'm writing this review to express my opinion of children in the freezing cold! I drove through the drive thru and a very nice young man took my order. Although very nice, he was shivering in the freezing weather. Not only him, but the girl i paid, and the man giving me my food! That's just not acceptable for me to give my money to a place forcing kids to work in those conditions. Get it together chick-fil-a and treat your employees fairly! read more

We love this location! The owners are so wonderful and make you feel like family. The restaurant is always clean (employees are constantly wiping down tables) and the employees are great! The food of course is CFA so it's delicious! They are a new store and may have delays so just be patient and appreciate a decent CFA in Frederick. read more

EVERY time I go here by myself or with my large family, the food and service is excellent. In a perfect world, Chick-fil-A would be less expensive, but you can't have everything. The staff here are amazingly friendly and efficient, even during their long construction phase. Love it! read more
